Abstract

Es wird eine Extensions-Fußmanschette aus einer L-förmigen Fußaufnahmeschale (1) mit einem fersennahen außenliegenden Adapterblock (13) zur Anordnung an einem OP-Tisch und mit Schnellspannschnallen (2) und Rastlaschen (3) zur Festlegung eines Patientenfußes zur Verfügung gestellt, die ein einfaches Einspannen eines Patientenfußes ermöglicht, ohne ihn in der L-förmigen Fußaufnahmeschale zu verdrehen oder Polsterungsmaterial seitlich zu verziehen und auch ein versehentliches Lösen der Schnellspannschnallen oder einen ungewollten Kontakt des OP-Teams damit sicher zu verhindern, was dadurch erzielt wird, dass beidseitig von Seitenrändern der Fußaufnahmeschale (1) in einem Randbereich des fersennahen L-Winkels und in einem Randbereich des wadennahen oberen Endes der Fußaufnahmeschale (1) Schnellspannschnallen (2) paarweise rechts und links angeordnet sind und der Extensions-Fußmanschette Spannbügel (14) mit beidseitigen Rastlaschen (3) zugeordnet sind, die parallel in die Schnellspannschnallen (2) einsteckbar und darin verrastbar ausgebildet sind.

Description

E x t e n s i o n s - F u ß m a n s c h e t t e
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Extensions-Fußmanschette aus einer L-förmigen Fußaufnahmeschale mit einem fersennahen außenliegenden Adapterblock zur Anordnung an einen OP-Tisch gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches. Es ist eine Extensions-Fußmanschette bekannt, DE 20 2010 010 363 U 1 , die Schnellspannschnallen und Rastlaschen zur Festlegung eines Patientenfußes aufweist, wobei die Rastlaschen jedoch an den Enden von Gurtpeitschen angeformt sind, die an einer Seite der Fußaufnahmeschale befestigt sind, sodass es beim Einspannen eines Patientenfußes dazukommen kann, dass dieser in der Fußaufnahmeschale der Extensions-Fußmanschette unterwünschten Seitenkräften ausgesetzt ist, die sich negativ auf eine optimale Fußfixierung auswirken können. Nachteilig an den bekannten Extensions-Fußmanschetten ist des Weiteren, dass die Lage der Schnellspannschnallen schienbeinseitig oder fußristseitig ist, sodass während einer Operation die Gefahr besteht, dass ein Mitarbeiter des Operationsteams diese ungewollt berühren oder sogar versehentlich auslösen kann, sodass sich ein Patientenfuß ungesteuert aus der Extensions-Fußmanschette lösen kann, was nachteilige Folgen für den Operationsverlauf mit sich bringen kann.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine neuartige Extensions-Fußmanschette zur Verfügung zu stellen, die ein einfaches Einspannen eines Patientenfußes ermöglicht, ohne ihn in der L-förmigen Fußaufnahmeschale zu verdrehen oder Polsterungsmaterial seitlich zu verziehen und auch ein versehentliches Lösen der Schnellspannschnallen oder einen ungewollten Kontakt des OP-Teams damit sicher zu verhindern. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ergibt sich in Verbindung mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes des ersten Patentanspruches erfindungsgemäß aus den technischen Merkmalen dessen kennzeichnenden Teils daraus, dass beidseitig von den Seitenrändern der Fußaufnahmeschale in einem randseitigen Bereich des fersennahen L-Winkels und in einem Randbereich des wadennahen oberen Endes der L-förmigen Fußaufnahmeschale Schnellspannschnallen rechts und links paarweise angeordnet sind und dass der Extensions-Fußmanschette Spannbügel mit beidseitigen Rastlaschen zugeordnet sind, die parallel in die Schnellspannschnallen einsteckbar und darin verrastbar ausgebildet sind.
Durch die Möglichkeit des gleichzeitigen parallelen Einschiebens der Rastlaschen in die Schnellspannschnallen lässt sich wirksam verhindern, dass ein einzuspannender Patientenfuß in der Fußaufnahmeschale verdreht wird oder aber dass untergelegtes Polstermaterial seitlich verrutscht und dadurch etwa Druckfalten bilden kann. Dadurch, dass die Schnellspannschnallen seitlich links und rechts der L-förmigen Fußaufnahmeschale angeordnet sind, verringert sich auch die Gefahr eines ungewollten Lösens der Spannhebel während einer Operation, ebenso wie eine erfindungsgemäße Extensions-Fußmanschette für einen linken oder für einen rechten Fuß eines Patienten benutzt werden kann, sodass keine unterschiedlichen Extensions-Fußmanschetten bereitgehalten werden müssen.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Gegenstandes der Erfindung ergeben sich aus und in Kombination mit den nachfolgenden Unteransprüchen.
Entsprechend einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind an der Fußaufnahmeschale im Bereich der Schnellspannschnallen Basisblöcke zur Befestigung der Schnellspannschnallen einteilig an der Fußaufnahmeschale angeformt, sodass diese am Ort einer Krafteinleitung in die Fußaufnahmeschale eine ausreichend große Festigkeit aufweist, ohne dass die Gefahr besteht, dass etwaige Befestigungsschrauben aus dem Material herausgerissen werden könnten.
Vorteilhafterweise sind die Schnellspannschnallen jeweils mittels durch eine Schwenkachse durch die Basisblöcke und die Fußaufnahmeschale geführten Befestigungsmitteln an der Fußaufnahmeschale winkelbeweglich angeordnet, sodass es möglich wird, die Spannbügel optimal auf einen einzuspannenden Patientenfuß einzurichten, ohne zusätzliche Zugbelastungen zu erzeugen.
Vorzugsweise sind solche verschwenkbar ausgebildeten Schnellspannschnallen mit zur Fußaufnahmeschale gerichteten Rastnasen ausgestattet, die in Rastenausnehmungen in oder an der Fußaufnahmeschale eingreifen können, wobei diese Rastenausnehmungen entweder der Breite der Rastnasen entsprechen können, sodass eine Winkelverstellung nahezu ausgeschlossen ist oder aber die Rastenausnehmung als Teilkreisausnehmung ausgeführt ist, die länger ausgebildet ist, als eine Rastnase breit ist, sodass ein definierter Schwenkwinkel der Spannbügel möglich ist, jedoch verhindert wird, dass ein Spannbügel versehentlich aus dem zulässigen Schwenkbereich heraus verschwenkt werden kann oder selbsttätig verschwenkt, sodass Fehlbedienungen der erfinderischen Extensions- Fußmanschette weitestgehend ausgeschlossen werden können.
Gemäß einer ganz besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Fußaufnahmeschale mit den Basisblöcken für die Schnellspannschnallen sowie mit einem Basisblock für den Adapterblock einteilig in einem 3D-Druckverfahren hergestellt, wobei es diese Druckverfahren zulassen, in kurzer Zeit verschiedene Größenvarianten von Extensions-Fußmanschetten herzustellen, sodass schnell und wirtschaftlich unterschiedlich große Extensions-Fußmanschetten zur Verfügung gestellt werden können, ohne dass aufwendig handlaminierte Kohlefaser- Aufnahmeschalen gemäß dem Stand der Technik etwa zur Verkleinerung aufwendig ausgepolstert werden müssten. Ein weiterer wesentlicher Vorteil dieses Flerstellungsverfahrens besteht in der absoluten Maßhaltigkeit und problemloser Wiederholbarkeit des erzeugten Produktes, sodass beispielsweise an die L-förmige Fußaufnahmeschale anzuordnende Funktionsbauteile nicht mehr individuell angepasst werden müssen.
Die Rastlaschen sind vorteilhafterweise an den beiden freien Enden eines U- formartigen Spannbügels angeordnet, wobei jeder Spannbügel eine Verbindungslasche zwischen den Rastlaschen aufweist, die als ergonomisch verbreiterte Kontaktfläche ausgebildet ist, sodass die von den Schnellspannschnallen erzeugten Zugkräfte als großflächige Haltekräfte auf einen Patientenfuß abgetragen werden können. Nachfolgend ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand von Zeichnungen näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine räumliche Ansicht einer Extensions-Fußmanschette, und Fig. 2 eine Explosionsdarstellung der Extensions-Fußmanschette der Fig. 1 .
Die Extensions-Fußmanschette besteht aus einer L-förmigen Fußaufnahmeschale 1 mit einem fersennahen Adapterblock 13 zur Anordnung an einem OP-Tisch und mit Schnellspannschnallen 2 und Rastlaschen 3, wobei die Rastlaschen 3 an den freien Enden von U-formartigen Spannbügeln 14 angeordnet sind, die eine Verbindungslasche 17 zwischen den Rastlaschen 3 aufweisen, die gegenüber der Breite der Rastlaschen 3 eine ergonomisch verbreiterte Kontaktfläche aufweist. Beidseitig der Fußaufnahmeschale 1 sind im fersennahen Bereich beziehungsweise im Winkelbereich der L-förmigen Fußaufnahmeschale 1 Basisblöcke 5 und im unteren Wadenbereich Basisblöcke 4 zur Anordnung der Schnellspannschnallen 2 an dem Material der Fußaufnahmeschale 1 angeformt und weisen eine Durchgangsöffnung auf, durch die sich ein Befestigungsmittel in Form einer Distanzhülsenmutter 9 stecken lässt, mit dem die Schnellspannschnallen 2 fest oder winkelbeweglich daran festlegbar sind.
Der obere Basisblock 4 weist dabei eine schmale Rastenausnehmung 6 auf, in die sich eine Rastnase 10 der Schnellspannschnalle 2 erstreckt, sodass diese in ihrer Winkelbewegung weitgehend begrenzt ist, wo hingehend der Basisblock 5 im Fersenbereich der Fußaufnahmeschale 1 eine längliche, um die Schwenkachse 8 gerichtete Rastenausnehmung 7 aufweist, die sehr viel breiter ist als die Rastnase 10 der dazugehörigen Schnellspannschnalle 2, sodass sich diese in einem festgelegten Winkelbereich um die Schwenkachse 8 verschwenken lässt.
Zum Festlegen eines Patientenfußes können zunächst die Spannbügel 14 in die Öffnungen der Schnellspannschnallen 2 eingeschoben werden, woraufhin durch das Schließen der Spannhebel der Schnellspannschnallen 2 die Rastlaschen 3 der Spannbügel 14 noch weiter gegen einen Patientenfuß angezogen werden, wobei die Spannhebel vorteilhafterweise auch eine zusätzliche Ratschenfunktion aufweisen können .
Unterhalb des Fersenbereiches der Fußaufnahmeschale 1 ist ein Basisblock 12 zur Anordnung eines Adapterblockes 13 an der Fußaufnahmeschale 1 angeformt, welcher einen Entriegelungsknauf 15 zur manuellen Montage und Demontage der Extensions-Fußmanschette an einen OP-Tisch besitzt.

1 . Extensions-Fußmanschette aus einer L-förmigen Fußaufnahmeschale (1 ) mit einem fersennahen außenliegenden Adapterblock (13) zur Anordnung an einem OP-Tisch und mit Schnellspannschnallen (2) und Rastlaschen (3) zur Festlegung eines Patientenfußes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beidseitig von Seitenrändern der Fußaufnahmeaschale (1 ) in einem Randbereich des fersennahen L-Winkels und in einem Randbereich des wadennahen oberen Endes der Fußaufnahmeschale (1 ) Schnellspannschnallen (2) paarweise rechts und links angeordnet sind und der Extensions-Fußmanschette Spannbügel (14) mit beidseitigen Rastlaschen (3) zugeordnet sind, die parallel in die
Schnellspannschnallen (2) einsteckbar und darin verrastbar ausgebildet sind.
2. Extensions-Fußmanschette nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Fußaufnahmeschale (1 ) im Bereich der Schnellspannschnallen (2) Basisblöcke (4;5) zur Befestigung der Schnellspannschnallen (2) einteilig an der Fußaufnahmeschale (1 ) angeformt sind.
3. Extensions-Fußmanschette nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnellspannschnallen (2) jeweils mittels durch eine Schwenkachse (8) geführte Befestigungsmittel an der Fußaufnahmeschale (1 ) winkelbeweglich angeordnet sind.
4. Extensions-Fußmanschette nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnellspannschnallen (2) jeweils zur
Fußaufnahmeschale (1 ) gerichtete Rastnasen (10) aufweisen, die in Rastenausnehmungen (6;7) in oder an der Fußaufnahmeschale (1 ) eingreifen und dass die Rastenausnehmungen (6;7) entweder der Breite der Rastnasen (10) entsprechen oder als Teilkreisausnehmungen ausgebildet sind, die länger ausgeführt sind, als die Rastnasen (10) breit.
5. Extensions-Fußmanschette nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fußaufnahmeschale (1 ) mit den Basisblöcken (4;5) für die Schnellspannschnallen (2) und einem Basisblock (12) für den Adapterblock (13) einteilig in einem 3 D-D ruckverfahren hergestellt ist.
6. Extensions-Fußmanschette nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastlaschen (3) an den beiden freien Enden von U- formartigen Spannbügeln (14) angeordnet sind.
7. Extensions-Fußmanschette nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Spannbügel (14) eine Verbindungslasche (17) zwischen den Rastlaschen (3) aufweist, die als ergonomisch verbreiterte Kontaktfläche ausbildet ist.
