Claims (13)
- Système de contrôle actif des apports solaires et du transfert de chaleur vers une pièce située sous une toit en pente contenant une fenêtre (2) de toit, éléments électriques et électroniques, et un système extérieur (1) de protection contre la lumière de la fenêtre (2) de toit comprenant un cadre (3) disposé à l'extérieur, de l'extérieur de la fenêtre (2) de toit, un système (5) de lamelles (4) de protection contre la lumière et au moins une cellule photovoltaïque (9), les dimensions et la disposition du cadre (3) du système (1) extérieur de protection contre la lumière sont telles que, vu de l'extérieur dans la direction perpendiculaire au plan de l'élément (2.1) de vitrage de la fenêtre (2) de toit, le contour extérieur du cadre (3), partout où le cadre (3) est présent, dépasse le contour extérieur du cadre (2.2) du vantail de la fenêtre (2) de toit, le cadre (3) du système (1) extérieur de protection contre la lumière porte des éléments (6) de guidage pour délimiter la position des lamelles (4) et leur mouvement, ces éléments (6) de guidage étant disposés de manière que dans toutes les positions du système (5) de lamelles (4), dans lesquelles le système (5) de lamelles (4) protège, au moins partiellement, la fenêtre (2) de toit contre la lumière, un espace (7) d'air existe entre le système (5) de lamelles (4) et l'élément (2.1) de vitrage de la fenêtre (2) de toit, qui est muni d'au moins deux évents (8.1,8.2) communiquant avec l'extérieur pour ventiler cet espace d'air, le système extérieur de protection contre la lumière comprenant en outre au moins un élément (10) Peltier et au moins un capteur (22.1, 22.2) de variables climatiques, les cellules (9) photovoltaïques, les éléments (10) Peltier et au moins un capteur (22.1, 22.2) de variables climatiques étant reliés à l'unité (11) centrale qui comprend une unité (12) d'alimentation avec un accumulateur et une unité (13) électronique de commande pour stocker et/ou commander l'utilisation de l'électricité produite.
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments (10) Peltier sont installés sur le cadre (3) du système (1) extérieur de protection cotre la lumière et/ou sur les lamelles (4) de protection contre la lumière et/ou sur la partie inférieure du cadre de fenêtre fixe et/ou sur la partie inférieure du cadre (2.2) de vantail de la fenêtre (2) de toit ou sur la face extérieure de l'élément (2.1) de vitrage au niveau du bord inférieur de la fenêtre (2) de toit.
- Système selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone adjacente à l'espace (7) d'air, un autre espace d'air rempli d'air est créé qui communique avec l'espace (7) d'air de manière pneumatique et, dans cet autre espace d'air se trouve au moins un ventilateur (14) qui est relié, pour son alimentation et sa commande, à l'unité (11) centrale.
- Système selon la revendication 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que dans l'espace (7) d'air, au moins un premier capteur (22.1) de variables climatiques est disposé, ce capteur étant un capteur pour mesurer la température, et/ou au moins un deuxième capteur (22.2) de variables climatiques est disposé à l'extérieur, ce capteur étant un capteur pour la mesure combinée de plusieurs variables climatiques.
- Système selon la revendication 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une première unité (15) d'entraînement pour entraîner le système (5) de lamelles (4) de protection contre la lumière, qui est reliée, pour son alimentation et sa commande, à l'unité (11) centrale.
- Système selon la revendication 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux évents comprennent un évent (8.1) inférieur qui est ouvert en permanence et, en partie supérieure un évent (8.2) supérieur qui peut être fermé.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient en outre un boîtier (16) pour y disposer le système (5) de lamelles (4) de protection contre la lumière à l'état déployé ou partiellement déployé, fixé à la partie supérieure du cadre (3) du système (1) extérieur de protection contre la lumière, une connexion pneumatique étant créée entre l'intérieur du boîtier (16) et l'espace (7) d'air et l'unité (11) centrale étant en outre disposée dans ce boîtier (16), celle-ci contenant l'unité (12) d'alimentation avec un accumulateur, l'unité (13) électronique de commande et une première unité (15) d'entraînement pour entraîner le système (5) de lamelles (4) de protection contre la lumière, et au moins un autre évent (17) communiquant avec l'extérieur pour ventiler l'espace (7) d'air se trouvant dans les parois de ce boîtier (16).
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les cellules (9) photovoltaïques sont disposées sur les lamelles (4) de protection contre la lumière et/ou sur les parties fixes du système (1) extérieur de protection contre la lumière.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un appareil (18) d'éclairage est connecté à l'unité (11) centrale pour éclairer la pièce à l'intérieur derrière la fenêtre (2) de toit.
- Système selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil (18) d'éclairage est installé dans le linteau ou l'embrasure de la fenêtre (2) de toit ou sur leurs surfaces.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'unité (11) centrale est connectée à une unité (21) de commande supérieure pour le fonctionnement et la sécurité de la maison.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé d'une deuxième unité (19) d'entraînement pour entraîner l'ouverture d'un vantail de la fenêtre (2) de toit, cette deuxième unité (19) d'entraînement étant connectée à l'unité (11) centrale.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'unité (11) centrale est connectée au secteur.
