Claims (6)

  1. Brandschutz- und Akustikbauplatte (10) zur Verwendung als Verkleidungsplatte, um mindestens einen Teil einer bestehenden Gebäudefläche, wie etwa einer Innenwandfläche oder einer Deckenfläche eines Raumes, abzudecken, wodurch die Brandschutz- und Akustikeigenschaften der Wand oder Decke verbessert werden, wobei die Bauplatte Folgendes umfasst:
    eine erste Hauptfläche, die eine Außenfläche definiert, die einem Inneren des Raums zugewandt ist, und
    eine zweite Hauptfläche, die eine Innenfläche definiert, die der Innenwandfläche oder der Deckenfläche zugewandt ist, wobei die Bauplatte (10) ferner umfasst:
    eine erste Anzahl länglicher Plattenelemente (12),
    eine zweite Anzahl länglicher Dämmelemente (14) aus schallabsorbierendem und feuerhemmendem Material, die parallel zu der ersten Anzahl länglicher Plattenelemente (12) angeordnet ist, und
    mindestens eine Rückwandplatte (18), die einen Teil der zweiten Hauptfläche definiert und auf der Bauplatte (10) angeordnet ist, um eine Kontaktfläche zwischen der Bauplatte (10) und der Innenwandfläche oder der Deckenfläche zu definieren,
    wobei die erste Anzahl länglicher Plattenelemente (12) eine spezifische Dichte aufweist und im Wesentlichen T-förmig ist und einen ersten länglichen Plattenteil (28) und einen zweiten länglichen Plattenteil (30) aufweist, wobei der erste längliche Plattenteil (28) eine äußere Fläche (32), die einen Teil der ersten Hauptfläche definiert, und eine innere Fläche (34), die der Rückwandplatte (18) zugewandt ist, aufweist,
    wobei sich der zweite längliche Plattenteil (30) zwischen dem ersten länglichen Plattenteil (28) und der Rückwandplatte (18) erstreckt, wodurch die innere Fläche (34) in einem vorgegebenen Abstand von der Rückwandplatte (18) angeordnet ist,
    wobei die zweite Anzahl länglicher Dämmelemente (14) nicht tragend ist und eine äußere Fläche, die einen Teil der ersten Hauptfläche bildet, eine innere Fläche, die der Rückwandplatte (18) zugewandt ist, und zwei Seitenflächen, die sich zwischen der inneren und der äußeren Fläche der Dämmelemente (14) erstrecken, aufweist, wobei sich die zweite Anzahl länglicher Dämmelemente (14) zwischen den zweiten länglichen Plattenteilen (30) zweier benachbarter Plattenelemente (12) und zwischen der Rückwandplatte (18) und der inneren Fläche mindestens eines Plattenelements (12) erstreckt, sodass die erste Anzahl länglicher Plattenelemente (12) und die zweite Anzahl länglicher Dämmelemente (14) parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und das erste längliche Plattenteil (28) und die zweite Anzahl länglicher Dämmelemente (14) einander teilweise überlappen,
    wobei die zweite Anzahl länglicher Dämmelemente (14) aus einem schallabsorbierenden und feuerhemmendem Material hergestellt ist, dessen Dichte geringer ist als die Dichte der ersten Anzahl länglicher Plattenelemente (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichte der zweiten Anzahl länglicher Dämmelemente (14) zwischen 120-190 (kg/m3), vorzugsweise zwischen 150-180 (kg/m3) liegt und die erste Anzahl länglicher Plattenelemente (12) und die zweite Anzahl länglicher Dämmelemente (14) eine durchschnittliche Dichte definieren, wobei die Dichte der zweiten Anzahl länglicher Dämmelemente (14) weniger als 50 % der durchschnittlichen Dichte beträgt, wobei die zweite Anzahl länglicher Dämmelemente (14) komprimierte Glasfasern, Keramikfasern oder Steinwolle mit einer Dichte zwischen 160-170 (kg/m3) umfasst, und wobei die Dichte der zweiten Anzahl länglicher Dämmelemente (14) zwischen 20-50 %, wie etwa zwischen 23-46 % und vorzugsweise 27-46 % der durchschnittlichen Dichte beträgt und die zweite Anzahl länglicher Dämmelemente ein feuerhemmendes Schallschutzgewebe auf der Außenfläche umfasst.
  2. Brandschutz- und Akustikbauplatte (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Anzahl länglicher Plattenelemente (12) ein Holzmaterial umfasst und die erste Anzahl länglicher Plattenelemente (12) eine Dichte zwischen 500-800 (kg/m3), vorzugsweise zwischen 760-800 (kg/m3) aufweist.
  3. Brandschutz- und Akustikbauplatte (10) nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Holzmaterial Sperrholz ist.
  4. Brandschutz- und Akustikbauplatte (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Rückwandplatte (18), wenn die Bauplatte (10) auf einer bestehenden Gebäudefläche montiert ist, einen Abstand zwischen der Gebäudefläche und der inneren Fläche der zweiten Anzahl länglicher Dämmelemente (14) anordnet, wobei der Abstand im Wesentlichen gleich der Dicke der Rückwandplatte (18) ist, wodurch ein Belüftungsraum zwischen der Bauplatte und der Gebäudefläche angeordnet wird.
  5. Brandschutz- und Akustikbauplatte nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Rückwandplatte (18) eine Aussparung zum Aufnehmen eines Befestigungsmittels, wie etwa einer Schraube, in der Gebäudefläche aufweist.
  6. Brandschutz- und Akustikbauplattenbausystem, umfassend eine Anzahl von Brandschutz- und Akustikbauplatten nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5.
