Claims (9)

  1. A device for picking up excrement, in particular dog feces, comprising a handle piece (1) with a fastening device (2) for a baglike receptacle (10) to be fastened there, a plurality of elastic gripper claws (3) that branch away from the handle piece (1), wherein the gripper claws (3) enclose the space around the fastening device (2) like a basket,
