Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Notfangeinrichtung für zwei miteinander gekoppelte Schienenfahrzeuge.The invention relates to an emergency safety device for two rail vehicles coupled to one another.
Typische Passagierschienenfahrzeuge weisen zwei Drehgestelle auf und können mit weiteren Fahrzeugen gekuppelt werden. Spezielle Zugkonfigurationen erfordern jedoch keine betriebsmäßige Trennbarkeit der Fahrzeugzusammenstellung, sodass andere Fahrzeugkonzepte eingesetzt werden können. Dies betrifft insbesondere U-Bahnen und Straßenbahnen, bei welchen beispielsweise auch sogenannte Sänftenwagen eingesetzt werden, welche kein eigenes Drehgestell umfassen sondern von den benachbarten Fahrzeugen getragen werden. Solcherart kann eine Einsparung an teuren und schweren Drehgestellen realisiert werden, wenn die erlaubte Achslast der Strecke die Erhöhung der Last an den verbleibenden Drehgestellen ermöglicht. Zwischen einem konventionellen und einem Sänftenwagen ist eine spezifische Kupplung vorgesehen, welche die Betriebs- und Gewichtskräfte übermittelt und welche die erforderliche Beweglichkeit für Kurven- Kuppen- und Wannenfahrten sicherstellt. Dafür sind insbesondere Kugelgelenke gut geeignet. Jedoch sind Maßnahmen zu treffen um ein Kippen des Sänftenwagens um dessen Wagenlängsachse zu verhindern, was gemäß dem Stand der Technik mittels sogenannter Wankstützen erfolgen kann. Dabei werden die gekuppelten Fahrzeuge meist mittels eines Lenkers verbunden, wobei der Lenker an jedem Fahrzeug gelenkig angebunden ist und ein Kippen der Fahrzeuge zueinander verhindert, d.h. einen Bewegungsfreiheitsgrad des Kugelgelenks sperrt. Diese Wankstütze ist typischerweise zwischen den Fahrzeugen im Dachraum der Fahrzeuge angeordnet, wodurch die über den Lenker zu übermittelnden Kräfte aufgrund der Hebelgesetze im Vergleich zu einer Anordnung im Untergestellbereich reduziert sind. Andere Wankstützen sehen Kugelgelenke vor, bei welchen einer der drei Freiheitsgrade gesperrt ist. Versagt eine Wankstütze, so ist dies ein potentiell äußerst gefährlicher Zustand, da der betroffene Sänftenwagen um seine Längsachse nicht mehr gestützt ist und umstürzen kann. Sollte es der Bauraum zulassen, können im Stirnbereich der miteinander gekoppelten Fahrzeuge Anschlagpunke vorgesehen werden, an welchen sich der Sänftenwagen bei Versagen der Wankstütze an dem gekuppelten Wagen mit Fahrwerk abstützen kann. Fig.4 zeigt beispielhaft und schematisch Notfangeinrichtung mit Bahnkurve. Es ist ein Ausschnitt des Übergangs zweier Schienenfahrzeuge ausFig.3 dargestellt, wobei die rechnerisch ermittelte Bahnkurve 14 des Mittelpunkts des Zapfens 5 als gepunktete Linie gezeigt ist. Diese Bahnkurve 14 beschreibt alle, bei der gegebenen Geometrie der Wankstütze und allen möglichen Nick- oder Gierwinkeln der Schienenfahrzeuge zueinander, sich jeweils ergebende Positionen des Mittelpunkts des Zapfens 5. Dabei ist ersichtlich, dass eine berührungslose Führung des Zapfens 5 in der Ausnehmung 4 gegeben sein muß, da diese Bauteile sonst betriebsmäßig kollidieren würden und unzulässige Zwangskräfte entstehen würden. Die Ausnehmung 4 ist so zu gestalten, dass bei jedem Winkel der Schienenfahrzeuge zueinander diese Berührungslosigkeit gegeben sein muß. Die Ausnehmung 4 kann dabei, wie in dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel oval gestaltet sein, es ist nicht erforderlich die Ausnehmung 4 an die Bahnkurve 14 anzupassen, d.h. die komplexe Kurvenform als Umfanglinie der Ausnehmung 4 entsprechend zu gestalten. Zur Verdeutlichung der Bahnkurve 14 sind alle weiteren Bezugszeichen inFig.4 nicht dargestellt.Fig.4 shows an example and schematic emergency safety device with a trajectory. Claims (4)
- Safety catch facility (1) for two rail vehicles (9, 10), which are coupled to one another by means of a ball joint, wherein one of the rail vehicles (9, 10) is a coach car without running gear and wherein the rail vehicles (9, 10) are connected via an anti-roll brace (11, 12, 13), wherein a first guide facility (2) is embodied for arrangement on a first rail vehicle (9) and which comprises a recess (4), and
a second guide facility (3), which is embodied for arrangement on a second rail vehicle (10) and which comprises a pin (5), wherein the pin (5) is guided in the recess (4) in a contact-free manner in the usage position installed on the rail vehicles. - Safety catch facility (1) for two rail vehicles (9, 10), which are coupled to one another by means of a ball joint, according to claim 1,
