Claims (23)

  1. Beschichtungszusammensetzung, umfassend:
    (a) eine isocyanatreaktive Komponente, umfassend:
    (a1) mindestens einen Polyasparaginsäureester und
    (a2) gegebenenfalls einen Polyetherasparaginsäureester;
    (b) eine Isocyanatkomponente, umfassend:
    (b1) mindestens ein Isocyanat-Prepolymer mit einem Isocyanatgruppen-Äquivalent von 300 bis 1100 und
    (b2) ein Isocyanat-Oligomer mit nicht weniger als zwei Isocyanatgruppen,
    wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis von Isocyanat-Prepolymer (b1) zu Isocyanat-Oligomer (b2) 1:4 bis 4:1 beträgt;
    (c) einen Katalysator; und
    (d) gegebenenfalls ein Additiv;
    wobei die Beschichtungszusammensetzung ein molares Verhältnis von Isocyanatgruppen zu isocyanatreaktiven Gruppen von 1,5:1 bis 8:1 aufweist.
  2. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Polyasparaginsäureester (a1) einen Polyasparaginsäureester gemäß Formel I umfasst:

    wobei
    X für einen aliphatischen Rest steht,
    R1 und R2 jeweils unabhängig für eine bei Normaldruck und bei 100 °C oder weniger gegenüber einer Isocyanatgruppe inerte organische Gruppe stehen,
    n für eine ganze Zahl mit einem Wert von nicht weniger als 2 steht.
  3. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem aliphatischen Rest des Polyasparaginsäureesters (a1) um einen oder mehrere der Folgenden handelt: einen linearen Alkylrest, einen verzweigten Alkylrest und einen Cycloalkylrest.
  4. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Polyasparaginsäureester (a1) einen Gehalt von mehr als 50 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der isocyanatreaktiven Komponente (a), ausmacht.
  5. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass n für 2 steht und der Polyasparaginsäureester (a1) durch eine Umsetzung mit einem Polyamin der folgenden Formel und einem Maleat/oder einem Fumarat der folgenden Formel:

    hergestellt wird.
  6. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Polyasparaginsäureester (a1) einen oder mehrere der folgenden Polyasparaginsäureester umfasst:
    (i) einen Polyasparaginsäureester mit der Struktur der Formel II,

    (ii) einen Polyasparaginsäureester mit der Struktur der Formel III und
    Figure imgb0022
    (iii) einen Polyasparaginsäureester mit der Struktur der Formel IV,
    Figure imgb0023
    wobei R1 und R2 jeweils unabhängig für eines oder mehrere der Folgenden stehen: Methyl, Ethyl und Butyl.
  7. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Polyetherasparaginsäureester (a2) einen Polyetherasparaginsäureester gemäß Formel V umfasst:

    wobei
    Z für einen aliphatischen Rest steht,
    R1 und R2 jeweils unabhängig für eine bei Normaldruck und bei 100 °C oder weniger gegenüber einer Isocyanatgruppe inerte organische Gruppe stehen,
    R3 für einen C1-C6-Alkylrest steht,
    n für eine ganze Zahl mit einem Wert von nicht weniger als 2 steht,
    m für eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 5 steht.
  8. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem aliphatischen Rest des Polyetherasparaginsäureesters (a2) um einen oder mehrere der Folgenden handelt: einen linearen Alkylrest, einen verzweigten Alkylrest und einen Cycloalkylrest.
  9. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Polyetherasparaginsäureester (a2) durch eine Umsetzung mit einem Polyetherpolyamin der folgenden Formel und einem Maleat/oder einem Fumarat der folgenden Formel hergestellt wird:

    wobei
    p für eine ganze Zahl mit einem Wert von nicht weniger als 2 steht,
    R1 und R2 jeweils unabhängig für eine bei Normaldruck und bei 100 °C oder weniger gegenüber einer Isocyanatgruppe inerte organische Gruppe stehen,
    R4 und R5 jeweils unabhängig für eines oder mehrere der Folgenden stehen: Wasserstoff und einen C1-C4-Alkylrest,
    R6 und R7 jeweils unabhängig für eines oder mehrere der Folgenden stehen: Wasserstoff oder eine gegenüber einer Isocyanatgruppe inerte organische Gruppe.
  10. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponenten zur Herstellung des Polyetherasparaginsäureesters (a2) ferner ein Polyetherpolyamin gemäß der folgenden Formel umfassen:

    wobei
    Y' für einen oder mehrere der Folgenden steht: einen linearen Alkylrest, einen verzweigten Alkylrest und einen Cycloalkylrest,
    q für eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 35 steht,
    R8 für einen C1-C6-Alkylrest steht.
  11. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Polyetherasparaginsäureester (a2) einen Polyetherasparaginsäureester gemäß Formel VI umfasst:

    wobei
    r für eine ganze Zahl von 2 bis 4 steht,
    q für eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 35 steht,
    Y' für einen Alkylrest steht,
    R1 und R2 jeweils unabhängig für eine bei Normaldruck und bei 100 °C oder weniger gegenüber einer Isocyanatgruppe inerte organische Gruppe stehen,
    R8 für einen C1-C6-Alkylrest steht.
  12. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Isocyanat-Prepolymer (b1) eine oder mehrere der folgenden Gruppen umfasst: eine Carbamatgruppe und eine Allophanatgruppe.
  13. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Isocyanat-Prepolymer (b1) einen Isocyanatgruppen-Gehalt von vorzugsweise 1 bis 40 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Isocyanat-Prepolymers, aufweist.
  14. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Isocyanat-Oligomer (b2) eine oder mehrere der folgenden Gruppen aufweist: eine Allophanatgruppe, eine Biuretgruppe, eine Uretdiongruppe, eine Isocyanatgruppe und eine Iminooxadiazindiongruppe.
  15. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Isocyanat-Oligomer (b2) um eines oder mehrere der Folgenden handelt: Derivate eines aliphatischen Triisocyanats und eines alicyclischen Triisocyanats mit Allophanat-, Biuret-, Uretdion-, Isocyanurat- und/oder Iminooxadiazindiongruppen.
  16. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Isocyanat-Oligomer (b2) einen Isocyanatgruppen-Gehalt von vorzugsweise 10 bis 50 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Isocyanat-Oligomers, aufweist.
  17. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von Isocyanat-Prepolymer (b1) zu Isocyanat-Oligomer (b2) 1:4 bis 2:1 beträgt.
  18. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Katalysator (c) um eines oder mehrere der Folgenden handelt: ein tertiäres Amin und ein Metallsalz.
  19. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung ein molares Verhältnis von Isocyanatgruppen zu isocyanatreaktiven Gruppen von 1,5:1 bis 4:1 aufweist.
  20. Verwendung der Beschichtungszusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-19 zum Schützen einer Substratoberfläche oder einer Beschichtung davon.
  21. Beschichtungsverfahren, bei dem man die Beschichtungszusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19 auf eine Substratoberfläche aufbringt und anschließend härtet und trocknet.
  22. Beschichtetes Produkt, umfassend ein Substrat und eine durch Aufbringen der Beschichtungszusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-19 auf das Substrat und anschließendes Härten und Trocknen gebildete Beschichtung.
  23. Beschichtetes Produkt nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem beschichteten Produkt um einen Fußboden handelt.
