Definitions
- the invention relates to a handgun according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Handguns usually have several controls with different functions. As a rule, separate operating elements are provided for operating a slide catch, for releasing the weapon and for securing it.
- a handgun is already known in which both a hammer can be released and a slide catch holding the slide in an open position can be released via an operating lever that can be actuated from both sides of the handgun.
- the operating lever interacts with a fan latch via a two-armed lever that can be pivoted about a transverse axis.
- the catch pawl is removed from the detent of the percussion hammer via the two-armed lever, so that the percussion hammer can move into a relaxed position.
- the operating lever also works via the two-armed lever together with a breechblock holder which can be rotated about a further transverse axis and which catches the breechblock in a rear open position after the last cartridge has been fired.
- the lock holder has a pivotable pawl for engagement with an arm of the two-armed lever operated by means of the operating lever. If the operating lever is pushed down, one arm of the two-armed lever lies on the latch and pushes the lock holder out of a catch on the lock. This allows the latch to move forward to a closed position. In this known handgun, however, only the slide catch can be released by the operating lever and the hammer can be relaxed. Further functions of the operating lever are not provided.
- the object of the invention is to create a handgun which enables simplified operation with expanded functionality.
- the handgun according to the invention contains a handle, a slide that is displaceable in its longitudinal direction with respect to the handle, a hammer, a trigger rod for connecting the hammer to a trigger and an operating device which is connected to a slide catch device and a catch pawl assigned to the hammer to relax the hammer.
- the operating device is also connected to a safety lever to interrupt the connection between the catch pawl and a trigger bar catch on the trigger bar.
- both the safety function and the slide catch function and the release function can be controlled with just one operating device. All essential functions can thus be controlled by a single control element, which considerably simplifies the handling of the handgun.
- the operating device is symmetrical and can be designed variably for operation by a right-handed or left-handed shooter.
- the operating device can comprise a first operating element arranged on one side of the handle and a second operating element arranged on the other side.
- the two control elements can be connected to one another for common rotation via an impact lever axis.
- the operating device can, however, also have only one operating element, which can be arranged on the right or left side of the handle as required.
- the trigger bar catch of the trigger bar can be moved between a firing position for actuating the catch pawl and a securing position separate from the catch pawl by the securing lever which can be actuated via the operating device.
- the securing shaft can expediently be rotatably mounted on an impact lever axis and connected to the operating device, for example, via a plug connection or other form-fitting connection be positively connected. This ensures that the safety shaft rotates together with the operating device.
- a pivoting of the safety lever can in a further advantageous embodiment e.g. can be achieved in that the safety shaft contains a control cam which interacts with a control surface at an opening in the safety lever.
- the operating device can release the hammer via a release lever.
- the release lever and the safety lever can be controlled from the operating device.
- the release lever and the safety lever can be pivoted about a common axis together with the catch pawl.
- the operating device can be connected to the slide catch device via a control mechanism.
- the control mechanism can comprise a compensating slide which can be displaced by the operating device and a control slide which is guided displaceably in the compensating slide.
- the control slide has a control pin for engagement in a control groove on at least one slide catch lever of the slide catch device.
- the slide catch device can comprise two slide catch levers rotatably mounted about a trigger axis.
- Figure 1 is a handgun with a handle 1, a lock 2 arranged on the handle and displaceable in relation to it in the longitudinal direction, a hammer 3, a trigger 5 arranged inside a trigger guard 4 and a lever-shaped operating element 6 with a thumb rest 7 of an operating device explained in more detail below shown.
- Handgun shown contains an in Figure 2
- the hammer mechanism shown which, in addition to the hammer 3 rotatable about a hammer axis 8, contains a catch pawl 9 associated with the hammer 3.
- the catch pawl 9 can be pivoted about an axis 10 parallel to the hammer axis 8.
- the hammer 3 is connected to the trigger 5 via a trigger bar 11 with a trigger bar catch 12.
- a striker spring not shown here, not only the striker 3 is pushed forward in the downstroke direction, but also the catch pawl 9 into an upper catch position for engagement with a fire detent 13 of the striker 3 If the catch pawl 9 engages with the fire detent 13, the hammer 3 is held in a cocked position.
- a safety catch 14 is provided on the hammer 3 above the fire catch 13. Above the securing detent 14, a stop 15 is also provided on the hammer 3 for interrupter levers 19 and 21, which are described in more detail below and are rotatable about the catch pawl axis 11.
- FIG 3 is a control device for the handgun with the in Figure 1 shown left operating element 6 and the thumb rest 7 on the left side of the handle 1 as seen in the firing direction and a right operating element 16 with an associated right thumb rest 17 arranged on the opposite side of the handle 2 in an exploded view.
- This illustration also shows the hammer axis 8, the axis 10 parallel to it, the trigger bar detent 12 and the trigger bar 11, which is bent from a single piece of wire and preferably consists of a spring steel wire.
- the two operating elements 6 and 16 are connected to one another for common rotation by the hammer shaft 8.
- a release shaft 18, connected to the left operating element 6, for controlling a release lever 19 pivotable about the axis 10 is arranged on the hammer shaft 8.
- the relaxation shaft 18 is positively connected to the operating element 6 and the securing shaft 20 is positively connected to the operating element 16.
- a control element spring 22 is assigned to each of the two control elements 6 and 16.
- the trigger rod 11 which is bent from a piece of wire, is arranged via two windings 23 on a spring bearing pin 24 which can be displaced by the trigger 3 and is supported on the underside of a counter bearing pin 26 via the two forwardly protruding free ends 25.
- Left and right slide catch levers 28 and 29 are pivotably mounted around an axis 27, which is arranged below the spring bearing pin 24 and also serves as a trigger axis.
- a control slide 30, a compensating slide 31 and a slide spring 32 are arranged on the left and right slide catch levers 28 and 29.
- the control slides 30 are slidably guided within an elongated hole 33 of the respective compensating slide 31 and have an inwardly projecting control pin 34 for engagement in an inclined control groove 35 on the right or left slide catch lever 28 or 29.
- the two lever-shaped operating elements 6 and 16 are connected to one another for common rotation via the hammer axis 8.
- the two operating elements 6 and 16 are plugged onto the two ends of the hammer shaft 8 and connected to this via a form-fitting connection.
- the ends of the hammer lever axis 8 are flattened and engage in corresponding openings in the operating elements 6 and 16 in a form-fitting manner for a holder secured against rotation.
- only one of the two control elements 6 or 16 can be provided, in which case a connecting piece, designed as a dummy piece, for example, must be provided for connecting the hammer shaft 8 to the securing shaft 20 or the relaxation shaft 18 instead of the second control element.
- the firing position shown are the two lever-shaped operating elements 6 and 16 arranged on the hammer axis 8 in a also in FIG Figure 1 horizontal position shown.
- the two control element springs 22 hold the control elements 6 and 16 via an in Figure 7 recognizable notch 36 in position.
- the release shaft 18 rotatably mounted on the hammer axis 8 (see FIG Figure 7 ) controlled, while the right lever-shaped control element 16 also rotatably mounted on the hammer shaft 8 securing shaft 20 (see Figure 6 ) is controlled.
- the relaxation shaft 18 and the securing shaft 20 are also shown in FIG Figure 8 shown.
- the release lever 19 and the safety lever 21 are in a neutral starting position.
- Figures 8 to 10 shown securing position of the two slide catch levers 28 and 29 according to Figure 11 a front edge 37 of an insert 38 arranged in the closure 2 during the forward movement of the closure 2 to rest against a rear 39 end of the two closure catch levers 28 and 29, whereby the closure 2 is held in a rear end position.
- the compensating slide 31 and the control slide 30 carried along by them are displaced backwards by means of a control contour when the operating elements 6 and 16 are rotated downward.
- the slide catch levers 28 and 29 are rotated downward via the control pin 34 on the control slide 30 engaging in the control groove 35 on the slide catch levers 28 and 29 and release the slide 2 for moving into a front end position. Only when the operating elements 6 and 16 are relieved of the thumb can they be returned to the firing position via the operating element springs 22 by means of a contact surface. The handgun is now ready to fire again.
- the hammer 3, which is now twisting into its starting position, is according to FIG Figure 16 held up by the release lever 19, which comes to rest on the stop 15 of the hammer 3 with a rear stop surface 49. This prevents a shot from being released.
- Via the catch pawl 9 rotated by the release lever 19, its catch 50 is not in engagement with the safety catch 14 of the hammer 3.
- the operating elements 6 and 16 To put down in the notch 50 of the catch 9, the operating elements 6 and 16 must be relieved of the thumb. These are then rotated into their horizontal starting position (firing position) by means of the spring force of the control element springs 22.
- the catch pawl 9 is relieved from the release lever 19. This returns to its starting position and comes into engagement with the safety catch 14 of the hammer 3.
- the handgun is thus ready to fire for the double-action mode.

This object is achieved by a handgun with the features of
The handgun according to the invention contains a handle, a slide that is displaceable in its longitudinal direction with respect to the handle, a hammer, a trigger rod for connecting the hammer to a trigger and an operating device which is connected to a slide catch device and a catch pawl assigned to the hammer to relax the hammer. The operating device is also connected to a safety lever to interrupt the connection between the catch pawl and a trigger bar catch on the trigger bar. With the handgun according to the invention, both the safety function and the slide catch function and the release function can be controlled with just one operating device. All essential functions can thus be controlled by a single control element, which considerably simplifies the handling of the handgun. The operating device is symmetrical and can be designed variably for operation by a right-handed or left-handed shooter.
In an expedient embodiment, the operating device can comprise a first operating element arranged on one side of the handle and a second operating element arranged on the other side. The two control elements can be connected to one another for common rotation via an impact lever axis. The operating device can, however, also have only one operating element, which can be arranged on the right or left side of the handle as required.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the trigger bar catch of the trigger bar can be moved between a firing position for actuating the catch pawl and a securing position separate from the catch pawl by the securing lever which can be actuated via the operating device.
By controlling the safety lever via a safety shaft connected to the operating device, a compact design is possible. For this purpose, the securing shaft can expediently be rotatably mounted on an impact lever axis and connected to the operating device, for example, via a plug connection or other form-fitting connection be positively connected. This ensures that the safety shaft rotates together with the operating device.
A pivoting of the safety lever can in a further advantageous embodiment e.g. can be achieved in that the safety shaft contains a control cam which interacts with a control surface at an opening in the safety lever.
The operating device can release the hammer via a release lever. The release lever and the safety lever can be controlled from the operating device. The release lever and the safety lever can be pivoted about a common axis together with the catch pawl.
To operate the slide catch, the operating device can be connected to the slide catch device via a control mechanism. The control mechanism can comprise a compensating slide which can be displaced by the operating device and a control slide which is guided displaceably in the compensating slide.
