Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de cuisson (1) comprenant un corps (2) ; une cavité de cuisson (3) qui est agencée dans le corps (2) et dans laquelle sont placés des aliments à cuire ; un boîtier (4) sous la forme d'une boîte avec un côté avant ouvert qui entoure la cavité de cuisson (3) ; un système de lavage (5) qui est agencé sur le boîtier (4) et qui permet à l'eau reçue à partir d'une ligne de réseau de distribution (S) d'être distribuée dans la cavité de cuisson (3) ; une unité de commande (6) qui permet au système de lavage (5) d'être commandé ; un trou d'évacuation (7) qui est disposé à la base de la cavité de cuisson (3) et qui permet à l'eau (10) accumulée dans la cavité de cuisson (3) d'être évacuée ; un réceptacle d'évacuation (8) qui est agencé sur le boîtier (4) et dans lequel l'eau qui est évacuée par le trou d'évacuation (7) est collectée ; une ligne d'évacuation (9) dont une extrémité est reliée au réceptacle d'évacuation (8) et l'autre extrémité à la ligne de réseau de distribution (S), et une première pompe d'évacuation (10) qui est disposée sur la ligne d'évacuation (9).
