Definitions
- the present invention relates to a knitted part, in particular to a compressive knitted part with adhesive effect, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such knitted parts are used, in particular for the formation of legwear, for medical use and / or for use in sporting activities.
- These compressive garments are used to specifically exert pressure on a patient's body.
- the pressure exerted on a patient's body is called compression.
- the aim of compression stockings for example, in particular in the form of leg warmers with or without a hand or foot section for medical use, is, among other things, to relieve a damaged vein and / or lymphatic system of a patient.
- the applied pressure prevents increasing swelling of the limbs, improves the removal of venous blood and lymph and increases the blood supply.
- these compressive knitted parts are preferably knitted flat or round by means of a circular knitting machine or a flat knitting machine having a front and a rear needle bed.
- the knitted parts are knitted from at least one loop-forming knitting thread and an inserted elastic weft thread.
- the standard RAL-GZ 387 of the quality mark association exists for the production, especially for measurement and quality assurance, of compressive arm or leg stockings for medical use.
- the RAL test regulations show how the pressure of a compression stocking on a leg is to be determined. Testing on the HOSY measuring device (Hohenstein Institute) is suggested as a measuring device, in particular a compression test device.
- the test is based on the measurement of the tension force in the several measuring points, which varies depending on the respective stretchability of the knitted fabric, i.e. depending on the elasticity of the knitted fabric.
- the compression is calculated from the tension. I.e. the more elasticity a knitted fabric has in the transverse direction of the knitted fabric, the lower the compression exerted on the patient by the knitted fabric. On the other hand, the lower the elasticity of the knitted part, the higher the compression exerted on the patient.
- a large number of compressive knitted parts, in particular in the form of arm or leg stockings, are known from the prior art.
- a textile fabric with an anti-slip effect, in particular for use in bandages or compression stockings, is, for example, from EP 2 886 691 B1 known.
- This known flat textile structure which is a flat knitted fabric with a double profile, is produced by two thread systems which are connected to one another by forming stitches with a mesh head and two mesh legs leading to the mesh head.
- a slip-resistant effect is given to the fabric by the fact that a silicone thread is knitted into the fabric to form loops, namely in such a way that the silicone thread forms basic knitting loops and is therefore essentially only exposed on the surface of the fabric in the area of its loop legs.
- the silicone thread only appears in the area of the stitch legs on the surface of the fabric or protrudes from it.
- a predominant part of the silicone mesh is inside the knitted fabric.
- a disadvantage of the design of the textile fabric known from this prior art is the reduced adhesive effect. Because the adhesive silicone thread knitted into the textile fabric to form loops only emerges on the knitted fabric surface at its loop legs, only very few adhesive sections are present on the fabric. The major part of the silicone thread, namely the mesh heads and mesh feet, is namely present in the inside of the knitted fabric, that is, neither on the inside nor on the outside of the knitted fabric. This proportion of the knitted-in silicone thread, in particular of the stitches formed in each case, has no effect on the adhesive properties of the knitted fabric. On the contrary, this proportion reduces the breathability of the knitted fabric, which in turn can lead to increased perspiration on the part of the wearer of the garment.
- Another disadvantage of the textile fabric known from the prior art is the formation of the basic knitted fabric as a flat knitted fabric, in particular using the silicone thread to form basic knitted stitches. Because the fabric is designed as a flat knitted fabric, in particular as a two-layer knitted fabric, the silicone thread only occurs a surface of the textile fabric. An anti-slip effect is therefore only given on one side of the knitted fabric.
- This prior art does not provide a solution for knitted fabrics or compressive items of clothing, on which, however, a slip-inhibiting effect should be provided on both sides of the fabric.
- a textile fabric in particular a knitted fabric, which has an inner and an outer side, on each of which in turn Adhesive sections are provided in order to simultaneously produce an adhesive effect between the carrier of the fabric and the fabric itself and between the fabric and an external surface.
- the adhesive sections are made from a sticky and structured material.
- Another disadvantage of the textile fabric known from the prior art is the lack of connection between the adhesive sections on one side, in particular the inside, of the fabric with the adhesive sections on the other side, in particular the outside, of the fabric.
- the opposing adhesive sections are not direct connected to one another so that the opposing adhesive sections can be displaced with respect to one another in the event of a load from the carrier, in particular due to the generation of shear forces. A secure hold in the stump cannot be guaranteed.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of creating, in particular, a compressive knitted part which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art, in particular significantly improves the adhesive effect of the knitted part.
- the hold of the knitted fabric on the carrier should preferably be improved while at the same time increasing the adhesive effect on an external surface.
- this consists of at least one loop-forming basic knitting thread, at least one inserted and / or knitted elastic weft thread, as well as at least one plush thread forming plush loops that are clad at least in sections on the basic knitting thread, the at least one plush thread being an adhesive thread in order to give the compressive knitted part an anti-slip effect.
- the adhesive thread is preferably a silicone, elastane or rubber thread.
- the adhesive thread particularly preferably has a thread core, preferably made of elastane or polyamide, the thread core being coated or wrapped with silicone, elastane and / or rubber.
- the thread is furthermore preferably provided with a fluid-soluble, in particular water-soluble, coating or wound with a fluid-soluble, in particular water-soluble, wrapping thread.
- a winding thread or coating reduces the friction of the otherwise adhering silicone material during the knitting process, especially on the loop-forming elements (needle, thread guide, etc.) and the thread feed.
- the knitted part is preferably washed so that the water-soluble winding thread or the coating dissolves and the adhesive properties of the silicone thread or silicone coating come into full effect.
- a second plush loop forming plush thread preferably made of polyamide, polyester, polypropylene or natural fiber, is plated onto the basic knitting thread of the compressive knitted part at least in sections.
- the first plush loops formed by the adhesive thread and the second plush loops formed by the second plush thread are of different heights.
- the sections with the plush threads forming the plush loops preferably at least partially overlap, so that a multilayer structure is created.
- the basic knitting thread knitted to form a loop here forms a first layer or basic knitted fabric level.
- the plush loops formed by the adhesive thread extend through the basic knitted fabric so that the adhesive thread emerges on both sides of the knitted fabric.
- the mesh heads and mesh feet are preferably exposed on one side of the knitted fabric and the associated loop legs on the other side of the knitted fabric.
- the plush handles, formed by the mesh heads and parts of the mesh legs different heights are formed.
- the adhesive thread for forming one or more anti-slip elements is introduced into the basic knitted fabric in a locally limited manner.
- the one or more anti-slip elements preferably each have an extension in the longitudinal and / or circumferential direction of the knitted fabric between 1 and 2 cm, but not more than 3 cm.
- the adhesive thread is preferably only partially knitted in the circumferential direction, forming at least one plush loop within a row of stitches.
- the adhesive thread can be knitted into the basic knitted fabric in sections.
- the adhesive thread in the at least one section is preferably knitted in to form plush loops and in some areas in the basic knitted fabric only backed or plated without forming plush loops, in order to form a plurality of anti-slip elements arranged next to one another.
- the compressive knitted part according to the previous exemplary embodiments is preferably designed as a stocking, in particular as an arm or leg stump, sock, leg warming, arm warming, legging or trousers, bandage, or as a knitted part of an orthosis. It is particularly preferably designed as a compressive knitted part, the compression strength decreasing or increasing in the longitudinal direction of the knitted fabric, in particular from the ankle in the direction of the calf muscles.
- the at least one adhesive thread forming the plush loops is knitted into the knitted fabric in such a way that the plush loops in the worn state of the knitted fabric (1) in the area of the sole of the foot, in particular only in the area of the Heel (X), toes (X) and / or the ball of the foot (X) are arranged on the inside and / or outside of the knitted fabric.
- the compressive pressures generated by the knitted part are preferably between 10 and 40 mmHg in an ankle area of the legwear, in the calf area preferably between 5 and 30 mmHg and in a metatarsal area preferably between 10 and 30 mmHg.
- the present legwear is distinguished by a number of significant advantages.
- the adhesive sections are formed on both sides of the knitted part, which are directly connected to one another, that is, are formed in one piece and extend through the knitted part, so that the opposing adhesive sections directly transfer the applied shear forces when the wearer is loaded without the opposing adhesive sections being displaced relative to one another, whereby a slipping of the carrier relative to the knitted part can be avoided entirely, which is also an essential Advantage forms.
- Another advantage of the invention is the inexpensive production of one or more anti-slip sections, in particular on two opposite surfaces of a knitted part.
- a single process step namely the knitting in of a single adhesive thread
- one or more adhesive sections but also on opposite sides of the knitted part, can be produced.
- the laborious knitting in of several adhesive threads and / or application of adhesive material using templates etc. is no longer necessary.
- the inventive design of the one or more adhesive sections in particular the way in which the adhesive thread is integrated into the basic knitted fabric, enables the predominant part of the adhesive thread, namely the mesh heads and mesh feet formed by the thread as well as large parts the stitch leg is arranged freely accessible on the inside or outside of the knitted fabric.
- FIG 1 is an embodiment of a leg stump 9, consisting of a compressive knitted part according to the invention, shown in the side view.
- the stocking 9, in particular a sports stocking consists of at least a first and second knitted section 18, 19, preferably knitted by means of a circular knitting machine.
- the stocking 9 preferably has a waistband 20.
- the compressive pressures generated by the stocking are preferably between 10 and 40 mmHg in an ankle area 14 of the legwear, between 5 and 30 mmHg in the calf area 15 and between 10 and 30 mmHg in a metatarsal area 16.
- the stocking 9 has a first padding 21 which, viewed in the circumferential direction, preferably extends only between the two muscle heads of the calf muscles without overlapping them. Furthermore, when the stocking 9 is worn, the at least one padding 21 also extends at least partially along the Achilles tendon in the direction of the heel 11. Furthermore, the stocking 9 has a foot part 19. This foot part 19 preferably comprises a further padding 22 for the toe area 12, the ball of the foot 13, the heel 11 and the sole 10 of the foot. In this exemplary embodiment, the padding 22 extends from the sole 10 up to the sides of the foot part 19.
- the padding 22 can also only be arranged in individual sections of the aforementioned areas.
- the multiple upholsteries 21 and 22 are each made into the knitted fabric by a knitted section formed which differs in terms of its type of weave from a region of the basic knitted fabric adjoining the upholstery 21, 22.
- the multiple padding 21, 22 is preferably designed as a plush, in particular sandwich plush.
- the stocking 9 has a gradual course of compression in the longitudinal direction of the fabric.
- the compression strength decreases from the lower end in the direction of the calf muscles.
- the gradual pressure profile is determined by the way in which a weft thread 3 is introduced, in particular via the number of successive rows of stitches in which the weft thread 3 is inserted.
- the knitted fabric according to the invention is designed as an arm stump, sock, bandage, or a knitted part of an orthosis.
- an adhesive thread is knitted into the compressive knitted fabric.
- the adhesive thread is in this case plated onto at least one basic knitting thread to form plush loops at least in sections.
- the plush loops formed in this way or the so-called adhesive plush forms a further knitted fabric level above the basic knitted fabric on the inside and / or outside of the compressive knitted part.
- the adhesive plush has an increased coefficient of friction compared to the rest of the knitted fabric.
- the adhesive thread is preferably a silicone thread or a thread which also has an adhesive, preferably slightly tacky, adhesive, in any case slip-resistant, surface.
- the knitted part or, in this exemplary embodiment, the leg stocking 9 is thus partially, that is, in sections, attached to the inside and / or outside of an adhesive layer. According to this first exemplary embodiment, these are particularly preferably located on the inside in the region of the collar 20 and on the inside and outside in the sole region 10. Anti-slip elements 8 are therefore formed.
- the way in which the adhesive thread are integrated into the basic knitted fabric according to this exemplary embodiment of the leg stocking 9 in these areas is shown in the stitch patterns according to FIGS Figures 2 to 4 shown and described as follows.
- Figure 1 a first simple embodiment of the compressive knitted part 1 according to the invention explained in detail in the form of a stitch pattern.
- the stitch pattern according to Figure 1 shows a compressive knitted part 1 consisting of a basic knitting thread 2 which is knitted over several rows R1 to R4 and wales M1 to M7 to form loops.
- At least one compression weft thread 3 is inserted into the basic knitting stitches.
- the highly elastic weft thread 3 is in this embodiment in every second row of stitches inserted. However, this can be designed as desired. It can also be inserted in every row of stitches or in every nth row of stitches.
- the weft thread 3 can also be knitted in sections in one or more wales to form loops.
- the stitch pattern shows an adhesive thread 4 forming plush loops that are clad at least in sections on the basic knitting thread 2. According to this exemplary embodiment, this is present in every row of stitches.
- This thread 4 can also only be knitted into the knitted fabric 1 in any row of stitches and only in sections, that is to say partially and not circumferentially, viewed in the circumferential direction.
- the adhesive thread 4 is shown next to the basic knitting thread 2, but this is only for the purpose of illustration.
- the adhesive thread 4 is located essentially in front of or behind the basic knitting thread 2, in a plan view of the knitted fabric 1.
- the threads 2, 4 are therefore in the knitted fabric 1 in Essentially, i.e. largely, one above the other or one behind the other.
- the adhesive thread 4 forms plush loops 6 in each case in a first wale, is then merely deposited in two further wales, and forms plush loops 6 again in the following wales.
- anti-slip elements 8 in the form of rods or ribs, are produced, which protrude on the inside and / or outside of the basic knitted fabric 1.
- Anti-slip elements 8 are formed by these ribs 8 or plush ribs 8 formed from one or more adhesive threads 4.
- other geometric shapes such as, for example, point-like or circular designs of the anti-slip elements 8, are of course possible.
- these each have an extension in the longitudinal and / or circumferential direction of the knitted fabric between 1 and 2 cm, at most 3 cm.
- the mesh heads and mesh feet as well as large parts of the stitch legs of the adhesive thread 4 are preferably facing the skin of the wearer.
- the plush loops 6 formed by the adhesive thread 4 thus preferably extend through the basic knitted fabric 1, so that the adhesive thread 4 protrudes on both sides of the knitted fabric 1 and forms anti-slip elements 8.
- the knitted fabric 1 thus ensures a secure hold in relation to the carrier and an external surface.
- a stitch pattern in particular a first section A from the in Figure 1
- the embodiment shown in the leg stocking 9, in particular in the region of the waistband 20, is shown in Figure 3 shown.
- the stitch pattern also shows, as in Figure 2 , a loop-forming basic knitting thread 2 which is knitted over several rows R1 to R6 and wales M1 to M8 to form the waistband 20.
- At least one compression weft thread 3 is inserted into the basic knitting part 1 ′′.
- the weft thread 3 is inserted here in every stitch row.
- the stitch structure shows a reinforcing thread 17 clad on the basic knitting thread This thread 17 can also only be knitted into the knitted fabric in any desired course and only in sections in the circumferential direction.
- the reinforcement thread 17 is shown next to the basic knitting thread 2, but this is only for the purpose of illustration This thread 17 is also located essentially in front of or behind the basic knitting thread 2.
- the reinforcing thread 17 is particularly preferred in the entire knitted fabric of FIG Figure 1
- the leg stocking 9 shown is plated onto the basic knitting thread 2.
- the reinforcing thread 17 consists of several profile fibers spun together in order to form channels between the several fibers for the transport of moisture. Moisture can thus be easily transported away from the basic knitting thread 2.
- an adhesive thread 4 is now also provided.
- This is knitted into the basic knitted fabric 1 ′ in such a way that it forms plush loops 6 in each basic knitting stitch formed.
- This knit-technical integration forms a flat adhesive section which, due to the large number of plush loops 6 and thus adhesive material on the surface of the knitted fabric 1 ', produces a particularly high adhesive effect.
- the amount of adhesive material can be increased additionally. This results in a particularly good hold of the stocking 9 according to FIG Figure 1 guaranteed on the carrier.
- FIG 4 is now a second section B from the in Figure 1 leg stocking 9 shown, in particular in the area of the sole 10.
- the stitch pattern shows a stitch-forming basic knitting thread 2 which is knitted over several rows R1 to R6 and wales M1 to M7. At least one compression weft thread 3 is inserted into the basic knitted fabric 1 ′′ in every second row of stitches.
- the knitted part 1 ′′ now additionally has a second plush handle forming at least some sections Plush thread 5 on.
- This is preferably made of polyamide, polyester, polypropylene or natural fiber.
- the knitted part 1 ′′ has a cushioning property.
- the plush thread 5 forms plush loops 7 in two wales lying next to one another and is merely deposited in the wales adjacent thereto. A large number of knitting variants are conceivable.
- the knitted part 1 ′′ also has an adhesive thread 4 in the sole area 10. This is knitted into the basic knitted fabric 1 ′′ in such a way that it forms plush loops 6 in a wale and into the two wales adjacent to it is only deposited. As in Figure 2 described, on the inside and outside of the knitted part 1 ′′ rib-shaped anti-slip elements 8 formed. Furthermore, the sections with the plush loops forming plush threads 4, 5 overlap so that a multi-layer structure is created. As can be seen from the stitch pattern, these are through the adhesive thread 4 and the plush loops 6 formed by the second plush thread 5.
- the plush loops 7 formed by the second plush thread 5 are preferably of different heights.
- the loop-forming knitted basic knitting thread 2 forms a basic knitted fabric plane.
- a plush plane, in particular for upholstery, is formed by the plush thread 5 forming the plush loops
- Rib-shaped adhesive layer is formed by the adhesive thread 4 forming the plush loops. This takes place in that the plush loops 6 of the adhesive thread 4 are made longer than those of the second plush thread 5.
- This design of the knitted part makes the knitted part, in particular the leg pf 9, in addition to increased wearing comfort through padding in the sole area 10, also ensures a secure hold in relation to the stocking 9 and at the same time in relation to an external surface. Description
The present invention relates to a knitted part, in particular to a compressive knitted part with adhesive effect, according to the preamble of
Such knitted parts are used, in particular for the formation of legwear, for medical use and / or for use in sporting activities. These compressive garments are used to specifically exert pressure on a patient's body. The pressure exerted on a patient's body is called compression. The aim of compression stockings, for example, in particular in the form of leg warmers with or without a hand or foot section for medical use, is, among other things, to relieve a damaged vein and / or lymphatic system of a patient. The applied pressure prevents increasing swelling of the limbs, improves the removal of venous blood and lymph and increases the blood supply. When using compression stockings in the field of sports, they bring about an increase in performance or improved regeneration.
To form these compressive knitted parts, they are preferably knitted flat or round by means of a circular knitting machine or a flat knitting machine having a front and a rear needle bed. For this purpose, the knitted parts are knitted from at least one loop-forming knitting thread and an inserted elastic weft thread. The standard RAL-GZ 387 of the quality mark association exists for the production, especially for measurement and quality assurance, of compressive arm or leg stockings for medical use. The RAL test regulations show how the pressure of a compression stocking on a leg is to be determined. Testing on the HOSY measuring device (Hohenstein Institute) is suggested as a measuring device, in particular a compression test device. The test is based on the measurement of the tension force in the several measuring points, which varies depending on the respective stretchability of the knitted fabric, i.e. depending on the elasticity of the knitted fabric. The compression is calculated from the tension. I.e. the more elasticity a knitted fabric has in the transverse direction of the knitted fabric, the lower the compression exerted on the patient by the knitted fabric. On the other hand, the lower the elasticity of the knitted part, the higher the compression exerted on the patient.
This known flat textile structure, which is a flat knitted fabric with a double profile, is produced by two thread systems which are connected to one another by forming stitches with a mesh head and two mesh legs leading to the mesh head. A slip-resistant effect is given to the fabric by the fact that a silicone thread is knitted into the fabric to form loops, namely in such a way that the silicone thread forms basic knitting loops and is therefore essentially only exposed on the surface of the fabric in the area of its loop legs. As a result, the silicone thread only appears in the area of the stitch legs on the surface of the fabric or protrudes from it. A predominant part of the silicone mesh is inside the knitted fabric. With the solution known from the prior art, the textile fabric is thus given an anti-slip effect.
A disadvantage of the design of the textile fabric known from this prior art is the reduced adhesive effect.
Another disadvantage of the textile fabric known from the prior art is the formation of the basic knitted fabric as a flat knitted fabric, in particular using the silicone thread to form basic knitted stitches. Because the fabric is designed as a flat knitted fabric, in particular as a two-layer knitted fabric, the silicone thread only occurs a surface of the textile fabric. An anti-slip effect is therefore only given on one side of the knitted fabric. This prior art does not provide a solution for knitted fabrics or compressive items of clothing, on which, however, a slip-inhibiting effect should be provided on both sides of the fabric.
The knitting of several adhesive yarns in order to produce an adhesive effect on the inside and outside has proven to be a disadvantage of the configuration of the flat textile structure known from this prior art. Using several adhesive threads increases production times and production costs.
Furthermore, by simply plating on the adhesive yarns, only an average adhesive effect is achieved. By plating the adhesive yarn onto a basic knitting thread, the latter is only exposed at the mesh heads formed on the knitted surface. The other sections of the adhesive yarn, in particular the stitch legs and stitch feet, lie in the inside of the knitted fabric. As a result, very little adhesive yarn protrudes from the surface of the respective knitted fabric side.
Another disadvantage of the textile fabric known from the prior art is the lack of connection between the adhesive sections on one side, in particular the inside, of the fabric with the adhesive sections on the other side, in particular the outside, of the fabric. The opposing adhesive sections are not direct connected to one another so that the opposing adhesive sections can be displaced with respect to one another in the event of a load from the carrier, in particular due to the generation of shear forces. A secure hold in the stump cannot be guaranteed.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of creating, in particular, a compressive knitted part which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art, in particular significantly improves the adhesive effect of the knitted part. The hold of the knitted fabric on the carrier should preferably be improved while at the same time increasing the adhesive effect on an external surface.
According to an embodiment of the compressive knitted part, this consists of at least one loop-forming basic knitting thread, at least one inserted and / or knitted elastic weft thread, as well as at least one plush thread forming plush loops that are clad at least in sections on the basic knitting thread, the at least one plush thread being an adhesive thread in order to give the compressive knitted part an anti-slip effect.
The adhesive thread is preferably a silicone, elastane or rubber thread. Here, the adhesive thread particularly preferably has a thread core, preferably made of elastane or polyamide, the thread core being coated or wrapped with silicone, elastane and / or rubber. For better knitability, the thread is furthermore preferably provided with a fluid-soluble, in particular water-soluble, coating or wound with a fluid-soluble, in particular water-soluble, wrapping thread. Such a winding thread or coating reduces the friction of the otherwise adhering silicone material during the knitting process, especially on the loop-forming elements (needle, thread guide, etc.) and the thread feed. After the knitting, the knitted part is preferably washed so that the water-soluble winding thread or the coating dissolves and the adhesive properties of the silicone thread or silicone coating come into full effect.
According to a second embodiment, a second plush loop forming plush thread, preferably made of polyamide, polyester, polypropylene or natural fiber, is plated onto the basic knitting thread of the compressive knitted part at least in sections. This gives the knitted part not only an adhesive effect but also a cushioning property. Particularly preferably, the first plush loops formed by the adhesive thread and the second plush loops formed by the second plush thread are of different heights. In this case, the sections with the plush threads forming the plush loops preferably at least partially overlap, so that a multilayer structure is created. The basic knitting thread knitted to form a loop here forms a first layer or basic knitted fabric level. A second layer or first plush level, in particular for upholstery, is formed by the plush thread forming the plush handle. A third layer, in particular an adhesive layer, is formed by the adhesive thread forming the plush loops, the plush loops of the adhesive thread being longer than those of the second plush thread.
According to a third exemplary embodiment, the plush loops formed by the adhesive thread extend through the basic knitted fabric so that the adhesive thread emerges on both sides of the knitted fabric. Thus, the mesh heads and mesh feet are preferably exposed on one side of the knitted fabric and the associated loop legs on the other side of the knitted fabric. Depending on the setting of the knitting machine, the plush handles, formed by the mesh heads and parts of the mesh legs, different heights are formed.
According to a further exemplary embodiment, the adhesive thread for forming one or more anti-slip elements is introduced into the basic knitted fabric in a locally limited manner. The one or more anti-slip elements preferably each have an extension in the longitudinal and / or circumferential direction of the knitted fabric between 1 and 2 cm, but not more than 3 cm. In this case, the adhesive thread is preferably only partially knitted in the circumferential direction, forming at least one plush loop within a row of stitches. Alternatively, the adhesive thread can be knitted into the basic knitted fabric in sections. Then the adhesive thread in the at least one section is preferably knitted in to form plush loops and in some areas in the basic knitted fabric only backed or plated without forming plush loops, in order to form a plurality of anti-slip elements arranged next to one another.
The compressive knitted part according to the previous exemplary embodiments is preferably designed as a stocking, in particular as an arm or leg stump, sock, leg warming, arm warming, legging or trousers, bandage, or as a knitted part of an orthosis. It is particularly preferably designed as a compressive knitted part, the compression strength decreasing or increasing in the longitudinal direction of the knitted fabric, in particular from the ankle in the direction of the calf muscles.
When the knitted fabric is designed as leg clothing, in particular as a leg stocking, sock or foot bandage, the at least one adhesive thread forming the plush loops is knitted into the knitted fabric in such a way that the plush loops in the worn state of the knitted fabric (1) in the area of the sole of the foot, in particular only in the area of the Heel (X), toes (X) and / or the ball of the foot (X) are arranged on the inside and / or outside of the knitted fabric.
In the case of compressive legwear, the compressive pressures generated by the knitted part are preferably between 10 and 40 mmHg in an ankle area of the legwear, in the calf area preferably between 5 and 30 mmHg and in a metatarsal area preferably between 10 and 30 mmHg.
The present legwear is distinguished by a number of significant advantages.
Forming the compressive knitted part with a plush loops clad at least in sections onto a basic knitting thread Plush thread, which is an adhesive thread, the adhesive property of the knitted part is significantly increased. The formation of plush loops, which consist of the stitch heads and large parts of the stitch legs, with an adhesive thread means that significantly more slip-resistant and / or adhesive material is arranged above the basic knitted fabric surface than is known from the prior art, so that the knitted part is given a much better anti-slip effect.
Furthermore, by knitting in the adhesive thread in such a way that the plush loops formed by the adhesive thread extend through the basic knitted fabric, the adhesive sections are formed on both sides of the knitted part, which are directly connected to one another, that is, are formed in one piece and extend through the knitted part, so that the opposing adhesive sections directly transfer the applied shear forces when the wearer is loaded without the opposing adhesive sections being displaced relative to one another, whereby a slipping of the carrier relative to the knitted part can be avoided entirely, which is also an essential Advantage forms.
Another advantage of the invention is the inexpensive production of one or more anti-slip sections, in particular on two opposite surfaces of a knitted part. By means of preferably a single process step, namely the knitting in of a single adhesive thread, one or more adhesive sections, but also on opposite sides of the knitted part, can be produced. The laborious knitting in of several adhesive threads and / or application of adhesive material using templates etc. is no longer necessary.
In addition, the inventive design of the one or more adhesive sections, in particular the way in which the adhesive thread is integrated into the basic knitted fabric, enables the predominant part of the adhesive thread, namely the mesh heads and mesh feet formed by the thread as well as large parts the stitch leg is arranged freely accessible on the inside or outside of the knitted fabric. This means that significantly more slip-resistant material is arranged on the surface of the knitted fabric. At the same time, compared to the prior art, there is significantly less material in the inside of the knitted fabric, so that increased perspiration on the part of the wearer of the garment due to the reduced breathability of the knitted part can be avoided.
In comparison to the application of external adhesive material to the knitted fabric, in particular in liquid form, the possibility of precise meshing, that is to say partially below, is also possible The formation of at least one plush handle within a row of stitches, of arranging adhesive sections on the knitted fabric, which can therefore be placed on the knitted fabric with precise stitching, is a significant advantage.
The invention is explained below using several exemplary embodiments and in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the

In addition to the
According to this exemplary embodiment, the
According to this first exemplary embodiment, the mesh heads and mesh feet as well as large parts of the stitch legs of the

In order to form a
In summary, it should be stated once again that the adhesive thread can be knitted into the knitted part in a wide variety of ways to form plush loops by a wide variety of knitting processes, as shown in the previous stitch patterns. Furthermore, as also illustrated, the knitting technique can vary in sections within an item of clothing in order to adapt the adhesive effect individually to the respective requirement. Areas of an item of legwear in which an adhesive thread is particularly preferably knitted in and thus has an adhesive or anti-slip effect are in particular the waistband, the calf, or the sole of the foot. Further sections are conceivable and can be implemented without problems according to the invention.
The invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiments described, but rather includes all versions which apply or contain the basic, analogous functional principle of the invention. Furthermore, all features of all the described and illustrated exemplary embodiments can be combined with one another.
