Claims (11)
- Compresseur à spirale comprenant :un carter (30) ;une spirale fixe (11) fixée à l'intérieur du corps et dotée d'un enroulement fixe (114) ;une spirale orbitale (12) configurée pour orbiter autour de la spirale fixe et dotée d'un enroulement orbital (112) formant une chambre de compression (16) avec l'enroulement fixe (114) ;un châssis principal (13) configuré pour supporter la spirale fixe (11) ; etun sous-châssis (14) agencé à l'intérieur du châssis principal (13) pour supporter la spirale orbitale (12) dans une position éloignée d'un centre de la spirale orbitale (12) ;un espace formé entre le châssis principal (13) et le sous-châssis (14) pour permettre au sous-châssis (14) d'être mobile autour du châssis principal (13) ;des éléments d'étanchéité (172a, 172b) configurés pour étanchéifier un espace entre le châssis principal (13) et le sous-châssis (14) pour former une chambre (172) entre le châssis principal (13) et le sous-châssis (14) ;caractérisé par un passage configuré pour guider un fluide frigorigène déchargé de la chambre de compression (16) vers la chambre (172), dans lequel le passage comprend :un premier passage (181) prévu dans la spirale orbitale (12) pour communiquer avec la chambre de compression (16) ;un deuxième passage (183) prévu dans le châssis principal (13) pour communiquer avec la chambre (16) ; etun troisième passage (182) prévu dans la spirale fixe (11) pour relier le premier passage (181) au deuxième passage (182).
- Compresseur à spirale selon la revendication 1, dans lequel :une sortie du premier passage (181) forme une piste selon un mouvement orbital de la spirale orbitale (12), etune entrée du troisième passage (182) est disposée sur la piste.
- Compresseur à spirale selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :un arbre rotatif (23) auquel la spirale orbitale (12) est couplée pour permettre à la spirale orbitale (12) d'orbiter,dans lequel le sous-châssis (14) est configuré pour être mobile autour du châssis principal (13) dans au moins l'une d'une première direction s'étendant le long de l'arbre rotatif (23) ou d'une seconde direction orthogonale à la première direction.
- Compresseur à spirale selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :un arbre rotatif (23) inséré dans un trou traversant d'arbre formé dans le châssis principal (13) et couplé à la spirale orbitale (12) pour permettre à la spirale orbitale (12) d'orbiter,dans lequel le châssis principal (13) comprend une première partie de corps (131) comprenant une surface de support de spirale fixe configurée pour supporter la spirale fixe (11), et une seconde partie de corps (132) positionnée au-dessous de la première partie de corps (131) et comprenant le trou traversant d'arbre,dans lequel le sous-châssis (14) comprend une première partie de corps (141) agencée à l'intérieur de la première partie de corps du châssis principal (131), et une seconde partie de corps (142) insérée dans le trou traversant d'arbre à agencer entre l'arbre rotatif (23) et la seconde partie de corps du châssis principal (142), etdans lequel un espace est formé entre la première partie de corps du châssis principal (131) et la première partie de corps du sous-châssis (141) et un espace est formé entre la seconde partie de corps du châssis principal (132) et la seconde partie de corps du sous-châssis (142).
- Compresseur à spirale selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'espace entre la première partie de corps du châssis principal (131) et la première partie de corps du sous-châssis (141) est plus petit que l'espace entre la seconde partie de corps du châssis principal (132) et la seconde partie de corps du sous-châssis (142).
- Compresseur à spirale selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le sous-châssis (14) est configuré pour être mobile autour du châssis principal (13),dans lequel le sous-châssis (13) comprend en outre un palier de butée (144) positionné au-dessus de la première partie de corps du sous-châssis (141) et comprenant une surface de support de spirale orbitale (144a) configurée pour supporter la spirale orbitale (12), etdans lequel le palier de butée (144) est élastiquement déformable de sorte qu'il se déforme lorsque le sous-châssis (14) est incliné par rapport à la spirale orbitale (12).
- Compresseur à spirale selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le sous-châssis (14) est configuré pour être mobile autour du châssis principal (13), et
une saillie configurée pour être en contact avec la première partie de corps du sous-châssis (141)est formée sur une surface intérieure de la première partie de corps du châssis principal (131). - Compresseur à spirale selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la saillie du châssis principal (13) est en contact avec la première partie de corps du sous-châssis (141) avant que la seconde partie de corps du châssis principal (132) ne soit en contact avec la seconde partie de corps du sous-châssis (142) lorsque le sous-châssis (14) est incliné tout en étant déplacé autour du châssis principal (13).
- Compresseur à spirale selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :un anneau d'Oldham configuré pour empêcher un pivot de la spirale orbitale (12),dans lequel l'anneau d'Oldham est couplé à la spirale orbitale (12) et au sous-châssis (14).
- Compresseur à spirale selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :un anneau d'Oldham configuré pour empêcher un pivot de la spirale orbitale (12),dans lequel l'anneau d'Oldham est couplé à la spirale orbitale (12) et au châssis principal (13).
- Compresseur à spirale selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :un anneau d'Oldham configuré pour empêcher un pivot de la spirale orbitale (12),dans lequel l'anneau d'Oldham est couplé à la spirale orbitale (12) et à la spirale fixe (11).
