Claims (13)
- System für aktive Kontrolle von Solargewinnen und Wärmedurchdringung in Bereiche unter einem Schrägdach, das ein Dachfenster (2), elektrische und elektronische Elemente, und ein äußeres Beschattungssystem (1) zur Beschattung des Dachfensters (2) umfasst, das einen Rahmen (3) umfasst, der außen an der Außenseite des Dachfensters (2) angeordnet ist, ein System (5) von Beschattungslamellen (4) und mindestens eine Photovoltaikzelle (9), wobei die Abmessungen und die Anordnung des Rahmens (3) des äußeren Beschattungssystems (1) so sind, dass bei Betrachtung von außen in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene der Verglasungseinheit (2.1) des Dachfensters (2) die äußere Rahmenkontur (3) überall dort, wo der Rahmen anwesend (3) anwesend ist, die äußere Rahmenkontur (2.2) über die Flügel des Dachfensters (2) hinausragt, wobei der Rahmen (3) des äußeren Beschattungssystems (1) Führungselemente (6) zur Ausgrenzung der Position der Beschattungslamellen (4) und deren Bewegung trägt, wobei diese Führungselemente (6) so angeordnet sind, dass in allen Positionen des Systems (5) von Lamellen (4), in denen das System (5) von Lamellen (4) zumindest teilweise das Dachfenster (2) abschattet, zwischen dem System (5) von Lamellen (4) und der Verglasungseinheit (2.1) des Dachfensters (2) ein Luftspalt (7) vorhanden ist, der mit mindestens zwei Lüftungsöffnungen (8.1,8.2) versehen ist, die mit dem Äußeren kommunizieren, um diesen Luftspalt zu entlüften, wobei das äußere Beschattungssystem ferner mindestens ein Peltier-Element (10) und mindestens einen Sensor (22.1, 22.2) von Klimavariablen umfasst, wobei die Photovoltaikzellen (9), Peltier-Elemente (10) und mindestens ein Sensor (22.1, 22.2) von Klimavariablen mit einer Zentraleinheit (11) verbunden sind, die eine Versorgungseinheit (12) mit einem Akkumulator und einer elektronischen Steuereinheit (13) zur Speicherung und/oder für gesteuerte Nutzung der erzeugten elektrischen Energie umfasst.
- System nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Peltier-Elemente (10) im Rahmen (3) des äußeren Beschattungssystems (1) und/oder an Beschattungslamellen (4) und/oder am unteren Teil des unbeweglichen Fensterrahmens und/oder am unteren Teil des Rahmens des Flügels (2.2) des Dachfensters (2) und/oder an der Außenseite der Verglasungseinheit (2.1) bei unterem Rand des Dachfensters (2) angeordnet sind.
- System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass im an den Luftspalt (7) angrenzenden Bereich ein weiterer luftgefüllter Raum gebildet ist, der mit dem Luftspalt (7) luftmäßig kommuniziert, und mindestens ein Lüfter (14) in diesem weiteren Raum angeordnet ist, der zu seiner Steuerung und Stromversorgung mit der Zentraleinheit (11) verbunden ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass im Luftspalt (7) mindestens ein erster Sensor (22.1) von Klimavariablen angeordnet ist, wobei dieser Sensor ein Temperatursensor ist, und/oder dass im außen mindestens ein zweiter Sensor (22.2) von Klimavariablen angeordnet ist, wobei dieser Sensor ein Sensor für kombinierte Messung mehrerer Klimavariablen ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass es ferner eine erste Antriebseinheit (15) zum Antrieb des Systems (5) der Beschattungslamellen (4) umfasst, die zu ihrer Steuerung und Stromversorgung mit der Zentraleinheit (11) verbunden ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass mindestens zwei Belüftungsöffnungen eine permanent offene untere Öffnung (8.1) umfassen, und im oberen Teil eine verschließbare obere Öffnung (8.2).
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass es ferner eine Box (16) zur Aufnahme der Anordnung des Systems (5) der Beschattungslamellen (4) im ausgefahrenen oder teilweise ausgefahrenen Zustand umfasst, der am oberen Teil des Rahmens (3) des äußeren Beschattungssystems (1) befestigt ist, wobei zwischen dem Innenraum der Box (16) und dem Luftspalt (7) eine Luftverbindung gebildet ist, und wobei in dieser Box (16) ferner eine Zentraleinheit (11) angeordnet ist, die eine Versorgungseinheit (12) mit einem Akkumulator, eine elektronische Steuereinheit (13) und eine erste Antriebseinheit (15) für den Antrieb des Systems (5) der Beschattungslamellen (4) umfasst, und wobei in den Wänden dieser Box (16) mindestens eine weitere mit dem Äußeren kommunizierende Lüftungsöffnung (17) zur Belüftung des Luftspalts (7) vorhanden ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Photovoltaikzellen (9) an den Beschattungslamellen (4) angeordnet sind und/oder an den unbeweglichen Teilen des äußeren Beschattungssystems (1).
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass an der Zentraleinheit (11) ein Beleuchtungskörper (18) zur Beleuchtung des Raumes im Inneren hinter dem Dachfenster (2) angeschlossen ist.
- System nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Beleuchtungskörper (18) in dem Fenstersturz oder Auskleidung des Dachfensters (2) oder auf deren Oberflächen montiert ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Zentraleinheit (11) mit einer übergeordneten Steuereinheit (21) für den Betrieb und die Sicherung des Hauses verbunden ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass es mit einer zweiten Antriebseinheit (19) zum Antrieb der Öffnung des Fensterflügels des Dachfensters (2) versehen ist, wobei diese zweite Antriebseinheit (19) mit der Zentraleinheit (11) verbunden ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Zentraleinheit (11) an das Stromnetz angeschlossen ist.
