Claims (9)

  1. Trage (1), umfassend:
    - ein Wirbelsäulenbrett (2) und eine Befreiungsvorrichtung (4);
    - Verbindungsmittel (5), die zwischen dem Wirbelsäulenbrett (2) und der Befreiungsvorrichtung (4) angeordnet und ausgelegt sind, um die Befreiungsvorrichtung (4) in drehbarer Weise mit dem Wirbelsäulenbrett (2) zu verbinden, sodass die Befreiungsvorrichtung (4) in einer Vielzahl von Betriebskonfigurationen zwischen einer flachen Auslegung, in der die Befreiungsvorrichtung (4) im Wesentlichen parallel zum Wirbelsäulenbrett (2) positioniert ist, und einer geneigten Auslegung, in der die Befreiungsvorrichtung (4) mit dem Wirbelsäulenbrett (2) einen vorbestimmten Neigungswinkel definiert und eine Rückenlehne für den Patienten bildet, bewegbar ist;
    wobei die Verbindungsmittel (5) lösbar mit jeweiligen Verbindungsabschnitten (5a) des Wirbelsäulenbretts und der Befreiungsvorrichtung (4) verbunden sind;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel (5) mindestens eine Gurtstruktur (6) umfassen, die angepasst ist, um die Befreiungsvorrichtung (4) mit dem Wirbelsäulenbrett (2) zu verbinden.
  2. Trage nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Gurtstruktur (6) einen lösbar mit dem Wirbelsäulenbrett (2) verbundenen Stützgurt (7) und ein Paar Verbindungsgurte (8) umfasst, die an dem Stützgurt (7), vorzugweise an einem ersten Ende der Verbindungsgurte (8) befestigt sind, wobei ein jeder Verbindungsgurt (8) lösbar mit einem Verbindungsabschnitt (5a) der Befreiungsvorrichtung (4) verbunden ist.
  3. Trage nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Stützgurt (7) und die Verbindungsgurte (8) aus Stoff, vorzugsweise Stoff vom Aramid-Typ, hergestellt sind.
  4. Trage nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei der Stützgurt (7) quer, vorzugsweise senkrecht zu den parallel zueinander positionierten Verbindungsgurten (8) positioniert ist.
  5. Trage nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Stützgurt (7) quer, vorzugsweise senkrecht zu einer Längserstreckung des Wirbelsäulenbretts (2) positioniert ist.
  6. Trage nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, wobei die Verbindungsmittel (5) mindestens ein Verbindungselement (9) umfassen, das an dem Verbindungsgurt (8) oder dem Stützgurt (7) befestigt ist und zu dessen Ankopplung mit jeweils einem Verbindungsabschnitt (5a) des Wirbelsäulenbretts (2) und/oder der Befreiungsvorrichtung (4) ausgelegt ist.
  7. Trage nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Verbindungselement eine Schnalle (10) umfasst, die an einem Ende des Verbindungsgurts (8) oder des Stützgurts (7) befestigt und zum Eingreifen in einen jeweiligen Sitz ausgelegt ist, der den Verbindungsabschnitt (5a) definiert, sodass eine lösbare Kupplung entsteht.
  8. Trage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, umfassend die Verriegelungsmittel (11), die ausgelegt sind, um die Befreiungsvorrichtung (4) in einer oder mehreren vorbestimmten Auslegungen zu verriegeln, die in Bezug auf das Wirbelsäulenbrett (2) geneigt sind.
  9. Trage nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Verriegelungsmittel (11) mindestens einen Verriegelungsgurt (12) umfassen, der ein erstes Ende, das mit der Befreiungsvorrichtung (4) verbindbar ist, und ein zweites Ende aufweist, das mit dem Wirbelsäulenbrett (2) verbindbar ist und bei einer Zugkraft steht unter der Schubwirkung des Gewichts des auf dem Wirbelsäulenbrett (2) und der Befreiungsvorrichtung (4) ruhenden Patienten.
