Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Zusammenbauen eines Lederartikels, wie eines Schuhs, wobei die Vorrichtung enthält eine Zusammenbaueinheit (2), die ausgelegt ist, um eine oder mehrere Komponenten des Artikels aufzunehmen, Videoerfassungseinrichtungen, die ausgelegt sind, um die Zusammenbaueinheit (2) aufzuzeichnen und mindestens ein erfasstes Bild (P) der Artikelkomponenten zu erhalten, wenigstens einen Anzeigebildschirm (4), der ausgelegt ist, um das mindestens eine Bild (P) anzuzeigen, das durch die Videoerfassungseinrichtungen erfasst wird; Projektionseinrichtungen, die ausgelegt sind, um eine oder mehrere leuchtende Referenzmarkierungen (Mp) auf den Artikel in der Zusammenbaueinheit zu projizieren; eine elektronische Steuereinheit (5), die zum Daten- und/oder Signalaustausch mit den Videoerfassungseinrichtungen, dem Bildschirm und dem Projektionsbildschirm betriebsmäßig verbunden ist, wobei der Bildschirm (4) ausgelegt ist, um einen Mitarbeiter in Überlagerung mit dem erfassten Bild (P) ein Originalmuster (Mm) graphisch darstellen zu lassen, das Zusammenbaureferenzgeometrien enthält; und wobei die Steuereinheit (5) so konfiguriert ist, dass sie das Originalmuster (Mm) hochlädt und speichert, um Steueranweisungen auf der Grundlage des Originalmusters (Mm) zu verarbeiten und an die Projektionseinrichtung bereitzustellen, wobei die Anweisungen ausgelegt sind, um die Projektionseinrichtungen zu veranlassen, leuchtende Referenzmarken (Mp) gemäß dem Originalmuster (Mm) auf die Artikelkomponenten zu projizieren, um die Zusammenbauschritte durch den Mitarbeiter zu unterstützen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Anzeige eine Berührungsbildschirmanzeige ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Steuereinheit (5) konfiguriert ist, um eine Bibliothek der Originalmuster (Mm), die jeweils einem Artikelmodell und/oder einem relativen Bild (P) zugeordnet sind, zu speichern und aus der gespeicherten Bibliothek ein Originalmuster (Mm) abzurufen, das zum Erzeugen der Anweisungen verwendet werden soll.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Projektionseinrichtungen einen oder mehrere Spiegel (311, 312) enthalten, die auf gesteuerte Weise durch entsprechende Galvanometer (313, 314) in Drehung versetzt werden, um eine gewünschte Zielrichtung eines kohärenten Lichtstrahls (Fs) abzulenken und zu verschieben, der von einer Lichtquelle emittiert wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Projektionseinrichtungen zwei kippbare Spiegel enthalten, die um zueinander orthogonale jeweilige Achsen kippbar sind, um die Verschiebung des Strahls (Fs) jeweils auf eine X-Koordinate und eine Y-Koordinate eines kartesischen Referenzsystems zu richten.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Anweisungen in Form einer Konfigurationsdatei vorliegen, die dafür ausgelegt ist, die Galvanometer zum Bewegen des Strahls in den XY-Koordinaten zu steuern.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Steuereinheit (5) über eine kabelgebundene oder kabellose Datenaustauschleitung (42) direkt oder indirekt mit einem lokalen oder globalen Datennetz kommuniziert.
  8. Verfahren zum Zusammenbauen einer Charge von Lederartikeln, wie Schuhen, in einer Zusammenbauvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte enthält: Positionieren der Komponenten eines ersten Artikels der Charge in der Zusammenbaueinheit (2); Aufzeichnen der Komponenten mit Videoerfassungseinrichtungen; Anzeigen mindestens eines so erfassten Bildes (P) des Artikels auf dem Anzeigebildschirm (4); graphisches Darstellen eines Originalmusters (Mm), das Zusammenbaureferenzgeometrien enthält, auf dem Bildschirm in Überlagerung mit dem erfassten Bild (P) und durch einen Mitarbeiter; Hochladen und Speichern des Originalmusters (Mm) in der elektronischen Steuereinheit (5); Verarbeiten von Steueranweisungen auf der Grundlage des Originalmusters (Mm) durch die Steuereinheit (5) und Bereitstellen an die Projektionseinrichtungen, gemäß welchen Anweisungen leuchtende Referenzmarken (Mp) gemäß dem Referenzmuster (Mp) auf die Artikelkomponenten gemäß dem Originalmuster (Mm) projiziert werden; Ausführen der Zusammenbauschritte unter Intervention oder Überwachung durch den Mitarbeiter, unterstützt durch die leuchtenden Referenzmarken; Herausnehmen des ersten Artikels aus der Zusammenbaueinheit; Positionieren der Komponenten eines oder mehrerer Artikel der gleichen Charge in Folge und Ausführen der jeweiligen Zusammenbauschritte an ihnen auf der Grundlage des gleichen gespeicherten Originalmusters (Mm).
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Originalmuster (Mm) durch Handzeichnung auf einer Berührungsbildschirmanzeige erzeugt wird.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei das Originalmuster (Mm) eine oder mehrere vektorielle Geometrien enthält, die Punkte, gerade Linien, gekrümmte Linien, polygonale Linien oder eine Kombination solcher Elemente enthalten.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, wobei die Zusammenbauschritte das Verifizieren der Ausrichtung der Umrisslinien des zusammenzubauenden Artikels und der projizierten Leuchtmarkierungen (Mp) durch den Mitarbeiter enthalten.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, wobei die Steueranweisungen von einem Originalmuster erhalten werden, das aus einem oder mehreren gespeicherten Originalmuster(n) von zuvor zusammengebauten Chargen erhalten werden.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, wobei der Mitarbeiter bei den Zusammenbauschritten in die Lage versetzt wird, eine oder mehrere der folgenden Aktion(en) auszuführen: Erzeugen leuchtender Referenzmarkierungen, um unabhängig von oder zusätzlich zu den projizierten leuchtenden Markierungen (Mp) gemäß dem Originalmuster an einer bestimmten Position auf dem Artikel zu projizieren; Korrektur der Position jeglicher projizierten leuchtenden Referenzmarke.
  14. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, enthaltend einen Speicherschritt des erfassten Bildes (P) des Artikels, vorzugsweise in Korrelation mit einem entsprechenden Originalmuster (Mm).
  15. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, wobei bestimmte vektorielle Muster durch Kalibrierungsmatrizen erzeugt und projiziert werden, um die Bearbeitung bestimmter Elemente des Artikels zu unterstützen.
