Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a plaster bead made of plastic, on which a mesh-like reinforcement material section, in particular made of glass mesh, glass fiber or plastic fabric or glass mesh, glass fiber or plastic scrim, for embedding in or under a plaster layer, in particular a Plaster layer on a thermal insulation of a building wall is fixed.
  • a mesh-like reinforcement material section in particular made of glass mesh, glass fiber or plastic fabric or glass mesh, glass fiber or plastic scrim
  • Plaster strips are known in numerous embodiments. Particularly typical embodiments are plastering strips that are attached to a window or door frame and allow the plaster layer to be plastered onto the plastering strip instead of up to the window or door frame. This decouples the thermal insulation and/or the plaster layer from the window or door frame, which ensures that there is no damage, for example through cracks or crumbling, at the end area of the plaster layer and that the plaster layer is intact at the end of the large temperature fluctuations that typically occur remains, and that the transition between the window or door frame and the thermal insulation and/or plaster layer is permanently and securely sealed.
  • Anputzmann is, for example, from the EP 0 875 641 A2 known.
  • Another type of plastering strip is an end rail. This is often attached to the building with a first inner leg. On its second intermediate leg is usually an insulation with its final front side. On the outside of such insulation panels, plaster is often applied that extends to a third outer leg of such a bottom rail. Such a final rail is, for example, from the DE 195 39 526 A1 known.
  • plaster corner strips are so-called plaster corner strips. These are often applied to building corners and serve to provide a reliable finish for the plaster layer on the first side of the building corner and a reliable finish for the plaster layer on the second side of the building corner ensure and to avoid crumbling of plaster at the corner of the building.
  • a plaster cornice is, for example, from the DE 100 38 279 A1 known.
  • DE 196 43 618 A1 shows a thermal insulation composite system with plastic insulation boards made of rigid foam, preferably polystyrene, attached to a facade, which are protected on the side facing away from the facade against the effects of the weather with a finishing plaster that is optionally applied via reinforcement, with a provided with a flame retardant separating layer is switched on, which leads to a separating layer stabilization in the event of fire by foaming and curing of the flame retardant.

It can thus be achieved that the upper side of the second leg of the angle rail and the upper side of the terminal leg of the outer strip are at the same height level, which enables a favorable connection to the thermal insulation arranged above.
  • a plastering area can be formed by at least one of the legs. This makes it easier to plaster the plaster cornice.
  • a transition area can be provided between the first and the second leg. This can allow a change in position between the two legs in a certain angular range, so that the plaster corner bead according to the invention can be used for different installation situations.
  • the transition area can be provided with a groove-like profiling at least on the side facing the plastering area.
  • a channel profiling increases the surface area of the leg, with which the plaster forms a bond, and thus adhesion is improved.
  • the transition area can have an insertion area in the transverse direction for a connector.
  • a connector can be plugged into the transition region in the transverse direction, and the plaster corner bead can be connected to a plaster corner bead arranged next to it or above/below.

Description

The present invention relates to a plaster bead made of plastic, on which a mesh-like reinforcement material section, in particular made of glass mesh, glass fiber or plastic fabric or glass mesh, glass fiber or plastic scrim, for embedding in or under a plaster layer, in particular a Plaster layer on a thermal insulation of a building wall is fixed.

Plaster strips are known in numerous embodiments. Such Anputzleiste is, for example, from the EP 0 875 641 A2 known.

Another type of plastering strip is an end rail.

Another variant of plaster strips are so-called plaster corner strips. These are often applied to building corners and serve to provide a reliable finish for the plaster layer on the first side of the building corner and a reliable finish for the plaster layer on the second side of the building corner ensure and to avoid crumbling of plaster at the corner of the building. Such a plaster cornice is, for example, from the DE 100 38 279 A1 known.

DE 20 2005 014065 U1 shows the features of the preamble of claims 1 and 3.

DE 196 43 618 A1 shows a thermal insulation composite system with plastic insulation boards made of rigid foam, preferably polystyrene, attached to a facade, which are protected on the side facing away from the facade against the effects of the weather with a finishing plaster that is optionally applied via reinforcement, with a provided with a flame retardant separating layer is switched on, which leads to a separating layer stabilization in the event of fire by foaming and curing of the flame retardant.

Such plaster beads often have a reinforcing material section which is penetrated by the plaster mass and which improves the attachment and adhesion of the plaster layer.

Tests with such plaster strips have shown that if such plaster strips in the installed state come into contact with a flame from a Bunsen burner, for example, such plaster strips will catch fire after some time.

Although the fire hazard at this position is not too high because the adjacent components, in particular the plaster layer and/or the window or door frame, which is often made of plastic, cannot catch fire, there is a need, however, to reduce the risk of fire on the plaster strip side lower as much as possible. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a plaster strip and a corresponding building transition in which the risk of ignition is reduced to a minimum while at the same time maintaining the tightness and freedom from damage at the plaster end.

This object is solved by the subject matter of independent claims 1 and 3. Advantageous developments result from the dependent claims.

On a plaster bead made of plastic according to the invention is a mesh-like reinforcement material section, in particular made of glass mesh, glass silk or plastic fabric or glass mesh, glass silk or plastic scrim, for embedding in or under a plaster layer, in particular a plaster layer on thermal insulation a building wall.

In a first variant, this reinforcement material section includes a finish or coating made of a plastic base material that falls into fire protection class B3 "easily inflammable" according to DIN standard 4102-1, and the plastic base material is provided with a flame retardant, so that the combination of plastic base material and flame retardant at least in fire protection class B2 "normally flammable" according to DIN standard 4102-1, in particular in fire protection class B2 "normally flammable" according to DIN standard 4102-1 or in fire protection class B1 " Hardly inflammable" according to DIN standard 4102-1 or in fire protection class A2 "non-combustible" according to DIN standard 4102-1. In other words, the coating or finish of the armouring material section has a plastic base material which innately falls into fire protection class B3 "easily flammable", and the desired fire protection class of at least B2 "normally flammable" is achieved by adding the flame retardant.

In a second variant, the reinforcement material section includes a finish or coating made of a non-flammable or non-combustible material that is at least in fire protection class B2 "normally flammable" according to DIN standard 4102-1, in particular in fire protection class B2 "normally flammable " according to DIN standard 4102-1 or in fire protection class B1 "hardly inflammable" according to DIN standard 4102-1 or in fire protection class A2 "non-combustible" according to DIN standard 4102-1.

According to a fundamental finding of the inventors, the reinforcement material section of conventional plaster strips is often provided with a coating that is inherently highly combustible. This has not been considered so far, as the focus was only on the base material of the plasterboard and its flammability.

Therefore, the inventor has found that by forming the finish or coating according to the first and the second variant as claimed in the independent claims 1 and 3 and described here, the behavior of the reinforcing material section in the event of fire is at least in fire protection class B2 "normal flammable", in particular to fire protection class B2 "normally flammable", or to fire protection class B1 "hardly flammable" or to fire protection class A2 "non-flammable", each according to DIN standard 4102-1, which means that the Plaster strip as a whole results in just this fire protection class.

The risk of ignition is reduced to a minimum, while maintaining the tightness and freedom from damage at the end of the plaster.

This is important both for the delivery condition and for the installed condition of the plasterboard, e.g. B. if undesirably a piece of reinforcement material is accessible from an outside of the building for a flame, and also for the installation phase of the plaster strip, because a fire can also break out during the plastering phase. Due to the fact that, according to the invention, the behavior of the reinforcing material section in the event of fire is reduced to at least fire protection class B2 "normally flammable" according to DIN standard 4102-1 and due to the reduction in the risk of ignition of the plaster strip overall, the emergence or spread of a fire in the delivered condition, in the installed condition and also during the installation phase, in which the reinforcement material section is partly accessible to a large area for a flame, is effectively counteracted.

In the second variant, instead of the wording "finish or coating made of a material that is not easily flammable", the synonymous wording that the finish or coating does not fall into fire protection class B3 "easily flammable" according to DIN standard 4102-1 can be used.

A plastic plaster bead according to the invention can be any plaster bead as long as it has a mesh-like reinforcement material section made of a glass mesh, glass silk or plastic fabric or a glass mesh, glass silk or plastic scrim, and for as long as it has this net-like reinforcement material section is provided or intended for embedding in or under a layer of plaster, in particular a layer of plaster on thermal insulation or a building wall.

In particular, the plaster strip made of plastic according to the invention includes: end rails, which can also be referred to as end strips, plaster corner strips, which can also be referred to as fabric corner angles, plaster strips for placement at a building transition between a first component of a building, in particular a window or door frame, a window sill, a beam, a metal connection or a pilaster strip, and a second component of a building, in particular thermal insulation and/or a layer of plaster, as well as drip edge plaster strips and expansion joint plaster strips.

The finish or coating of the reinforcement material section according to the invention surrounds the net-like reinforcement material at least to the outside, ie on the side facing the outside of the building, and in particular surrounds or envelops the entire net-like reinforcement material section.

According to the invention, a finish is understood to mean when the reinforcement material section is immersed in the liquid mass of the finish material, is then removed from it again and dried.

In the first variant, the liquid mass of the finishing material includes a plastic base material that falls into fire protection class B3 "easily inflammable" according to DIN standard 4102-1 and that is provided with a flame retardant, so that the combination of Plastic base material and flame retardant from the liquid mass falls into at least fire protection class B2 "normally flammable" according to DIN standard 4102-1.

In the second variant, the finish includes a non-flammable or non-combustible material that innately falls into at least fire protection class B2 "normally flammable" according to DIN standard 4102-1.

According to the invention, a coating of the net-like reinforcement material section is understood to mean the application of the coating to the net-like reinforcement material section in a manner other than immersion, removal and subsequent drying, in particular the application of a coating by spraying, brushing, brushing or rolling.

In the first variant, the coating is made of a plastic base material, which innately falls into fire protection class B3 "easily inflammable" according to DIN standard 4102-1, and the flame retardant, so that the combination of plastic base material and flame retardant is at least in fire protection class B2 "normally flammable" according to DIN standard 4102-1, and in the second variant, in which the coating innately has a non-flammable or non-combustible material that at least falls into fire protection class B2 "normally flammable" falls according to DIN standard 4102-1, applied directly to the mesh-like reinforcement material section, in particular sprayed, brushed on, brushed on or rolled on.

In the first variant, the flame retardant is preferably introduced into the plastic base material of the finish or coating and distributed in it, in particular essentially uniformly.

After the plaster has been applied, the section of reinforcing material is usually below the surface of the plaster, but in most cases it is in turn attached to the substrate by means of putty. The reinforcement material section improves the adhesion of the plaster to the substrate and ensures that the plaster is permanently free of cracks.

At this point it is pointed out that instead of the fire protection classes B1 "hardly flammable" and B2 "normally flammable" of DIN standard 4102-1 used according to the invention, the corresponding classes for fire behavior from European standard EN13501-1 can also be used as a reference.

  • D-s1, d2
  • Q-s2, d2
  • Q-s3, d2
  • E
  • E-d2

Fire protection class B1 "hardly flammable" means that the ignitability in the event of edge or surface exposure to a small flame is limited to the level specified in DIN 4102-1.

The fire protection class B2 "normally flammable" means that the fire extinguishes itself after the source of the fire has been removed.

With regard to DIN standard 4102-1, the plastering strip according to the invention is to be regarded as outer wall cladding within the meaning of 6.1.1b). In a test in which the flames escaping from an opening in a wall are shown as a model and the resulting results exposure, the spread of fire must not extend significantly outside the primary fire area.

According to 6.1.2.1 of DIN standard 4102-1, plastering strips according to the invention, which are to be regarded as building materials with the exception of floor coverings, meet the requirements for classification in building material class B1 if they pass the fire shaft test and meet the requirements of building material class B2.

According to 6.1.2.2 of DIN standard 4102-1, the fire shaft test is passed if, in a test according to 6.1.3.1
  1. a) the mean value of the residual lengths (according to 9.1 of DIN 4102-16: 1998-05) of each specimen is at least 15 cm and no specimen has a residual length of 0 cm,
  2. b) the mean flue gas temperature does not exceed 200Ā°C in any test,
  3. c) the specimens only burn, smolder with a flame or smolder to the extent that the requirement for the remaining length is met.

With regard to further details on testing for building material class B1, reference is made to 6.1.3 and 6.1.4 of DIN standard 4102-1.

ErfindungsgemƤƟe Anputzleisten fallen in die Baustoffklasse B2, wenn unter einer Beanspruchung durch eine kleine, definierte Flamme (Streichholzflamme) die EntzĆ¼ndbarkeit und die Flammenausbreitung innerhalb einer bestimmten Zeit begrenzt ist, siehe 6.2.1 der DIN-Norm 4102-1.Plaster strips according to the invention fall into building material class B2 if, under exposure to a small, defined flame (match flame), the ignitability and flame propagation is limited within a certain time, see 6.2.1 of DIN standard 4102-1.

According to a first embodiment of the invention, the plaster strip is designed as an end rail for thermal insulation of a building or soundproofing of a building and also has the following:
  • an angle rail, the first leg of which is intended for fastening to the structure and the second leg of which is intended for bearing against a closing end face of the insulation; and
  • an outer strip which is attached to the end area of the second leg of the angle rail and has an outer leg for contact with the outside of the insulation,
  • wherein the angle rail and the outer strip are formed as a common extrusion part or as separate extrusion parts; and
  • wherein the reinforcing material section to be embedded in the plaster is provided on the outer leg.

The outer strip can be glued to the angle rail or clipped onto the angle rail. Both types of connection can be B. at the construction site without any problems and result in a permanent connection that can withstand even under adverse weather conditions.

The outer strip may have a terminal end leg which is intended to bear against a terminal end face of the insulation. The outer strip can be attached to the insulation in a simple and precisely positioned manner with such a terminal leg on the front side.

The outer bar can have another leg that forms a drip nose for water. This further leg can, for example, protrude downwards in the installation situation at the lower end of the thermal insulation and reduce the proportion of water that gets from the outside in the direction of the thermal insulation and in the direction of the building. This keeps the angle rail drier and also, in the event that the outer strip is glued to the angle rail, prevents too much water from getting to the adhesive strip.

The angle rail and the outer strip can be connected to one another by means of an adhesive strip, in particular by means of an adhesive strip provided between the second leg of the angle rail and the end-face leg of the outer strip. This strip of adhesive, which also includes a quantity of applied adhesive, reliably and permanently connects the angle rail and the outer bar, and provides a good seal therebetween.

A flexible transition region can be provided between the outer leg and the terminal leg of the outer strip on the face side. This can allow a change in position between the outer leg and the end leg in a certain angular range, so that the end rail according to the invention can be used for different installation situations.

The transition area can have an insertion area in the transverse direction for a connector. Thus, a connector can be plugged into the transition area in the transverse direction, and the end rail can be arranged with one arranged next to it in the transverse direction be connected and adjusted. In the case of the end rail arranged next to it, a plug-in area is then preferably also provided in the transverse direction, into which the plug connector can be plugged. In this way, a fixation of the two end rails arranged next to one another can be guaranteed.

The second leg of the angle rail can form a step-like course, arranged in particular in its outer end region. In particular, the outer end area can be at a level below the level of the remaining area of the second leg of the angle rail. The outer strip is often glued or attached to the outer end area of the second leg. It can thus be achieved that the upper side of the second leg of the angle rail and the upper side of the terminal leg of the outer strip are at the same height level, which enables a favorable connection to the thermal insulation arranged above.

According to a second embodiment of the invention, the plaster bead is designed as a plaster corner bead for arrangement on a vertical or a horizontal building corner, in particular a building corner provided with thermal insulation, and also has the following:
  • a first leg for abutting the structure on the first side of the structure corner; and
  • a second leg for contact with the structure on the second side of the structure corner,
  • wherein the first and the second leg are formed as a common extrusion or as separate extrusions, and
  • wherein the reinforcing material section to be embedded in the plaster is provided on at least one of the first and second legs.

A plastering area can be formed by at least one of the legs. This makes it easier to plaster the plaster cornice.

A transition area can be provided between the first and the second leg. This can allow a change in position between the two legs in a certain angular range, so that the plaster corner bead according to the invention can be used for different installation situations.

The transition area can be provided with a groove-like profiling at least on the side facing the plastering area. Such a channel profiling increases the surface area of the leg, with which the plaster forms a bond, and thus adhesion is improved.

The transition area can have an insertion area in the transverse direction for a connector. Thus, a connector can be plugged into the transition region in the transverse direction, and the plaster corner bead can be connected to a plaster corner bead arranged next to it or above/below. In the case of the plaster corner strip arranged next to it, an insertion area is then preferably also provided in the transverse direction, into which the plug connector can be inserted. In this way, a fixation of the two plaster corner strips arranged next to each other can be guaranteed.

According to a further embodiment of the plaster corner bead according to the invention, a particularly flexible transition area is provided between the first and the second leg. This can allow a change in position between the two legs in a certain angular range, so that the plaster corner bead according to the invention can be used for different installation situations.

  • einen Anputzbereich, der zum Einputzen in die Putzschicht und/oder zur festen Verbindung mit der WƤrmedƤmmung bestimmt ist;
According to a third embodiment of the invention, the plaster strip is intended as a plaster strip for placement on a transition between a first component of a building, in particular a window or door frame, a window sill, a beam, a metal connection or a pilaster strip, and a second component of a building, in particular a Thermal insulation and/or a plaster layer, and also has the following:
  • a fixing area with which the plastering strip can be fastened in particular to at least one component of the transition; and
  • a plastering area intended for plastering into the plaster layer and/or for permanent connection with the thermal insulation;
  • wherein the fixing area and the plastering area are formed as a common extrusion or as separate extrusions; and
  • The reinforcement material section to be embedded in the plaster is provided on the plastering area and has a finish or coating made of a non-flammable or non-combustible material that at least has fire protection class B2 "normally flammable" according to DIN standard 4102-1, in particular in the fire protection class B2 "normally flammable" according to the DIN standard 4102-1 or in the fire protection class B1 "hardly inflammable" according to DIN standard 4102-1 or in fire protection class A2 "non-combustible" according to DIN standard 4102-1.

The fixing area and the plastering area can be formed in one piece. Such a plaster strip reliably seals the building transition and is relatively simple in construction.

The attachment area may have an adhesive strip for attachment to the first building component. With such an adhesive strip, the attachment area is reliably connected to the part of the building.

The term ā€œadhesive stripā€ also includes an amount of adhesive applied in the form of a strip. The design can be such that the adhesive strip, which connects to the rest of the plastering strip on one side and can be glued to the first building component on the other side, already represents the fixing area as such. However, it is emphasized that there are alternative ways of designing the fixing area, in particular screwing the plaster strip to one of the two parts of the building or clamping it into a gap between the first component of the building and the thermal insulation or fixing or fastening to the insulation.

The fixing area and the plastering area can be designed separately from one another in such a way thatā€”possibly after separating a strip-shaped protective flapā€”a relative movement between the fixing area and the plastering area is made possible by means of a guide connection. In this case, the plastering strip is formed in two parts, one part being formed by the attachment area and the other part by the plastering area. Such relative mobility between the fixing and plastering area allows material movements, for example as a result of temperature fluctuations or shrinkage, between the fixing area fixed to the first building component and the plastering area fixed to the plaster layer to be easily and reliably compensated by a relative movement of the plastering area to the Specification area is enabled. At the same time, the sealing function of the plaster strip is retained without damaging the plaster connection or the plaster.

The fixing area and the plastering area can be connected to one another via a flexible material section that allows a relative movement between the fixing area and the plastering area. Also in this embodiment, the plaster strip Compensate for material movements, for example as a result of temperature fluctuations, between the first and the second building component, specifically through a movement, for example an elongation of the flexible material section. At the same time, the sealing function of the plaster strip is retained without damaging the plaster.

A delayed expansion expansion strip may be provided which is configured to expand towards and abut one of the two building components, optionally after a confinement area has been released, so as to ensure a seal between the two components.

The first plastering bead 2, the second plastering bead 26, the end rail 68 and the plaster corner bead 96 are described below as representative of any plastering bead, end rails and plaster corner bead in which a mesh-like reinforcing material section, in particular made of glass mesh, glass silk or plastic fabric or made of glass mesh, glass fiber or plastic fabric, for embedding in or under a plaster layer, in particular a plaster layer on thermal insulation of a building wall, and in which this reinforcement material section has a finish or coating according to one of the first or second variant includes. The extrusion parts can be produced cheaply and are characterized by a profile cross section that is constant over their entire length.

In the following exemplary embodiments, plastic plaster strips ( figures 1 and 2 ), a finishing rail ( figure 3 ) and a plaster corner strip ( figure 4 ) shown and described, in which a reinforcement material section is attached to the corresponding plaster strip, in particular to a base body thereof.

At this point, however, it should be noted that the invention is not limited to these plastic plaster strips shown as an example, but that other strip types, such. B. a drip edge plaster strip or expansion joint plaster strip are covered by the present invention, as long as these strips only have a reinforcing material section with a finish or coating according to the claims.

1 and 2 show the plastering strips 2 and 26 in the delivery state, in which the strip-shaped protective flap has not yet been separated.

In the 1 The first plastering strip 2 shown as an example comprises a fixing area 4 and a plastering area 10 with a reinforcing material section 18 and a strip-shaped protective flap 22.

The attachment area 4 and the plastering area 10 are formed integrally with one another, so that the present plastering strip 2 can also be referred to as a one-piece plastering strip 2 .

The protective tab 22 in the form of a strip is connected to a plaster end side 14 of the plaster area 10 by means of a break-off material bridge 24 . The protective strip 22 in the form of a strip also has a spacer web which can lie against the outside of a first building component when the plastering strip 2 is in the assembled state.

The fixing area 4, the plastering area 10 and the strip-shaped protective flap 22 have been produced together from one material by way of extrusion.

In the present case, the determination area 4 is defined by an in 1 horizontal base wall 6 and an adhesive strip 8 fixed thereto, which is intended for attachment to a first building component, for example a window or door frame. The first building component on which the adhesive strip 8 rests can also be designed as a window sill, as a beam, as a metal connection, or as a pilaster strip.

The plastering area 12 is formed by the outside of the protruding leg 12, by the plaster end side 14 directed away from the window or door frame, and by the reinforcing material section 18.

On the underside, the first plastering strip 2 has a stepped course, the underside of the plaster end side 14 is, in relation to the installation situation, closer to the window/door frame than the underside of the base wall 6.

In the present case, the reinforcement material section 18 is connected to the protruding leg 12 by means of a connection, which is shown here as an example of ultrasonic welding 20 .

The plaster end face 14 directed away from the window or door frame and the surface of the projecting leg 12 directed from the thermal insulation towards the opposite side of the window or door frame are provided with a channel profile 16 to improve the adhesion of the plaster.

At the construction site, the plastering strip 2 is first cut to the appropriate length specified by the dimensions of the window or door opening and then attached to the transition between the window/door frame and the thermal insulation by the plastering strip 2 with its fixing area 4 in the gap between the window or door frame and thermal insulation is pushed in so that the plaster strip 2 rests with the upper side of its base wall 6 on the gap-side front side of the thermal insulation, with the back of its removable leg 12 resting on the outside of the thermal insulation and with the adhesive strip 8 on the surface of the window or door frame is glued on.

After covering the window with window frame or the door with door frame with a film that is attached to the strip-shaped protective flap 22, in particular glued, the plastering takes place. In this case, if necessary after prior application of a filler behind the reinforcement material section 18, a plaster layer embedding the reinforcement material section 18 and the plastering area 10 up to a plaster removal edge is applied, which is essentially formed by the end of the plaster end side 14, to which the strip-shaped protective flap 22 adjoins . The strip-shaped protective flap 22 is broken off and removed after plastering has taken place.

The adhesive strip 8 may have some expandability and shrinkability to accommodate changes in distance between the underside of the base wall 6 and the surface of the window or door frame within certain limits, ensuring a good seal under changing conditions.

As an alternative to providing an adhesive strip 8, the element 8 can also be in the form of an expansion strip with a certain ability to expand and shrink without having to be adhesively bonded on its side facing the window or door frame. In this case, it is inserted and, as it were, braced in the gap or fastened to the insulation. As a result, changes in distance between the underside of the base wall 6 and the surface of the window or door frame can also be compensated within certain limits, which ensures good sealing under changing conditions.

In the 2 The second plastering strip 26 shown as an example has, like the first plastering strip 2, a fixing area 28, part of which can be fastened to a first building component, in particular a window or door frame, a plastering area 40, which is designed here as a movable front area 40, to which an armouring material section 64 is attached and which is intended to be embedded in a layer of plaster together with the armouring material section 64, as well as a strip-shaped protective flap 26.

The adhesive layer applied to the outside of the strip-shaped protective flap 60 can now be seen; it is connected to both the fixing area 28 and the attachment area 40 via a break-off material bridge 62 , otherwise it matches the strip-shaped protective flap 22 1 agree and will not be explained again in the following.

Anders als die einteilig ausgebildete erste Anputzleiste 2 ist die zweite Anputzleiste 26 nun zweiteilig ausgebildet, mit einem Festlegungsbereich 28 und einem dazu verschiebbaren Anputzbereich 40.Unlike the first plastering strip 2, which is designed in one piece, the second plastering strip 26 is now designed in two parts, with a fixing area 28 and a plastering area 40 that can be moved relative to it.

The fixing area 28 includes a base wall 30 with an adhesive strip 32 attached to its underside, which rests sealingly with its underside when the plastering strip 26 is mounted on the window or door frame and is optionally glued thereto.

If the expansion strip 32 is made of a flexible material, it can be compressed and expanded again in order to compensate within certain limits for changes in distance between the underside of the base wall 30 and the surface of the window or door frame.

At the right outboard end of the base wall 38, a protective lip 34 extends downwardly. This protective lip can be made of a softer, flexible plastic material and thus have a certain flexibility. When the second plastering strip 26 is installed, such a flexible protective lip 34 rests against the surface of the window or door frame, specifically at a position outside of the adhesive strip 32 and thus reliably prevents moisture from reaching the adhesive strip 32 . The protective lip 34 can in particular be coextruded together with the base wall 30 and the guide extension 36, which will be explained in more detail below, with the plastering area 40 and the strip-shaped protective tab 60.

A guide extension 36 projects upwardly from base wall 30 and is integrally formed therewith. This guide extension 36 comprises a widened end head 38 arranged at the top, an extension wall area of smaller wall thickness underneath and an extension wall area of further reduced wall thickness which forms the connection with the base wall 30 .

The displaceable plastering area 40 is divided into a projecting leg 36 arranged at the top, a receiving space 42 starting behind it with an inner thermal insulation contact side 48 and an outer plaster side 54, with the projecting leg 46 having an inner plaster side 50 and an outer plaster side 54, and one at the bottom cleaning end side 56 which attaches to the outer end of the receiving space 42 and runs outwards.

The receiving space 42 is dimensioned such that the front end of the end head 38 is at a small distance from the upper wall of the receiving space 42 when the guide extension 36 is located completely in the receiving space 42 and accordingly when the rear end surface of the side walls of the receiving space 42 rests against the front side of the base wall 30 is positioned. Mutually opposite guide projections 44 attach to the lower end of the inner sides of the receiving space 42 and extend so far inward, based on the axis of symmetry of the receiving space 42, that they receive and guide the guide extension 36 between them. In the position of the guide extension 36 shown, the guide projections 44 engage in the lowermost area of the guide extension 36 with a reduced wall thickness and hold this guide extension 36 and thus the entire fixing area 36 with respect to the displaceable plastering area 40 in the minimum displacement position. The guide projections 44 can consist of a plastic material that is softer than the material of the displaceable plastering area 40 .

If one imagines that the break-off material bridge or the break-off material bridges 62 of the fixing area 28 and the displaceable attachment area 40 to the strip-shaped protective flap 60 are severed, the attachment area 40 can be displaced in relation to the attachment area 28, specifically up to a maximum displacement position, in which the guide projections 44 abut the end head 38. As a result, movements between the thermal insulation/plaster layer and the window/door frame can be compensated for in a particularly advantageous manner.

From a central portion of the top wall of the accommodating space 42, the upper take-off leg 46 extends upward. The inner plaster side 50 and the outer plaster side 52 of the projecting leg 46, the outer plaster side 54 of the outer wall of the receiving space 42 and the plaster end side 56 are provided with a channel profile 58 in order to increase the surface to which the plaster adheres, and thus a to create a better connection with the plaster. This groove profiling 58 can, as in 2 visible, also extend over the front wall of the receiving space 42.

On the outer plaster side 52 of the projecting leg 46 is an in 2 armouring material section 64 that extends forward, by means of ultrasonic welding 66, shown here as an example.

When installing the second plastering strip 26, there does not have to be a gap between the thermal insulation and the window/door frame. At the construction site, the plastering strip 26 is first cut to the appropriate length specified by the dimensions of the window or door opening and then attached to the transition between the window/door frame and the thermal insulation by placing it against the thermal insulation with the thermal insulation contact side 48 and with applied and glued to the window/door frame using the adhesive strip 32. The protective film is then stretched over the window or door frame and fixed to the adhesive layer of the protective flap 60 in the form of a strip. The plastering area 40 is then plastered in, optionally after the previously applied filler behind the reinforcing material section 64 . When plastering, the plaster layer extends either over the entire area of the plastering area 40 provided with channel profiling 58 or, if filler has been applied, over the outer plaster sides 52, 54 and over the plaster end side 56 up to the plaster end edge, which extends through the end of the plaster end side 56 is defined.

After plastering has taken place, the strip-shaped protective tab 60 can be removed by cutting through the break-off material bridges 62, for example by pulling them off by hand, optionally cutting the ends.

By severing the demolition material bridge 62, which previously held the fixing area 28 and the movable attachment area 40 together via the strip-shaped protective tab 60, the movable attachment area 40 is now decoupled from the attachment area 28 and can be separated by the construction with guide extension 36, end head 38, and receiving space 42 move with guide projections 44 relative to the base wall 30, and thus compensate for movements between thermal insulation and plaster layer and window / door frame.

The second plastering strip 26 is a two-part plastering strip described as an example, in which two areas 28 and 40 can be shifted relative to one another in order to be able to compensate for movements between the thermal insulation/plaster layer and the window/door frame.

The invention also covers other two-part plastering strips, in particular two-part plastering strips which are at least partially pushed into a gap between the thermal insulation and the window/door frame.

In the 3 The end rail 68 shown comprises an angle rail 70 and an outer strip 80 connected to it.

The angle rail 70 has a first leg 72, which is intended to rest against a structure not shown here, for example a wall, and which can be fastened thereto, for example by shot-in bolts or by screws, and a second, essentially horizontal leg Leg 74, which attaches to the underside of the first leg 72, continues from there horizontally outwards and has a step 76 downwards at its end remote from the wall.

The outer strip 80 also has a substantially horizontally running terminal leg 82 on the front side and an outer leg 84 connected to it via a transition area 76 and protruding upwards. The terminal leg 82 on the front side is above the step 76 of the second leg 74 of the angle rail 70 arranged and glued by means of a foam adhesive tape or compressed sealing tape 78 on the step end region 76 set back downwards. Doing so form the top of the second leg 74 (except for the portion of the step 76) and the top of the terminal end leg 82 in the present example a plane.

A reinforcement material section 92 is connected to the outside of the outer leg 84 by means of suitable fastenings, which in the present case are designed as ultrasonic welds 94 .

The transition area 86 between the end-side leg 82 and the outer leg 84 is rounded in the present exemplary embodiment and describes approximately a half or two-thirds circle with an opening sloping inwards and upwards, so that a plug-in area for a connector is formed here in the transverse direction. A channel profile 104 is formed on each of the outer wall areas that are sloping downwards inwards and upwards outwards, and the right-hand outer wall area of the transition area 86 forms a plaster removal edge or a plaster end face.

Furthermore, a drip nose lip 90 is provided, which extends obliquely downwards inwards from the right lower end area of the transition area 86 . Such a drip nose lip 90 ensures that the underside of the angle rail 70 remains dry and that the proportion of water that can reach the adhesive strip 78 is minimized.

When using the end rail 68, one normally works in such a way that, if necessary after cutting the end rail 68 to the appropriate predetermined length, first the angle rail 70 is fastened to the building wall, usually several angle rails 70 are fastened one after the other along the length of the wall be worked at the transitions with overlapping or where at the transitions connectors that engage in the transition areas 86 are attached, which connect two adjacent end rails 68 with each other.

Then the outer batten 80 is glued on, usually several, one after the other along the length of the angle rails 70. Then the thermal insulations are put in place, so that they rest with their building side on the first leg 72 and above the wall and that they rest with the underside on the second leg 74 of the angle rail 70 and the terminal leg 82 on the front side. When the insulation is brought in and put on, the outer leg 74 together with the reinforcement material section 92 can be pivoted outwards. The insulation is attached to the wall in the usual way.

Now the armouring material section 92 is fastened from the outside with filler on the outside of the thermal insulation. It goes without saying that further reinforcement material, which is not shown, overlaps the reinforcement material section 92 and is also fastened to the insulation. After the filler has set or hardened, a layer of plaster is applied to the outside. The in 3 outermost transition area section 86 serve as a pull-off edge.

The plaster corner strip 96 of 4 has, like the outer strip 80 of the end rail 68, a first in 4 horizontally extending leg 98, a second, in 4 leg 100 running vertically, i.e. upwards, and a transition area 102, which connects the right-hand end of the first leg 98 and the lower end of the second leg 100 and essentially describes the course of a semicircle or two-thirds circle, so that the legs 98 and 100 can be pivoted in relation to one another and that a connector or plug-in pin can be introduced into the transition area 102 in the transverse direction in order to connect two plaster corner strips 96 lying next to one another in the transverse direction.

A first armouring material section 110 , which runs to the left in the direction of the first leg 98 , is fastened to the underside of the first leg 98 by means of suitable connections, which are shown here by way of example as ultrasonic welds 112 . Likewise, a second armouring material section 114 is fastened to the outside of the second leg 100 by means of suitable connections, which are shown here as ultrasonic welds 116 by way of example. This second armouring material section 114 runs upwards in the direction of the second leg 100 .

The outer wall area of the transition area 102 pointing downwards to the left and the outer wall area pointing upwards to the right are each provided with a channel profile 104 to improve the adhesion of the plaster.

The lowermost wall portion of the transition area 102 forms a first plaster release edge 106 and the rightmost wall portion of the transition area 102 forms a second plaster release edge 108. By bending the legs 98 and 100 relative to one another, the plaster corner bead 96 can be adjusted to virtually any required angle a corner.

When plastering building corners, the procedure is as follows. First, the plaster cornice 96, in practice several plaster cornices 96 arranged next to or one above the other, are applied to the corner of the building and connected to the building in the usual way, for example by shooting in bolts. Overlapping can be used here, or adjacent plaster cornices can be connected to one another by plug connectors or plug-in pins that are inserted into the transition areas 102 of the adjacent plaster cornices 96 . Then the reinforcement material sections 102 are attached from the outside with filler to the building walls on both sides of the building corner, and then further reinforcement material sections, not shown here, can be attached and also attached to the building wall with filler. The plaster is now applied to both walls on both sides of the building corner from the outside, with the plaster stripping edges 106 and 108 being able to specify the thickness of the plaster layer to be applied here. After the layer of plaster has hardened, the corner of the building is plastered.

In all plaster strips described: first plaster strip 2, second plaster strip 26, end rail 68 and plaster corner strip 96, the reinforcement material section 18, 64, 92, 114 is welded to the respective base body, in particular ultrasonic welded joints 20, 66, 94, 116 attached to the plaster strip. As an alternative to this and also covered by the present invention, the situation when the reinforcement material section is attached to the respective plaster strip, in particular to its main body, in a different way, e.g. B. by pinching, snapping, gluing or the like.

All of the reinforcement material sections 18, 64, 92 and 114 described have in common that they have a finish or coating according to the first variant described above or according to the second variant described above.

By providing the reinforcing material section 18, 64, 92 and 114 of the respective plaster strips 2, 26, 68 and 96 with such a coating or finish, the behavior of the reinforcing material section 18, 64, 92 and 114 and thus the plaster strip 2, 26, 68, 96 overall in the event of fire at least to fire protection class B2 "normally flammable", in particular to fire protection class B2 "normally flammable", or to fire protection class B1 "hardly flammable", or to fire protection class A2 "non-flammable", in each case according to the DIN standard 4102-1, reduced.

In order to avoid repetition, reference is made at this point to the embodiments and advantages described above, which also relate to those in the present Figures 1 to 4 The cleaning strips 2, 26, 68 and 96 shown are expressly to be regarded as disclosed.
