Figur 4 c) zeigt die Anordnung gemäß Figur 4 b) mit einer Abdeckung, deren Außenseite aus Naturleder besteht. Figure 4 c) shows the arrangement according to Figure 4 b) with a cover, the outside of which is made of natural leather.

In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung weist die vorliegende Erfindung einen oder mehrere folgende Vorteile auf:

  1. 1. Einseitige Leder-/Textilkaschierung möglich ohne Verzug der Bauteile durch schwimmende Lagerung der Abdeckung auf der Trägerplatte,
  2. 2. Industrieller Verklebeprozess der Vorderseiten möglich,
  3. 3. Textile Naht-Optik ohne Nähte,
  4. 4. Baukastensystem: Freie Kombination der Materialien aus Träger und Abdeckung, d.h. Cover,
  5. 5. Varianz wird erst ganz am Ende des Herstellungsprozesses erzeugt,
  6. 6. 2-schaliger Aufbau, dadurch optische "Leichtigkeit",
  7. 7. nachträglicher Austausch der Abdeckungen möglich,
  8. 8. gesamte Technik (Scharniere, Touch-Beschlag, Puffer etc.) erfolgt auf der Rückseite, d.h. auf der vor der Abdeckung abgewandten Seite der Trägerplatte in bekanntes Material,
  9. 9. Abdeckung wird erst ganz am Ende des Herstellungsprozesses aufgebracht, dadurch wird die Gefahr von Beschädigungen / Verschmutzungen reduziert,
  10. 10. Eigenfertigung und Fremdbezug der Abdeckungen denkbar,
  11. 11. keine offenen Kanten am Bezug, z.B. am Leder oder Textil,
  12. 12. Träger kann komplett versiegelt werden, somit auch ein Schutz gegen Feuchtigkeit erreicht werden,
  13. 13. unterschiedlichste Materialien sind verarbeitbar, wie z.B. Leder, Textil, Papier, Folien etc.
In a preferred embodiment, the present invention has one or more of the following advantages:
  1. 1. One-sided leather/textile lamination possible without warping of the components due to the floating mounting of the cover on the carrier plate,
  2. 2. Industrial gluing process of the fronts possible,
  3. 3. Textile seam look without seams,
  4. 4. Modular system: Free combination of materials from carrier and cover, i.e. cover,
  5. 5. Variance is only created at the very end of the manufacturing process,
  6. 6. 2-shell construction, thereby optical "lightness",
  7. 7. Subsequent replacement of the covers possible,
  8. 8. All the technology (hinges, touch fittings, buffers, etc.) is done on the back, i.e. on the side of the carrier plate facing away from the cover in known material,
  9. 9. Covering is only applied at the very end of the manufacturing process, thereby reducing the risk of damage / soiling,
  10. 10. In-house production and external procurement of the covers conceivable,
  11. 11. no open edges on the cover, e.g. on leather or textile,
  12. 12. Carrier can be completely sealed, thus also providing protection against moisture
  13. 13. A wide variety of materials can be processed, such as leather, textiles, paper, foils, etc.

Claims (8)

  1. A furniture panel, in particular a furniture front, wherein the panel has a support panel (T) and a cover (200), wherein the cover (200) has a space in which the support panel (T) is received, with the space and the support panel (T) being dimensioned such that the cover (200) can be placed onto the support panel (T) and is fixed on the support panel (T) in its placed on position by force fit and/or by form fit, wherein the support panel (T) has one or more through-holes (D) so that the cover (200) can be pressed away from the support panel (T) through one or more through-holes (D), and wherein the support plate (T) has one or more fittings (BS) that are located on the side of the furniture panel remote from the cover (200),
    characterized in that
    the fitting or fittings (BS) are arranged in said through-hole or through-holes (D).
  2. A furniture panel in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the cover (200) in turn has a support material (10) that is provided with a covering (B).
  3. A furniture panel in accordance with claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the cover (200) or the covering (B) completely and/or partially comprises or consists of leather and/or a textile material and/or plastic and/or a film and/or paper.
  4. A furniture panel in accordance with one of the claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the covering (B) is adhesively bonded to the support material (10).
  5. A furniture panel in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the support plate (T) has a step-like section (S) on which the cover (200) is seated, with provision preferably being made that the step-like section (S) and the cover (200) terminate with one another at one or more sides.
  6. A furniture panel in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cover (200) does not have any visible seems or any seams at all in the placed on state.
  7. A method of installing a furniture panel in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the support plate (T) is installed first and then, preferably as the last work step, the cover (200) is placed onto the support panel (T).
  8. A piece of furniture, in particular a cupboard or a drawer, comprising at least one furniture panel in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 6.
