Der Krankenraum ist grundsätzlich koffer-/kastenförmig ausgestaltet, mit einer an das Fahrerhaus angrenzenden und in Fahrtrichtung zuvorderst gelegenen Trennwand bzw. Stirnwand sowie einer Rückwand, welche im Stand der Technik üblicherweise zumindest anteilig durch eine Tür bzw. eine Heckklappe gebildet ist. Weiterhin weist der Patiententransportraum zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände, welche die Trennwand mit der Rückwand verbinden, sowie einen Boden und eine Decke auf. Weiterhin weist der Krankenraum üblicherweise eine seitliche Öffnung in Form einer Tür mit einem Fenster auf. Der Krankenraum ist mit der Karosserie des Krankentransportfahrzeuges lasttragend verbunden. Wie dies ebenfalls der Fig. 3 entnehmbar ist, verfügt der Krankenraum 301 über eine doppelflügelige Heckklappe bzw. Hecktür 313. Der Sitz 315 für das medizinische Personal ist dabei unmittelbar neben der Lagerungseinrichtung 314 für die Transportliege des Patienten angeordnet, derart, dass das medizinische Personal auch im sitzenden Zustand unmittelbar den Patienten behandeln bzw. auf diesen einwirken kann. Die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung 1 ist dabei im Bereich der Seitenwand 311 in Fahrtrichtung des Rettungsdienstfahrzeuges 300 vor dem Sitz 315 angeordnet, derart, dass, wenn die Trägereinrichtung 3 über die vertikale Achse 32 in die zweite Betriebsposition ausgeschwenkt wird, die Geräteträgerebene 31 bzw. die Paneele 4 mit den Paneelflächen 41 zur Befestigung der mehreren medizinischen Geräte 100 unmittelbar im Sicht- und Eingriffsbereich des medizinischen Personals im sitzenden Zustand angeordnet sind. The fastening device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one first and second axis (32, 42) extend substantially parallel to each other and preferably the longitudinal axis (321) of the at least one first axis (32) has a defined distance (D) from the longitudinal axis (421) of the at least one second axis (42).
  11. The fastening device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein a handle element (33, 34) is formed on the equipment support device (3) and/or the at least one panel (4).
  12. The fastening device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one locking device (9) is formed on the equipment support device (3) and wherein the locking device (9) cooperates with at least one adapted element in the region of the sidewall (311) or the floor (312) of the patient area (301), by which the equipment support device (3) can be locked in a defined angular position.
  13. The fastening device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the equipment support device (3) and/or the at least one panel (4) comprises at least one holding device for the interchangeable fastening of additional equipment modules.
  14. A patient area (301) of an ambulance (300) comprising:
    - a front end wall;
    - a rear wall;
    - two opposite sidewalls (311);
    - a floor (312); and
    - a ceiling; as well as
    - at least one fastening device (1) for the interchangeable fastening of a plurality of medical devices (100) according to one of claims 1 to 13.
