Claims (8)
- Steigbügel (10, 110) für Pferdesättel, umfassend:- ein Stützelement (11, 111) für den Fuß eines Reiters/einer Reiterin,- und einen offenen Bogen (12), der sich von den gegenüberliegenden Enden des besagten Stützelements aus erstreckt,wobei der besagte offene Bogen (12) seinerseits umfasst:- einen ersten lasttragenden Halbbogen (13, 113), der sich von einem ersten seitlichen Abschnitt (14) des besagten Stützelements (11, 111) aus erstreckt und einen Befestigungsabschnitt (15) umfasst, der für die Befestigung eines Steigbügelbandes gestaltet ist,- und einen zweiten Führungs-Halbbogen (16, 116), der sich von einem zweiten seitlichen Abschnitt (17) des besagten Stützelements (11, 111) gegenüber dem besagten ersten seitlichen Abschnitt (14) aus erstreckt, wobei der besagte zweite Halbbogen (16, 116) einen unteren Teil (18, 118) umfasst, der so gestaltet ist, dass er an dem besagten Stützelement (11, 111) fixiert wird, und einen oberen Teil (19, 119), der sich von dem besagten unteren Teil (18, 118) bis in die Nähe des besagten Befestigungsabschnitts (15) erstreckt,wobei der besagte zweite Halbbogen (16, 116) einen Einzelkörper (20) aus elastisch verformbarem Kunststoffmaterial umfasst, der den besagten unteren Teil (18, 118) und den besagten oberen Teil (19, 119) definiert,wobei sich der besagte obere Teil (19, 119) entlang einer gekrümmten Entwicklungslinie (X) erstreckt,wobei der besagte obere Teil (19, 119), der sich von seinem unteren Ende (19a) aus erstreckt, ein Teil des Einzelkörpers (20) ist, dessen unteres Ende (19a) im Wesentlichen in Übereinstimmung mit einer oberen Fläche (11a) des besagten Stützelements (11, 111) entlang der besagten gekrümmten Linie (X) bis zu einem oberen Ende (19b) desselben angeordnet ist, das in der Nähe von oder in Kontakt mit einem zugewandten Ende (15a) des besagten Befestigungsabschnitts (15) positioniert ist,wobei die Querschnittsfläche des besagten oberen Teils (19, 119) in der Richtung abnimmt, die von dem besagten unteren Ende (19a) zu dem besagten oberen Ende (19b) verläuft,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte obere Teil (19, 119) an jedem seiner Punkte einen Querschnitt orthogonal zu der besagten gekrümmten Entwicklungslinie (X) aufweist, und zwar mit einem kreisförmigen oder ovalen Profil.
- Steigbügel nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte obere Teil (19, 119) des zweiten Halbbogens (16, 116) einen kegelstumpfförmigen Abschnitt aufweist, der sich entlang einer gekrümmten Entwicklungslinie (X) erstreckt.
- Steigbügel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Querschnittsfläche des oberen Teils (19, 119) ohne Unterbrechung abnimmt, wobei der besagte obere Teil (19, 119) keine Rillen, Kerben, Aussparungen oder Bereiche aufweist, aus denen ein Teil des Materials entfernt wurde.
- Steigbügel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte untere Teil (18, 118) sich unterhalb des besagten Stützelements (11, 111) erstreckt, wobei das besagte Stützelement (11, 111) einen Befestigungssitz (22, 122) aufweist, wobei der besagte untere Teil (18, 118) des zweiten Halbbogens (16, 116) so gestaltet ist, dass er in dem besagten Befestigungssitz (22, 122) aufgenommen wird.
- Steigbügel nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch der besagte erste Halbbogen (13, 113) einen unteren Teil (25, 125) aufweist, der so gestaltet ist, dass er an dem besagten Stützelement (11, 111) fixiert wird, wobei der besagte untere Teil (25, 125) so gestaltet ist, dass er in dem besagten Befestigungssitz (22, 122) aufgenommen wird.
- Steigbügel nach Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte untere Teil (125) des ersten Halbbogens (113) seitliche Befestigungsvorsprünge (125a, 125b) aufweist, wobei der besagte Befestigungssitz (122) Längsnuten (122a, 122b) aufweist, die so geformt sind, dass sie jeweils einen entsprechenden seitlichen Befestigungsvorsprung (125a, 125b) aufnehmen.
- Steigbügel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Einzelkörper (20) des zweiten Halbbogens (16) vorzugsweise aus Elastomer-Werkstoff gefertigt ist.
- Steigbügel nach dem vorhergehenden Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Einzelkörper (20) aus Polyurethan gefertigt ist.
