Claims (4)

  1. Schirm, der eine Tragestruktur (1) und einen laminaren Körper (2) umfasst, der mit einem faltbaren Rahmen (1a) gekoppelt ist, der Teil der Tragestruktur (1) ist, wobei ein Umfangsbereich des laminaren Körpers (2) mittels Verankerungsvorrichtungen (4) an ersten Endsegmenten der radialen Stäbe (3) des faltbaren Rahmens (1a) verankert ist, und die Tragestruktur (1) des Weiteren eine Stange (1b) umfasst, mit der der faltbare Rahmen (1a) mittels eines beweglichen Kopfes (6) und mittels eines stationären Kopfes (7), der sich über dem beweglichen Kopf (6) befindet, gelenkig gekoppelt ist; wobei:
    - die Verankerungsvorrichtungen (4) Platten (10) und Verankerungselemente (11) umfassen, die so ausgeführt sind, dass sie die Platten (10) an den radialen Stäben (3) befestigen, Abschnitte (2a) des laminaren Körpers (2) zwischen den Platten (10) und Bereichen der radialen Stäbe (3) sichern und halten, wobei die Verankerungselemente (11) in erste Durchgangslöcher (12) der Platten (10), in zweite Löcher (13) der radialen Stäbe (3) sowie in dritte Löcher (14) des laminaren Körpers (2) eingepasst sind, und die Platten (10) in Bezug auf die radialen Stäbe (3) mittels der Verankerungselemente (11) fixiert sind, wodurch das Sichern und Befestigen des Umfangsbereiches des laminaren Körpers (2) an den ersten Endsegmenten der radialen Stäbe (3) gewährleistet wird, und wobei die Abschnitte (2a) des laminaren Körpers (2) Teil einer taschenartigen Umhüllungsstruktur sind.
  2. Schirm nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Verankerungselemente (11) Elemente umfassen, die aus Schrauben und Nieten ausgewählt werden.
  3. Schirm nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der laminare Körper (2) ein Polyestergewebe umfasst, das aus recyceltem Polyethylenterephthalat (PET) besteht.
  4. Schirm nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der laminare Körper (2) in seiner Mitte an dem stationären Kopf (7) befestigt ist, der an der Stange (1b) der Tragestruktur (1) angebracht ist.
