By this, the food products placed on the cooling apparatus (6) are prevented from being cooled more than desired. ( Figure 5)
  • the containers containing the food products to be cooled, placed on the cooling apparatus (6) provided on the shelf (5), are rapidly cooled, thereby enabling their shelf life to be prolonged by preventing bacteria formation, and avoiding conditions likely to threaten users' health.
