Description

  • The present invention relates to an oven comprising a connection element that enables the telescopic rail to be easily attached and detached.
  • In ovens, the trays wherein the foods to be cooked are placed are supported by various methods inside the body that surrounds the oven cavity. For example, the trays are placed on the guides on the side walls of the body. The guides are positioned at different cooking levels predetermined by the producer for different types of foods. In the state of the art, furthermore telescopic rails are used that are mounted on the guide whereby the user can easily perform the loading and unloading operations. The telescopic rails enable the trays to be longitudinally extended out of the oven.
  • In the state of the art, the connection element is connected to the wire that enables the horizontal guide wires to be fixed to each other and that is perpendicular to the guide wires or connected to the side wall of the oven. In this case, the attachment and/or detachment of the telescopic rail becomes time consuming and increases the labor and cost. Furthermore, errors occurring during said processes lead to the instability of the wire rack and the telescopic rail is displaced.
  • In the state of the art German Patent Application No. DE102011844 , the connection element is attached to the vertical and horizontal wires and the telescopic rails are fixed onto the connection element. Furthermore, in this document, the fixing of the telescopic rail to the part obtained by bending the vertical wire is also disclosed.
  • Another state of the art document is the German Utility Model Document Application No. DE20010037 . In this document, a connection element is disclosed and the connection element is fixed to two guide wires that extend parallel to each other on the horizontal plane. Housings into which the two guide wires are seated are formed on the connection element. In another embodiment disclosed in this document, the connection element comprises housings provided in directions perpendicular to each other, into which the guide wire and the wire that is perpendicular to the guide wire are inserted.
  • Another state of the art document is European Patent Application No. EP2843316 . In this document, a connection element that is fixed to the side wall of the oven and the guide wire is disclosed, and the connection element may also be mounted to the vertical wire. Further relevant prior art can be found in DE102009034967A1 .
  • The aim of the present invention is the realization of an oven comprising a connection element that enables the telescopic rail to be easily attached and detached.
  • The oven realized in order to attain the aim of the present invention is defined in claim 1.
  • Thus, the telescopic rail is enabled to be easily attached to and detached from the rack support.
  • In an embodiment of the present invention, the second retainer is flexible. Thus, the guide wire is enabled to supported from below by the second retainer by pushing the connection element only downwards, and by applying force in the opposite direction, the guide wire is released from the second retainer and the connection element and the telescopic rail that is fixed to the same are enabled to be detached from the rack support.
  • In an embodiment of the present invention, a C-shaped bent portion is provided on the second retainer. When the connection element is seated onto the guide wire, the guide wire bears against the ridge section of the bent portion. By means of the curved shape of the bent portion, the second retainer can easily slide on the guide wire.
  • In an embodiment of the present invention, when the connection element and the telescopic rail are attached to the rack support, the guide wire is completely seated into the second housing and the connection wire is completely seated into the first housing. Thus, the connection element is squeezed between the guide wire and the connection wire, and the connection wire is prevented from moving left and right in the horizontal direction and up and down in the vertical direction.
  • By means of the present invention, the telescopic rail is enabled to be easily and quickly attached to or detached from the rack support by means of the connection element without the need for modifying the upright element and the oven wall.

  • In the embodiment of the present invention, the connection wire (4) is a straight, cylindrical wire.
  • In the embodiment of the present invention, the connection element (3) comprises a base (10); two walls (11) that extend from two sides of the base (10); one or more than one, preferably two arm-shaped first retainers (7) onto which the connection wire (4) is seated and that extend parallel to the connection wire (4), and at least one second retainer (8) that extends in the vertical direction downwards from the base (10) and that has a form enabling the guide wire (6) to be supported from below. In this embodiment of the present invention, the connection element (3) comprises a preferably C-shaped bent portion (16) at the end of the second retainer (8). When the connection element (3) is attached to the guide wire (6), the ridge section of the bent portion (16) extends towards the guide wire (6) and supports the guide wire (6) from below. In this embodiment of the present invention, the first retainer (7) is L-shaped (Figure 2, Figure 3 and Figure 4).
  • In an embodiment of the present invention, the oven (1) comprises a protrusion (12) that is provided on the connection element (3) so as to be flush with the base (10) and that extends from base (10) onto the connection wire (4), and a first housing (14) that is limited by the protrusion (12), the side wall (11) and the first retainer (7), wherein the connection wire (4) is placed. The oven (1) further comprises a recess (13) that is provided between the second retainer (8) and the side wall (11), and a second housing (15) that is positioned among the recess (13), the side wall (11) and the second retainer (8) and wherein the guide wire (6) is seated. Thus, the connection element (3) is squeezed between the guide wire (6) and the connection wire (4), and the connection wire (4) is prevented from moving left and right in the horizontal direction and up and down in the vertical direction (Figure 6, Figure 7, Figure 8 and Figure 9).
  • In an embodiment of the present invention, the oven (1) comprises two cut-outs (18) that are provided at the area where the second retainer (8) formed by being bent downwards from the edge of the base (10) intersects with the base (10). Said cut-outs (18) makes the second retainer (8) flexible.
  • In the embodiment of the present invention, the side wall (11) has a stepped form. Thus, the connection element (3) is enabled to enter and leave the area between the guide wire (6) and the connection wire (4).
  • In the embodiment of the present invention, the connection element (3) and the telescopic rail (5) onto which the connection element (3) is fixed are attached to the rack support (2) as follows: First the side walls (11) are passed through between the connection wire (4) and the guide wire (6) and the connection wire (4) is fitted into the first housing (14). In this case, the connection wire (4) is surrounded by the protrusion (12) from above and the first retainer (7) from below. Furthermore, the bent portion (16) on the second retainer (8) bears against the guide wire (6). Then, by applying certain amount of force onto the connection element (3), the bent portion (16) is enabled to go over the guide wire (6). When the bent portion (16) goes over the guide wire (6), the second retainer (8) returns to its original position and supports the guide wire (6) from below. In this case, the guide wire (6) is seated into the recess (13) and squeezed by the bent portion (16) from below and the wall (11) from above. Thus, the connection element (3) and the telescopic rail (5) to which the connection element (3) is fixed are enabled to be fixed to the rack support (2). The connection element (3) and the telescopic rail (5) are detached from the rack support (2) in the following manner. First, a force is applied onto the flexible second retainer (8) towards the inner volume of the oven (1) such that the bent portion (16) is enabled to move to the top of the guide wire (6). In this case, the connection element (3) slightly rotates around the connection wire (4), and the guide wire (6) is released from the recess (13). Then, the connection element (3) and the telescopic rail (5) are easily pulled towards the inner volume of the oven (1), and the connection element (4) is enabled to be separated from the first housing (14). After this step, the connection element (3) is detached by being pulled from between the guide wire (6) and the connection wire (4), and the telescopic rail (5) is enabled to be completely detached from the rack support (2). Thus, the telescopic rail (5) is enabled to be easily and quickly attached to or detached from the rack support (2) by means of the connection element (3) of the present invention without the need for modifying the upright element (9) and the wall of the oven (1).
  • In an embodiment of the present invention, the oven (1) comprises a fixing plate (17) that is formed on the connection element (3) by bending the base (10) towards the rear wall of the telescopic rail (5). In this embodiment of the present invention, the fixing plate (17) is positioned between the two protrusions (12).
  • By means of the present invention, the telescopic rail (5) is enabled to be easily and quickly attached to or detached from the rack support (2) by means of the connection element (3) without the need for modifying the upright element (9) and the wall of the oven (1).
