Claims (13)

  1. Puits de lumière (1) destiné à être installé dans un toit d'un bâtiment, le puits de lumière comprenant :
    un cadre de fenêtre (7) comportant quatre éléments latéraux de cadre,
    un châssis de fenêtre (6) comportant quatre éléments latéraux de châssis supportant une unité de vitrage isolante, abrégée par UVI, comportant de multiples couches de vitrage, ledit châssis de fenêtre (6) étant mobile par rapport au cadre de fenêtre entre une position ouverte et une position fermée du puits de lumière, et
    un dispositif de protection contre les intempéries (3) attaché au châssis de façon à protéger une partie fenêtre (4) du puits de lumière, la partie fenêtre (4) comprenant le châssis, le cadre et l'UVI,
    un premier des éléments latéraux de cadre étant associé à un premier des éléments latéraux de châssis, chacun desdits premiers éléments latéraux de cadre et de châssis s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale respective de manière essentiellement parallèle à un premier côté périphérique de l'UVI,
    ladite UVI (5) comportant une surface principale intérieure exposée (5b) destinée à être orientée vers un intérieur dudit bâtiment dans une position installée du puits de lumière, ladite surface principale intérieure s'étendant dans une direction allant vers l'extérieur s'éloignant d'un centre de l'UVI, une direction allant vers l'intérieur s'étendant dans une direction opposée à ladite direction allant vers l'extérieur,
    ladite UVI (5) comportant en outre une surface principale extérieure exposée (5g) destinée à être orientée en direction de l'extérieur, soit à l'opposé dudit intérieur dudit bâtiment dans ladite position installée du puits de lumière et s'étendant de façon à s'éloigner et à angle droit par rapport à ladite surface principale extérieure de l'UVI, ladite surface principale extérieure s'étendant dans la direction allant vers l'extérieur, une direction allant vers le haut étant définie comme s'étendant de façon à s'éloigner à angle droit de ladite surface principale extérieure de l'UVI,
    caractérisé en ce que
    ledit premier élément latéral de châssis (14) comprend une première portion (15) qui s'étend dans la direction allant vers l'extérieur de façon à s'éloigner de ladite surface principale extérieure exposée de l'UVI, et une section de support (72), qui est collée à ladite surface principale extérieure exposée (5g) de l'UVI à l'aide d'un adhésif et/ou la section de support (72) comprenant une surface intérieure (72i) orientée vers un intérieur du bâtiment dans une position installée du puits de lumière, ladite surface intérieure de la section de support (72) étant collée à la surface principale extérieure exposée de l'UVI.
  2. Puits de lumière selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite section de support (72) porte l'UVI dans ladite position ouverte du puits de lumière.
  3. Puits de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel pratiquement le seul raccordement du premier élément latéral de châssis (14) à l'UVI est une adhérence résultant du collage de la section de support (72) à ladite surface principale extérieure exposée de l'UVI.
  4. Puits de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier élément latéral de châssis (14) comprend une autre section de support constituant un dispositif de sécurité arrêtant l'UVI en cas de défaillance de ladite adhérence dans ladite position ouverte du puits de lumière.
  5. Puits de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif de protection contre les intempéries (3) comprend un élément de recouvrement transparent, de préférence un dôme en verre ou un polymère transparent.
  6. Puits de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la surface principale extérieure exposée (5g) de l'UVI comprend un masquage et/ou un apprêt, ledit masquage et/ou apprêt étant, de préférence, situé à la périphérie de la surface principale extérieure exposée de l'UVI.
  7. Puits de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la section de support (72) du premier élément latéral de châssis est en appui sur un élément d'étanchéité, ledit élément d'étanchéité étant placé au-dessus et/ou en appui contre la surface principale extérieure exposée (5g) de l'UVI.
  8. Puits de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la surface principale extérieure exposée (5g) de l'UVI comprend un enduit et/ou un adhésif, ledit enduit et/ou adhésif étant, de préférence, situé sur la périphérie de la surface principale extérieure exposée de l'UVI.
  9. Procédé de fabrication d'un puits de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    appliquer un adhésif sur une surface inférieure de la section de support (72) et/ou le long d'une périphérie de la surface principale extérieure exposée (5g) de l'UVI et
    mettre ladite surface inférieure en contact avec la surface principale extérieure exposée de l'UVI de façon à coller la section de support (72) à la surface principale extérieure exposée (5g) de l'UVI.
  10. Puits de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel ledit premier côté périphérique (5a) de l'UVI est situé, dans ladite direction allant vers l'extérieur, au-delà d'une première surface d'un renfoncement conçu pour recevoir une partie supérieure d'un panneau de tableau ou un panneau de garniture, ladite première surface dudit renfoncement étant conçue pour venir en appui contre une surface intérieure orientée vers l'intérieur dudit panneau de tableau ou panneau de garniture.
  11. Puits de lumière selon les revendications 1 à 8 et 10, destiné à être installé dans un toit d'un bâtiment, le puits de lumière, dans lequel ledit premier élément latéral de cadre comporte une portion primaire (25) qui, dans ladite position fermée, est placée à côté et s'étend le long d'une surface orientée vers l'extérieur dudit premier côté périphérique (5a) de l'UVI, et une portion secondaire (26) qui, dans ladite position fermée, s'étend à côté et le long d'une partie de ladite surface principale intérieure (5b) de l'UVI, dans lequel ladite portion primaire (25) s'étend jusqu'à ou au-delà, dans ladite direction allant vers le haut, d'un emplacement de ladite surface principale extérieure (5g) de l'UVI.

Puits de lumière selon les revendications 1 à 8 et 10 à 12, destiné à être installé dans un toit d'un bâtiment, le puits de lumière, dans lequel ledit dispositif de protection contre les intempéries (3) s'étend essentiellement sur la totalité de la surface principale extérieure exposée, dans lequel, dans une position fermée dudit puits de lumière, ledit premier élément latéral de châssis (14) comporte une première portion (15) raccordée à une section de support (72) du premier élément latéral de châssis supportant l'UVI, la première portion s'étendant dans ladite direction longitudinale et s'étendant essentiellement dans une direction de hauteur de manière essentiellement perpendiculaire à au moins une desdites surfaces principales de l'UVI, ladite première portion présentant une épaisseur dans une direction de largeur s'étendant perpendiculairement auxdites directions de longueur et de hauteur,
    dans lequel au moins une partie de ladite première portion (15) du premier élément latéral de châssis présente globalement la forme d'une plaque, constituée d'une seule section de matériau essentiellement plein présentant une dite épaisseur inférieure à 1 cm.
  13. Puits de lumière selon les revendications 1 à 8 et 10 à 13, destiné à être installé dans un toit d'un bâtiment, le puits de lumière, dans lequel chaque élément latéral de cadre est associé à un élément latéral de châssis respectif, chacun desdits éléments latéraux de cadre et de châssis s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale respective de manière essentiellement parallèle à un côté périphérique respectif de l'UVI, dans lequel ledit dispositif de protection contre les intempéries (3) s'étend essentiellement sur la totalité de la surface principale extérieure exposée, lesdits éléments latéraux de cadre comprenant au moins un élément d'étanchéité, dans lequel, dans ladite position fermée du puits de lumière, ladite surface principale intérieure exposée (5b) de l'UVI est en appui sur ledit élément d'étanchéité.
