Claims (15)
- Ensemble joint (96 ; 98 ; 100) pour un compresseur (22) comprenant :au moins une roue (60 ; 62) ;au moins une portée de joint (102; 110; 118) associée à la roue incluant une pluralité de surfaces échelonnées radialement (102A, 102B, 102C; 110A, 110B, 110C ; 118A, 118B, 118C) ; etun joint (104 ; 112 ; 120) associé à chacune des au moins une portée de joint, dans lequel le joint inclut une pluralité de saillies échelonnées radialement (104A, 104B, 104C ; 112A, 112B, 112C; 120A, 120B, 120C) correspondant à la pluralité de surfaces échelonnées radialement sur la au moins une portée de joint ;caractérisé par au moins un actionneur (108 ; 116 ; 124) configuré pour déplacer la au moins une portée de joint par rapport au joint.
- Ensemble joint selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le au moins un actionneur (108 ; 116 ; 124) est configuré pour déplacer le joint (104 ; 112 ; 120) entre une première position axiale et une seconde position axiale différente.
- Ensemble joint selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la au moins une portée de joint (102 ; 110 ; 118) est attachée à l'un de la roue (60 ; 62) et d'un ensemble boîtier (56) et le joint (104 ; 112 ; 120) attaché à l'autre de la roue et de l'ensemble boîtier.
- Ensemble joint selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel la pluralité de saillies échelonnées radialement (104A, 104B, 104C; 112A, 112B, 112C ; 120A, 120B, 120C) incluent des extrémités distales avec une dimension radiale croissante dans une première dimension axiale et des adjacentes de la pluralité de saillies échelonnées radialement sont séparées par un creux.
- Ensemble joint selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la pluralité de surfaces échelonnées radialement (102A, 102B, 102C; 110A, 110B, 110C; 118A, 118B, 118C) incluent une dimension radiale croissante dans la première direction axiale.
- Ensemble joint selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la première direction axiale est dans une direction axialement vers l'arrière.
- Ensemble joint selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel le joint (104 ; 112 ; 120) est fixe par rapport à un ensemble boîtier (56) du compresseur (22) et la au moins une portée de joint (102 ; 110 ; 118) est fixe par rapport à la roue (60 ; 62).
- Ensemble joint selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel la pluralité de surfaces échelonnées radialement (102A, 102B, 102C; 110A, 110B, 110C ; 118A, 118B, 118C) incluent trois surfaces échelonnées radialement et la pluralité de saillies échelonnées radialement (104A, 104B, 104C; 112A, 112B, 112C ; 120A, 120B, 120C) incluent trois saillies échelonnées radialement.
- Ensemble compresseur comprenant :au moins un ensemble joint (96; 98; 100) selon une quelconque revendication précédente ;un arbre (76) en prise avec entraînement avec la au moins une roue (60 ; 62) ; etau moins un palier électromagnétique supportant l'arbre.
- Ensemble compresseur selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le au moins un palier électromagnétique inclut au moins un système de palier électromagnétique à support radial (70) et au moins un système de palier électromagnétique à poussée axiale (72).
- Ensemble compresseur selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans lequel la pluralité de saillies échelonnées radialement (104A, 104B, 104C; 112A, 112B, 112C ; 120A, 120B, 120C) incluent des extrémités distales avec une dimension radiale croissante dans une première direction axiale.
- Ensemble compresseur selon la revendication 11, dans lequel la pluralité de surfaces échelonnées radialement (102A, 102B, 102C; 110A, 110B, 110C; 118A, 118B, 118C) incluent une dimension radiale croissante dans la première direction axiale et des adjacentes de la pluralité de saillies échelonnées radialement (104A, 104B, 104C; 112A, 112B, 112C ; 120A, 120B, 120C) sont séparées par un creux.
- Ensemble compresseur selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la au moins une roue (60 ; 62) inclut une roue de premier étage (60) et une roue de second étage (62) et le au moins un ensemble joint (96; 98 ; 100) inclut un premier ensemble joint (96) associé à la roue de premier étage et un deuxième et un troisième ensemble joint (98, 100) associés à la roue de second étage ; optionnellement
dans lequel le premier ensemble joint est situé sur un côté axialement en amont de la roue de premier étage, le deuxième ensemble joint est situé sur un côté axialement en amont de la roue de second étage, et le troisième ensemble joint est situé sur un côté axialement en aval de la roue de second étage. - Procédé de fonctionnement d'un compresseur (22) comprenant :un support d'un arbre (76) dans le compresseur avec au moins un palier électromagnétique ;caractérisé par une détermination d'un jeu de joint sur la base d'un état de fonctionnement du compresseur ; etune augmentation du jeu de joint sur la base de l'état de fonctionnement en créant un déplacement axial entre une portée de joint (102 ; 110; 118) attachée à l'un d'une roue (60 ; 62) et d'un ensemble boîtier (56) et un joint (104 ; 112 ; 120) attaché à l'autre de la roue et de l'ensemble boîtier.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, destiné au fonctionnement d'un compresseur (20) avec un ensemble joint (96 ; 98 ; 100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, et/ou dans lequel l'état de fonctionnement inclut au moins un d'un état d'allumage ou d'extinction pour le compresseur pour augmenter le jeu de joint.
