Claims (12)

  1. Ligne de fabrication de non-tissé (1), qui comprend :
    - un dispositif de formation (2) pour former une toile de fibres (3) sur une base formant une toile mobile (4),
    - un dispositif de filage entrelacé (5) pour renforcer la toile (3),
    - au moins un premier dispositif de séchage (8, 10) pour sécher la toile (3), et
    - une machine à calandrer (12) pour former des motifs dans la toile (3),
    caractérisé en ce que la ligne de fabrication (1) comprend au moins un deuxième dispositif de séchage (14) pour sécher la toile calandrée (3), lequel deuxième dispositif de séchage (14) est situé après la machine à calandrer (12) dans le sens de déplacement de la toile (3).
  2. Ligne de fabrication (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier dispositif de séchage (8, 10) est agencé pour sécher la toile (3) arrivant à la machine à calandrer (12) avec une teneur en humidité de 20-50 pourcent en poids, typiquement 30-40 pourcent en poids.
  3. Ligne de fabrication (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif formant une toile (2) est un dispositif humide de diffusion par exemple une caisse de tête, qui est agencée pour alimenter une suspension de fibre aqueuse sur la base de formation (4).
  4. Ligne de fabrication (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que la base formant une toile (4) est un treillis.
  5. Ligne de fabrication (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que le premier dispositif de séchage (8, 10) est situé, dans le sens de déplacement de la toile (3), après l'unité de filage entrelacé (5) et/ou au niveau de l'unité de filage entrelacé (5).
  6. Ligne de fabrication (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième dispositif de séchage (14) est le dernier dispositif de séchage sur la ligne de fabrication (1).
  7. Procédé pour fabriquer un non-tissé, comprenant :
    - la formation d'une toile en fibres (3) par un dispositif de formation (2) sur une base formant une toile mobile (4),
    - le renforcement de la toile (3) par filage entrelacé,
    - le séchage de la toile avec au moins un premier dispositif de séchage (8, 10), et
    - la formation de motifs dans la toile (3) par machine à calandrage,
    caractérisé en ce que dans la ligne de fabrication (1), la toile (3) est séchée par le premier dispositif de séchage (8, 10) à une teneur en humidité de 20-50 pourcent, et en ce que la toile est séchée par au moins un deuxième dispositif de séchage (14) pour sécher la toile calandrée (3), lequel deuxième dispositif de séchage (14) est situé après le dispositif à calandrer (12) dans le sens de déplacement de la toile (3).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le premier dispositif de séchage (8, 10) est agencé pour sécher la toile (3) arrivant à la machine à calandrer (12) à une teneur en humidité de 20-50 pourcent en poids, typiquement 30-40 pourcent en poids.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la toile (3) est formée par un dispositif humide de diffusion, par exemple une caisse de tête, qui est agencée pour alimenter une suspension aqueuse de fibres sur la base de formation (4).
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7-9 ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que la base formant une toile (4) est un treillis.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7-10 ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que le premier dispositif de séchage (8, 10) est situé dans le sens de déplacement de la toile (3), après l'unité de filage entrelacé (5) et/ou au niveau de l'unité de filage entrelacé (5).
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7-11 ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième dispositif de séchage (14) est le dernier dispositif de séchage sur la ligne de fabrication (1).
