Description
The invention relates, in general, to lighting and signaling devices installed in motor vehicles.
The invention relates more particularly to a light module comprising a support system arranged at the level of the headlights of a vehicle, so as to house and position light devices such as light guides.
In a known manner, a vehicle headlamp comprises one or more light devices preferably installed integrally in the headlamp. The light devices comprise at least one light guide configured to diffuse light generated by a light source such as a light-emitting diode (abbreviated as "DEL" in French, or designated "LED" from English "Light-Emitting Diode"). Thus, the lighting function and/or the signaling function such as the switching on of the daytime running lights (from an acronym “DRL” for “Daytime running Lights”) is carried out.
There are lighting and signaling brackets mounted at vehicle headlamps and configured to house light guides. Nevertheless, these lighting and signaling supports do not sufficiently guarantee the correct positioning of the light guides, nor the fixing of the light guides in an anti-vibration manner. The positioning of the light guides thus risks changing involuntarily due to vibrations produced during a vehicle journey. The functions of the light guides, in particular from a photometric point of view, therefore run the risk of not being ensured.

To achieve this result, the present invention relates to a light module according to

In the example illustrated in the figures, the guide positioning means 21 comprises a plurality of gutters, the number of which corresponds to that of the light guides. According to the invention the
In this way, the immobilization of the second ends of the light guides is guaranteed.
In another even more advantageous embodiment, reliefs and grooves are formed on the external surface of the at least one gripping tooth as well as on the internal surface of the at least one barrel so as to improve the fixing .
As described above, the immobilization of the first and second ends of the light guides 11a, 11b, 11c is guaranteed; the positioning with good precision as well as the anti-vibration of the light guides are therefore achieved.
Advantageously, the
Thanks to the cooperation of the first fixing means, the second fixing means or even the guide positioning means, the invention makes it possible to guarantee a good positioning of the luminous and/or thermal devices all assembled to the support system which is installed at the level of the headlamp, and to ensure that this positioning is not affected by vibrations produced during vehicle travel.
