Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Abstützen eines Bleches (15) beim Biegen in einer Abkantpresse (16, 17), wobei die Vorrichtung (1) umfasst:- eine Basis (2);- eine Abstützung (10) zum Abstützen eines Blechs (15);- ein zwischen der Basis (2) und der Abstützung (10) eingerichtetes Stangensystem (2, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12) zum Drehen der Abstützung (10) um eine Drehachse (24) relativ zur Basis (2), wobei das Stangensystem (2, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12) eine erste (5) und eine zweite (7) Stange aufweist, die im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander sind und drehbar zur Basis (2) eingerichtet sind, und eine verbindende dritte Stange (9), die drehbar zu den freien Enden der ersten (5) und der zweiten Stange (7) eingerichtet ist, sodass die Basis (2), die erste (5), die zweite (7) und die dritte (9) Stange ein im Wesentlichen parallelogrammförmiges Stangensystem bilden; und- zwischen der Basis (2) und einer der ersten (5), zweiten (7) oder dritten (9) Stangen angeordnete Antriebsmittel;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Antriebsmittel umfassen:- eine antreibbare Spule (18);- eine oder mehrere Walzen (20, 21, 22);- eine Bandhalterung (19); und- ein Band (23), das mit einem Ende an der Bandhalterung (19) und mit dem anderen Ende an der antreibbaren Spule (18) angebacht ist;wobei das Band (23) entlang einer Serpentinenbahn zwischen der antreibbaren Spule (18), der einen oder mehreren Walzen (20, 21, 22) und der Bandhalterung (19) verläuft, wobei die Reihenfolge der Teile, welche die antreibbare Spule (18), die eine oder mehreren Walzen (20, 21, 22) und die Bandhalterung (19) bilden, abwechselnd auf der Basis (2) und der einen der ersten (5), zweiten (7) oder dritten (9) Stange eingerichtet ist. - Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die antreibbare Spule (18) von einem Elektromotor angetrieben wird.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Abstützung (10) zum Abstützen eines Bleches (15) drehbar zu der verbindenden dritten Stange (9) eingerichtet ist, wobei eine vierte Verbindungsstange (12) mit einem Ende drehbar zu der Abstützung (10) und mit dem anderen Ende drehbar zu der ersten (5) oder zweiten (7) Stange eingerichtet ist und wobei die vierte Verbindungsstange (12) sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu der dritten Verbindungsstange (9) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Abstützung (10) zum Abstützen eines Bleches (15) im Wesentlichen parallel zur ersten (5) und zweiten (7) Stange verläuft.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Antriebsmittel zwischen der Basis (2) und der ersten Stange (5) eingerichtet sind.
