Claims (14)

  1. Bewohnbarer Raum, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Durchgangsraum (40) umfasst, der sich in einer Längsrichtung von einer ersten Außenwand (1) zu einer gegenüberliegenden zweiten Außenwand (11) hin erstreckt und den bewohnbaren Raum in zwei seitliche Teile, einen rechten (41) und einen linken (50), aufteilt, wobei ein erster seitlicher Teil (41) wenigstens ein Bad (42) und eine Küche (43) umfasst und der andere, zweite seitliche Teil (50) wenigstens eine Quertrennwand (51) umfasst, die in der Längsrichtung beweglich ist, um die Konfiguration des bewohnbaren Raumes zu ändern.
  2. Bewohnbarer Raum nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchgangsraum (40) von der ersten Außenwand (1) bis zur gegenüberliegenden zweiten Außenwand (11) durchgehend ist und weder durch eine Quertrennwand noch durch eine quer angeordnete Tür unterbrochen ist, und/oder dadurch, dass der Durchgangsraum (40) eine Breite aufweist, die größer als 1 Meter oder sogar größer als 1,2 Meter oder sogar größer als 1,4 Meter ist.
  3. Bewohnbarer Raum nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der andere, zweite seitliche Teil (50) wenigstens zwei parallele Quertrennwände (51, 52) umfasst, die in der Längsrichtung beweglich sind.
  4. Bewohnbarer Raum nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er wenigstens eine bewegliche Quertrennwand (51) umfasst, die an ihrem Umfang eine Dichtungsvorrichtung umfasst.
  5. Bewohnbarer Raum nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungsvorrichtung einziehbare oder nicht einziehbare flexible Dichtungen umfasst.
  6. Bewohnbarer Raum nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er wenigstens eine mit großer Häufigkeit bewegliche Quertrennwand (52) ohne Dichtung an ihrem gesamten Umfang umfasst.
  7. Bewohnbarer Raum nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er wenigstens eine Quertrennwand (51) umfasst, die auf seitlichen oder an der Decke angebrachten Schienen beweglich ist und eventuell mit Laufrollen am Fußboden ausgestattet ist, die einziehbar oder nicht einziehbar sind, und/oder dadurch, dass er wenigstens eine Quertrennwand (51) umfasst, die auf wenigstens einer im Inneren einer Seitenwand angeordneten seitlichen Schiene oder auf wenigstens einer im Inneren der Decke angeordneten oberen Schiene beweglich ist, wobei diese Schiene keinen Teil umfasst, der von der Seitenwand oder von der Deck nach außen vorsteht, wobei die Quertrennwand wenigstens zwei Laufrollen umfasst, die in der wenigstens einen Schiene angeordnet sind.
  8. Bewohnbarer Raum nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er wenigstens eine seitliche Trennwand (46) des Durchgangsraumes (40) umfasst, die in der Längsrichtung beweglich ist.
  9. Bewohnbarer Raum nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er wenigstens eine bewegliche Trennwand umfasst, die ein Möbelstück bildet.
  10. Bewohnbarer Raum nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Trennung in Raster in einer Querrichtung umfasst, die mehrere Teile (40, 41, 50) abgrenzt, wenigstens drei, darunter einen Durchgangsraum (40), wobei sich diese Teile (40, 41, 50) längs erstrecken.
  11. Bewohnbarer Raum nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er wenigstens einen sich von der ersten Wand (1) bis zur gegenüberliegenden zweiten Wand (11) erstreckenden Längsträger (5) umfasst, an welchem wenigstens eine Trag- und/oder Führungsschiene einer beweglichen Trennwand angeordnet ist.
  12. Bewohnbarer Raum nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Eingangstür (2), die in den Durchgangsraum (40) führt, und/oder einen Balkon, der zum Durchgangsraum (40) führt, umfasst.
  13. Wohngebäude, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mehrere bewohnbare Räume nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und einen Gang (60), der den Zugang zur Eingangstür (2) von mehreren der bewohnbaren Räume nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ermöglicht, umfasst.
  14. Wohngebäude nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwei parallele Durchgangsräume umfasst, die auf derselben Etage und/oder auf zwei übereinanderliegenden Etagen angeordnet sind und deren erste Wände (1) im Wesentlichen fluchten oder beiderseits des Ganges (60) verteilt sind.
