Claims (12)

  1. Untereinheit eines Rauchartikels, umfassend eine rohrförmige Hülle (1), die sich entlang einer Hauptausdehnungsachse (X) erstreckt und innenseitig eine Aufnahmekammer (2) definiert, die ein Füllmaterial (M) der Tabakindustrie enthält, wobei die rohrförmige Hülle (1) eine Zugangsöffnung auf mindestens einem ihrer Enden (3a, 3b) für den Zugang zur Aufnahmekammer (2) aufweist, wobei die Untereinheit ferner mindestens ein Verschließelement (10) umfasst, das an dem mindestens einen Ende (3a, 3b) der rohrförmigen Hülle (1) angebracht ist, um eine Verschließwand (4) zu definieren, um die Zugangsöffnung zu verschließen, wobei sich das Verschließelement (10) quer zur Hauptausdehnungsachse (X) erstreckt, sodass die Zugangsöffnung zumindest teilweise verschlossen ist, wobei das mindestens eine Verschließelement (10) innerhalb der rohrförmigen Hülle (1) befindlich ist und mit einer innenseitigen Oberfläche des jeweiligen Endabschnitts der rohrförmigen Hülle (1) gekuppelt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschließelement (10) ein Stück Folienmaterial umfasst, aufweisend mindestens einen Kantenabschnitt (10a), der in geeigneter Weise verformt ist, um sich der Form des Endes (3a, 3b) anzupassen.
  2. Untereinheit nach Anspruch 1, wobei das mindestens eine Verschließelement (10) so ausgeformt oder verformt ist, dass es eine konvexe Oberfläche definiert, die hinführend zur Aufnahmekammer (2) gerichtet ist.
  3. Untereinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Verschließelement (10) mindestens einen Kantenabschnitt (10a) aufweist und das Verschließelement (10) mit der rohrförmigen Hülle (1) durch Interferenz des Kantenabschnitts (10a) mit einer innenseitigen Wand des Endes (3a, 3b) gekuppelt ist.
  4. Untereinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Verschließelement (10) mindestens einen Kantenabschnitt (10a) aufweist und das Verschließelement (10) mit der rohrförmigen Hülle (1) durch Verkleben des Kantenabschnitts (10a) mit einer innenseitigen Wand des Endes (3a, 3b) gekuppelt ist.
  5. Untereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verschließelement (10) ein im Wesentlichen kreisförmiges oder ein im Wesentlichen rechteckiges Profil aufweist.
  6. Untereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein jedes Verschließelement (10) zumindest teilweise aus einem metallischen oder metallisierten Werkstoff besteht.
  7. Untereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verschließelement (10) eine Oberflächenausdehnung aufweist, sodass die Zugangsöffnung vollständig bedeckt ist, und mit mindestens einem Loch oder einer Perforation versehen ist, um die Durchlässigkeit des Verschließelements (10) für Luft oder Gase zu erhöhen.
  8. Untereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-6, wobei das Verschließelement (10) eine Oberflächenausdehnung aufweist, sodass die Zugangsöffnung teilweise bedeckt ist, sodass unbedeckte Abschnitte der Zugangsöffnung definiert werden, die dazu bestimmt sind, das Durchströmen von Luft oder Gas zu erlauben.
  9. Untereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verschließelement (10) einen porösen Körper umfasst.
  10. Untereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend ein stabförmiges Segment (5) der Tabakindustrie, aufweisend ein Ende, das mit einem ersten Ende (3a) der rohrförmigen Hülle (1) gekuppelt und verbunden ist, definierend eine Verschließwand (4) quer zur Umhüllungsachse, die die Aufnahmekammer (2) zumindest teilweise verschließt, wobei das Verschließelement (10) an einem zweiten Ende (3b) gegenständig zum ersten Ende (3a) der rohrförmigen Hülle (1) angebracht ist.
  11. Untereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-9, wobei die rohrförmige Hülle (1) eine Auslegung aufweist, die an ihrem ersten Ende (3a) durch eine Verschließbasis (7) quer zur Hauptausdehnungsachse verschlossen ist, um die Aufnahmekammer (2) zumindest teilweise zu verschließen, und wobei das Verschließelement (10) an einem zweiten Ende gegenständig zum ersten Ende (3a) der rohrförmigen Hülle (1) angebracht ist.
  12. Untereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-9, wobei die rohrförmige Hülle (1) zwei Zugangsöffnungen, die gegenständig zueinander sind, an gegenständigen Enden (3a, 3b) der rohrförmigen Hülle (1) für den Zugang zur Aufnahmekammer (2) aufweist, und wobei die Untereinheit zwei Verschließelemente (10) umfasst, die jeweils mit einem jeweiligen Ende (3a, 3b) der rohrförmigen Hülle (1) gekuppelt sind, um die jeweilige Zugangsöffnung zumindest teilweise zu verschließen.
