Claims (14)

  1. Adaptateur de guidage (100) pour guider un trépan pendant un forage à percussion, ledit adaptateur de guidage est destiné à être agencé entre le trépan (20) et une colonne de forage (10) s'étendant le long d'un axe A, ledit trépan (20) présentant un premier rayon (Rf) transverse à l'axe A, ledit adaptateur de guidage (100) comprenant :

    une pluralité d'éléments de guidage (106) s'étendant sensiblement radialement par rapport à un axe A à partir du corps d'adaptateur en forme de manche (101),
    dans lequel les éléments de guidage (106) s'étendent le long de > 0 % à 60 % de la longueur du corps d'adaptateur (L) le long d'un axe A et sont agencés dans l'extrémité arrière (103) du corps d'adaptateur (101),

  2. Adaptateur de guidage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'adaptateur de guidage (100) comprend au moins cinq éléments de guidage (106) avec une forme et une dimension sensiblement identiques.

  6. Adaptateur de guidage selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel au moins une zone de la surface d'extrémité extérieure (107) d'au moins un élément de guidage (106) est recouvert par une couche rigide (108).
  7. Adaptateur de guidage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, dans lequel la couche rigide (108) est appliquée sur les surfaces d'extrémité extérieures (107) le long des éléments de guidage entiers le long d'un axe A.
  8. Adaptateur de guidage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les éléments de guidage (106) comprennent une surface d'extrémité arrière (109) et la surface d'extrémité arrière d'au moins un élément de guidage est recouvert par une couche rigide de la surface d'extrémité arrière (110).
  9. Adaptateur de guide selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, dans lequel un indicateur d'usure (120) est agencé dans la surface d'extrémité externe (107) d'au moins un des éléments de guidage (106) pour indiquer quand l'adaptateur de guidage est usé et nécessite un remplacement.

Adaptateur de guidage selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'indicateur d'usure est une partie découpée, évidée ou crantée (120) agencée dans la surface d'extrémité supérieure (107), ladite partie découpée, évidée ou crantée présente une profondeur choisie, de sorte que lorsque l'adaptateur de guidage (100) est usé, le cran n'est plus visible dans la surface d'extrémité supérieure (107).
  11. Adaptateur de guidage selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la distance (Rw) d'un axe A jusqu'à l'indicateur d'usure est dans la plage de 80-99 % de l'extension de l'élément de guidage (Rr) dans une direction radiale d'un axe A dans l'extrémité arrière de l'adaptateur de guidage, et de préférence, dans la plage de 85-95 % de l'extension de l'élément de guidage (Rr) dans une direction radiale d'un axe A dans l'extrémité arrière de l'adaptateur de guidage.
  12. Adaptateur de guidage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les éléments de guidage (106) s'étendent le long de 50 % ou moins de la longueur de corps d'adaptateur (L) le long d'un axe A, alternativement 40 % ou moins de la longueur de corps d'adaptateur (L) le long d'un axe A.
  13. Adaptateur de guidage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'extension radiale des éléments de guidage (106) diminue dans la direction allant de l'extrémité arrière vers l'extrémité avant, de sorte que les éléments de guidage auront une forme convexe le long d'un axe A, ou une forme sensiblement droite avec un angle en rapport avec un axe A le long de l'axe A.
  14. Aménagement de forage pour un forage à percussion comprenant une colonne de forage (10), un trépan (20) présentant un premier rayon (R1) transverse à un axe A et un adaptateur de guidage (100) selon la revendication 1 agencé entre le trépan et la colonne de forage pour réduire le risque de déviation.
