Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif (15) de déplacement et de commande d'au moins un élément de couverture et/ou de fermeture (3), de préférence dans une installation de couverture et/ou de fermeture (1), comprenant:
    - un actionneur linéaire (6) comprenant un coulisseau (8) mobile par rapport à un élément de guidage (9), ledit coulisseau étant destiné à être associé audit au moins un élément (3) à déplacer,
    - une structure de boîtier (12) qui est associée audit actionneur linéaire (6) et à l'intérieur de laquelle un moteur (7) pour déplacer le coulisseau (8) dudit actionneur linéaire (6) et une unité de commande (31) sont logés configurés pour contrôler ledit moteur (7), ladite unité de commande (31) comprend un récepteur sans fil (36) configuré pour recevoir des signaux de commande et de contrôle de l'extérieur,
    ledit dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un fil de transmission de données (40) qui, à une extrémité, est connecté à ladite unité de commande (31), prévue à l'intérieur de ladite structure de boîtier (12), et qui, à l'autre extrémité, émerge de ladite structure de boîtier (12), est configuré pour être connecté et en communication bidirectionnelle avec un autre dispositif externe (4) et/ou avec une interface externe.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite unité de commande (31) comprend une carte électronique (30) sur laquelle sont montés :
    - ledit récepteur (36),
    - les pilotes (34) de contrôle et de commande du moteur (7),
    - un module d'interface (41) avec le fil de transmission de données (40),
    - un microcontrôleur ou un microprocesseur (35) qui est connecté audit pilote (34), audit récepteur (36) et audit module d'interface (41),
    - une unité d'alimentation (33) pour le moteur (7) et pour les composants montés sur ladite carte électronique (30), ladite unité d'alimentation (33) étant connectée au moyen de fils d'alimentation électrique (38', 38") avec une source d'énergie qui est extérieure à ladite structure de boîtier (12).
  3. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit fil de transmission de données (40) et lesdits fils d'alimentation (38', 38") sont réunis à l'intérieur d'un seul câble (41) qui dépasse du boîtier construction (12).
  4. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens pour détecter la position et/ou la vitesse de rotation du moteur (7) et/ou la position et/ou la vitesse d'avancement axial/linéaire.du coulisseau (8).

Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de détection de la position et/ou de la vitesse de rotation du moteur (7) comprennent un codeur (46) associé au moteur (7) et configuré pour détecter la position et/ou la vitesse de rotation dudit moteur (7), ledit codeur (46) étant relié (37) à ladite unité de commande (30) et étant logé à l'intérieur de la structure de boîtier (12).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit codeur (46) est rotatif et de type magnétique.
  7. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit récepteur (36) comprend également un module pour transmettre des signaux vers l'extérieur.
  8. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit fil de transmission de données (40), avec son module d'interface (41) prévu dans ladite unité de commande (31), définit un canal de communication vers le dispositif externe du dispositif lui-même de type bidirectionnel alternatif, et dans lequel un contrôle de redondance cyclique (CRC) est de préférence mis en oeuvre.
  9. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite structure de logement (12) comprend :
    - un premier boîtier (10) dans lequel sont logés le moteur (7) et l'unité de commande (31), ledit moteur (7) et ladite unité de commande (31) étant alignés selon la direction de développement longitudinal dudit premier boîtier (10),
    - un deuxième carter (11) pour loger le mécanisme de transmission et de conversion du mouvement dudit moteur (7) au coulisseau (8) dudit actionneur (6),
    et par le fait que ledit premier carter (10) se développe parallèlement audit élément de guidage fixe (9) dudit actionneur (6).
  10. Appareil de déplacement (60) pour une installation de couverture et/ou de fermeture (1), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :
    - un premier dispositif (15) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes,
    - au moins un deuxième dispositif (4) qui comprend un deuxième (propre) moteur (51) et une deuxième (propre) unité de commande (53),
    et par le fait que l'unité de commande (31) dudit premier appareil (15) est connectée et communique de manière bidirectionnelle avec la deuxième unité de commande (53) dudit deuxième appareil (4) exclusivement au moyen dudit fil de transmission de données (40), ledit appareil étant également configuré de sorte que les signaux de commande dudit deuxième moteur (51) sont reçus par le récepteur (36) de l'unité de commande (31) dudit premier dispositif (15) et sont transmis à la deuxième unité de commande (53) du deuxième dispositif (4) au moyen du fil de transmission de données (40).
  11. Appareil selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit deuxième dispositif (4) comprend un deuxième actionneur linéaire (50) comprenant un coulisseau (54) qui est déplacé par ledit deuxième moteur (51) avec par rapport à un élément de guidage, fournissant ainsi un mouvement linéaire hors dudit deuxième dispositif (4).
  12. Appareil selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit deuxième moteur (51) du deuxième dispositif (4) est configuré pour fournir un mouvement de sortie rotatif dudit deuxième dispositif (4).
  13. Appareil selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que ledit deuxième dispositif (4) comprend également un deuxième codeur (52) associé audit deuxième moteur (51) et connecté à ladite deuxième unité de commande (53) qui, à son tour, est connecté et communique via ledit fil de transmission de données (40) les lectures dudit deuxième codeur (52) à l'unité de commande (53) du premier dispositif (15), permettant ainsi le fonctionnement synchronisé dudit premier dispositif (15), qui agit en tant que maître, et dudit au moins un deuxième dispositif (4), qui agit en tant qu'esclave.
  14. Appareil selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le premier moteur (7) du premier dispositif (15) et le deuxième moteur (51) du deuxième dispositif (4) ne sont pas synchronisés l'un avec l'autre, chacun desdits moteurs (7, 51) étant commandé par l'unité de commande respective (31, 53) indépendamment de l'autre et, au moyen dudit câble de transmission de données (40), uniquement des commandes de démarrage/arrêt et/ou des signaux de contrôle l'état de chaque moteur individuel est transféré/envoyé
  15. Appareil selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 10 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'il est configuré de sorte que le réglage de la deuxième unité de commande (53) pour le deuxième moteur (51) du deuxième dispositif (4) est effectué en envoyant via des signaux correspondants sans fil au récepteur (36) prévu dans l'unité de commande (31) du premier dispositif (15).
