    - a fabric (3) comprising two end portions (31), connected to the pole (2) via fastening means (4) arranged at the second end (22) of the pole (2),
    wherein said fastening means (4) comprise:
    - a shaft (41),
    - a plurality of ribs (42e, 42i) each having an articulation portion (43) and a fastening portion (44) for fastening the fabric (3), all of the ribs (42e, 42i) being articulated about said shaft (41), via the articulation portion (43) thereof, with said fastening portion (44) thereof extending in a substantially radial direction of the shaft (41),
    wherein the ribs (42e, 42i) define two end ribs (42e): an upper end rib (42e) and a lower end rib (42e), as well as a plurality of intermediate ribs (42i) positioned, in the axial direction (A41) of the shaft (41), between the upper end rib (42e) and the lower end rib (42e),
    wherein the fastening portion (44) of each end rib (42e) receives an end portion (31) of the fabric (3) and each intermediate rib (42i) receives an intermediate portion (32) of the fabric (3), located between the two end portions (31) of the fabric (3),
    such that the fabric (3) can move:
    - from a retracted position, wherein the fastening portions (44) of each of the ribs (42e, 42i) are superimposed in the axial direction (A41) of the shaft (41), to
    - a deployed position, wherein a plurality of ribs (42e, 42i) are pivoted about the shaft (41), such that at least two consecutive ribs (42e, 42i) define a non-zero angle therebetween, and wherein the fabric (3) is capable of allowing a shaded surface to be formed on the ground (S), in the vicinity of the pole (2), the fabric (3) surrounding, at least partially, the pole (2),
    characterised in that said fastening means (4) further comprise a resilient element (45) configured to cause the upper end rib (42e) to pivot relative to the lower end rib (42e), so as to cause the fabric (3) to move from the retracted position to the deployed position.
  2. Parasol (1) according to claim 1, wherein the resilient element (45) consists of a torsion spring (45) connected to the lower end rib (42e) and to the upper end rib (42e), and configured such that it applies a force (F45) extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to a radial direction of the shaft (41), to said upper end rib (42e), and to said lower end rib (42e), the force (F45) applied to the lower end rib (42e) being applied in the opposite direction to the force (F45) applied to the upper end rib (42e).
  3. Parasol (1) according to claim 2, wherein said torsion spring (45) includes a tubular part (45T). defining an upper end (45S) and a lower end (451), with a plurality of coils internally receiving said shaft (41), and two end legs (45E) each positioned at one end (451, 45S) of the tubular part (45T) of the torsion spring (45), projecting from said tubular part (45T) in a direction substantially tangential to the tubular part (45T).
  4. Parasol (1) according to claim 3, wherein each end leg (45E) of the torsion spring (45) is received in a groove (R42) provided in the articulation portion (43) of the upper end rib (42e), respectively of the lower end rib (42e), said groove (R42) being configured so as to extend in a substantially radial direction of the shaft (41).
  5. Parasol (1) according to claim 4, wherein each articulation portion (43) of each rib (42e, 42i) includes, at an end (43E) of said articulation portion (43), a through-bore (46), configured to receive said shaft (41) and said tubular part (45T) of the torsion spring (45), with a peripheral wall (47) comprising an inner face (471) and an outer face (47E),
    wherein, on each intermediate rib (42i) a slit passage (48) is provided in said peripheral wall (47) of the through-bore (46), extending between the inner face (471) and the outer face (47E) and configured to allow an end leg (45E) of the torsion spring (45) to pass.
  6. Parasol (1) according to claim 5, wherein the slit passages (48) of each intermediate rib (42i) are configured such that they are aligned substantially in the axial direction (A41) of the shaft (41), when the intermediate ribs (42i) are aligned in said axial direction (A41) of the shaft (41).
  7. Parasol (1) according to claim 5 or 6, wherein each slit passage (48) is a substantially rectilinear slit passage (48), extending in a tangential direction of the peripheral wall (47) of the through-hole (46).
  8. Parasol (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the fastening means (4) are integral with a support (5) fastened to the pole (2), by means of an articulation (6), configured to allow said support (5) to pivot relative to the pole (2) about at least one rotational axis (A5), in particular perpendicular to the pole (2).
  9. Parasol (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the fastening means (4) and the fabric (3) are configured such that, in the deployed position, the two end portions (31) of the fabric (3) are separated by an empty space (V), defining an angular sector comprised between 90° and 120°.
  10. Parasol (1) according to one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the fastening means (4) further comprise a holding means (49), configured to hold the fabric (3) in the retracted position.
