Claims (8)
- Amortisseur (1), en particulier pour des ferrures destinées à des meubles ou à des appareils ménagers, pourvu d'un logement (2) dans lequel un piston (10) relié à une tige de piston (5) est guidé de manière déplaçable linéairement dans un espace intérieur (20), au moins un canal d'écoulement (16), qui est traversé lors du déplacement du piston (10), est formé sur ou dans le piston (10), un élément de compensation de volume (14), qui compense un volume qui est repoussé ou libéré par une introduction ou un retrait d'une partie de la tige de piston (5) dans le logement (2) ou à l'extérieur de celui-ci, est disposé dans le logement (2), ledit élément étant monté déplaçable dans le logement (2), l'élément de compensation de volume (14) est retenu sur un cache (13) fermant le logement (2) à une extrémité et formant un passage pour la tige de piston (5), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de compensation de volume (14) est réalisé d'un seul tenant avec le cache (13) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une entretoise (15) flexible.
- Amortisseur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de compensation de volume (14) comporte un élément d'étanchéité annulaire (19) qui s'applique contre une paroi intérieure du logement (2).
- Amortisseur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une entretoise flexible (15) est orientée en forme de spirale dans la direction longitudinale du logement (2).
- Amortisseur selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que deux entretoises (15) sont prévues, qui relient l'élément de compensation de volume (14) au cache (13).
- Amortisseur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cache (13) comporte un manchon (12) pour le guidage de la tige de piston (5).
- Amortisseur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le manchon (12) fait saillie vers l'extérieur du logement (2) et du cache (13) dans la direction longitudinale du logement (2).
- Amortisseur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de compensation de volume (14), le cache (13) et au moins une entretoise (15) reliant le cache (13) à l'élément de compensation de volume (14) sont fabriqués sous forme de pièce moulée par injection en matière plastique.
- Ferrure, en particulier charnière ou fermeture automatique pour une coulisse de tiroir avec un amortisseur selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
