Claims (8)
- Bogie de véhicule ferroviaire léger, comprenant un cadre (1) et des boîtes d'essieu montées respectivement sur des fusées d'essieu d'un ensemble de roues, dans lequelle cadre (1) comprend des poutres latérales (11) et une poutre transversale (12) perpendiculaire aux parties médianes des poutres latérales (11), la partie médiane de la poutre latérale (11) est pourvue d'une zone évidée, et un sommet de la poutre transversale (12) est pourvu d'une traverse (2), la poutre transversale (12) est composée de deux corps tubulaires (121) espacés longitudinalement, les deux extrémités de chaque corps tubulaire (121) sont pourvues de sièges de connexion (8), et les deux extrémités du corps tubulaire (121) sont connectées de manière fixe aux poutres latérales (11) par l'intermédiaire des sièges de connexion (8) ;dans lequel un frein de rail magnétique (9) est suspendu à deux sièges en porte-à-faux (16) ; dans lequeldeux sièges de limite (10) sont respectivement situés juste au-dessus de deux extrémités du frein de rail magnétique (9), le frein de rail magnétique (9) est situé juste en dessous des corps tubulaires (121) ;caractérisé en ce que des sièges en porte-à-faux (16) s'étendant vers l'intérieur sont prévus sur les deux boîtes d'essieu ;en ce qu'une tige de guidage verticale (17) est disposée au sommet du frein de rail magnétique (9), un siège de limite (10) est monté sur un côté de chaque siège de connexion (8), le siège de limite (10) est muni d'un trou de guidage traversant (18), et la tige de guidage verticale (17) est insérée dans le trou de guidage (18).
- Bogie de véhicule ferroviaire léger selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la poutre latérale (11) comprend une plaque de recouvrement supérieure (111), une plaque de recouvrement inférieure (112) et deux plaques latérales (113), les quatre plaques définissent la poutre latérale de type caisson (11), et des jupes s'étendant latéralement sont prévues sur les bords des deux côtés de la plaque de recouvrement supérieure (111) et de la plaque de recouvrement inférieure (112) de la poutre latérale (11) ;
des rainures (114) sont formées latéralement sur les jupes de la plaque de recouvrement supérieure (111) et de la plaque de recouvrement inférieure (112) correspondant à la position de montage d'un siège de montage de tige de traction (3), le haut du siège de montage de tige de traction (3) est serré et fixé dans la rainure (114) de la plaque de recouvrement supérieure (111), le bas du siège de montage de tige de traction (3) est serré et fixé dans la rainure (114) de la plaque de recouvrement inférieure (112), le haut du siège de montage de tige de traction (3) est aligné avec le haut de la plaque de recouvrement supérieure (111), et le bas du siège de montage de tige de traction (3) est aligné avec le bas de la plaque de recouvrement inférieure (112). - Bogie de véhicule ferroviaire léger selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un siège de montage de tige de traction (3) est relié de manière fixe à la surface extérieure de la zone évidée centrale de chaque poutre latérale (10), les deux extrémités de la traverse (2) sont respectivement munies de porte-à-faux (21) s'étendant vers le bas dans la direction verticale, une tige de traction (4) est disposée entre chaque porte-à-faux (21) et le siège de montage de tige de traction (3) du même côté, une extrémité de la tige de traction (4) est montée sur le siège de montage de tige de traction (3), et l'autre extrémité de la tige de traction (4) est reliée de manière fixe à l'extrémité inférieure du porte-à-faux (21) ;
les deux structures assemblées à partir des porte-à-faux (21), des sièges de montage de tige de traction (3) et des tiges de traction (4) par connexion sont symétriques en rotation autour de l'axe central du cadre (1), et l'angle de rotation α est de 180 degrés. - Bogie de véhicule ferroviaire léger selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un bloc d'arrêt (5) s'étendant latéralement est prévu sur la surface extérieure de la poutre latérale (11) ;

- Bogie de véhicule ferroviaire léger selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel la poutre transversale (12) est composée de deux corps tubulaires (121) espacés longitudinalement.
- Bogie de véhicule ferroviaire léger selon la revendication 6, dans lequel les deux corps tubulaires (121) sont munis d'un siège de type cavalier (7) qui enjambe les deux corps tubulaires (121) et forme une connexion fixe de type arceau avec les deux corps tubulaires (121) en même temps, les deux côtés latéraux du siège de type cavalier (7) sont des surfaces de contact de butée latérale (71), et les deux surfaces d'extrémité longitudinale du siège de type cavalier (7) sont des surfaces de montage de moteur (72).
- Bogie de véhicule ferroviaire léger selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le cadre (1) est un cadre en forme de H.
