Die vorbestimmte Bedienhandlung nach dem KF-Verfahren ist natürlich nicht auf das in dem Artikel beschriebene BEFA Verfahren beschränkt. Vielmehr nutzten auch eine Vielzahl anderer bekannter elementbezogener Bedienhandlungen ebenfalls das KF-Verfahren. Erfindungsgemäß wird von der Steuerungseinrichtung 2 bei Anforderung einer solchen als sicherheitsrelevant vorbestimmten Zustandsänderung automatisch wenigstens ein Spezialbild 6 auf der Anzeigeeinrichtung 3 zur Anzeige gebracht. Bei der beispielhaften Ausführungsform in den Figuren 1 und 2 werden, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt, sogar zwei Spezialbilder 6 zur Anzeige gebracht, weil hier zwei Feldelemente 4 betroffen sind. In jedem Fall sind in dem Spezialbild 6 die Zustandsinformationen von weniger Feldelementen 4 als in dem Übersichtsbild 5 angezeigt. Dadurch ist das Spezialbild 6 für den Bediener sehr übersichtlich. Weiterhin umfasst jedes Spezialbild 6 Bedienelemente 7, die in dem Übersichtsbild 5 nicht vorhanden sind. Diese Bedienelemente 7 sind für die vorbestimmte Bedienhandlung, wie beispielsweise das KF-Verfahren, nötig. Beim KF-Verfahren betätigt der Bediener erst das eine Bedienelement 7, den sogenannten KF1-Knopf, und anschließend im gleichen Spezialbild 6 das andere Bedienelement 7, den sogenannten KF2-Knopf. Die Anforderung der Zustandsänderung des Feldelements 4, die als sicherheitsrelevant eingestuft ist und zur vorbestimmten Bedienhandlung führt, kann beispielsweise durch den Bediener herbeigeführt werden. Bei dieser Anforderung der Zustandsänderung wird automatisch wenigstens ein Spezialbild 6 zur Anzeige gebracht, welches das betreffende Feldelement 4 und dessen Zustand zeigt.     the predetermined operator action is carried out by the operator in the special image (6) with the aid of the special image (6), wherein, in the special image (6), the status information of fewer field elements (4) than in the overview image (5) is displayed,
    wherein the special image (6) has at least one operator element (7), in particular a button, not present in the overview image (5), and the at least one special image (6) is removed automatically after the operator has carried out an operator action and the overview image (5) is displayed for the operator in an identifiable manner.
