Therefore, it is verified that these systems have a versatility of positioning and adaptability to the needs of different environments or very limited climatic situations, which makes it necessary to create a system that allows to expand these characteristics, this being the main objective of The present invention, on which, on the other hand, it should be noted that, on the part of the petitioner, the existence of any other that has similar technical, structural and con fi guration characteristics is unknown. At the same time, the described linkage system, once collected, is suitable to allow its folding on the shaft, and can even be hidden inside it, and this being telescopic, can be collected, leaving the sunshade, once folded, reduced to a minimum expression, which greatly facilitates its storage and transfer.

Another possibility provided by the versatility of the invention is given by the fact that the linkage system, with its corresponding coverage, can be anchored directly to a vertical support (wall, wall, etc.).

Finally, it should be noted that, given the versatility of deployment positioning of the described sun visor, the invention is a particularly suitable element to be applied in sun protection systems, since, by associating a plurality of parasols of the recommended type, module mode, you can create very varied and versatile coverage spaces.

In this sense, in addition to the fact that parasols of different diameters and heights can be combined, they can be coupled in multiple deployment positions, allowing to set up joint structures with infinite possibilities of adaptation, which are also advantageously easy to assemble and collect.

The described folding and folding sun visor of modular adaptation in solar protection systems therefore represents an innovative structure of structural and constitutive characteristics unknown until now for such purpose, reasons that together with its practical utility, provide it with a sufficient foundation to obtain the exclusivity privilege requested. In view of the aforementioned figures, and in accordance with the numbering adopted, an example of a preferred embodiment of the invention can be observed therein, which comprises the parts and elements indicated and described in detail below.

Thus, as can be seen in Figures 1 and 2, the folding and folding sunshade of modular adaptation in sun protection systems that is recommended consists essentially of a sunshade (1) constituted from a shaft (2), to whose upper end a radial linkage system (3) and over which a cover (4) is extended.

The shaft (2), which will be anchored to the ground by conventional systems, is formed by a plurality of tubular elements (5), with fixing / assembling elements (6) that form a telescopic folding and extension system.

For its part, the radial linkage system (3) is con fi gured by a plurality of overlapping rods (7) that, at one of its ends, are associated with a shaft piece (8) provided at the upper end of the shaft (2 ), which allows the rotation of each of them independently around said shaft part (8). For this, the end of the rods (7), which is drilled, is inserted into the rod with which the shaft piece (8) is superiorly, as can be seen in the detail of Figure 6.

Said shaft piece (8), which is fixed to the shaft (2), in turn, can be articulated on itself (as shown in Figure 6), so that the top or stem of said shaft piece (8) in the that the rods (7) are incorporated is foldable with respect to said shaft (2), allowing the joint folding of the linkage system (3), which, when collected on itself, as can be seen in Figure 3, can be inserted inside the shaft (2) through a longitudinal groove (9) provided therein for this purpose. Logically said introduction of the linkage system (3) in the longitudinal groove (9) will be total or partial, depending on the thickness of the shaft (2). Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement The invention relates to a folding and folding sun visor for modular adaptation in sun protection systems, especially applicable for outdoor locations. In the preamble of the first claim, technical characteristics are presented that are very present in the state of the art, since the parasol we analyze is constituted by a shaft that will be anchored to the ground by conventional systems, to whose upper end a linkage system is attached radial and on which a coverage extends. These characteristics are observed, for example, in D02. In this document we also find one of the technical characteristics present in the characterizing part of this claim (the numbers in brackets correspond to D02): -the shaft is formed by a plurality of tubular elements (1 and 2) that make up an extension system and telescopic folding (column 6, lines 20 and 21 and figures). The rest of the technical characteristics present in said claim 1 are found in other documents of the prior art, for example, in D01 (the references in brackets correspond to this document): - the radial linkage system (1) is configured by a plurality of overlapping rods, which at one of its ends (2), are associated with a shaft piece provided at the upper end of the shaft (see column 4, lines 14-20 and figures), which allows the rotation of they independently (easily deductible from the figures) -the cover (11) is fixed to the rods (1) that can rotate independently to overlap, allowing the variation of the coverage space and forming a set coverage that is folds and unfolds in the form of a fan, by consecutive folding of the rods (see column 1, lines 55-61). Although D01 has been chosen as the most representative example, the folding and unfolding of a sunshade like a fan is present in a good number of state-of-the-art documents. It is considered that one skilled in the art would attempt to combine the main parts of document D01 with those of document D02 of the closest prior art to obtain the technical characteristics of claim 1 and have a reasonable expectation of success. Therefore, the object of claim 1 does not imply inventive activity. Likewise, a person skilled in the art could combine the technical characteristics of documents D03 and D04 and obtain those of claim 1 of this application: -telescopic shaft that is anchored to the ground at whose upper end a radial linkage system is coupled on the that extends a coverage: in D04 we find a telescopic shaft (11 and 19) at whose upper end a system of radial rods (2) is coupled. In this case, the parasol is not anchored in the ground, although, as already indicated, this is one more option in the state of the art widely used (everything will depend on the use that you want to give the parasol), -the rods are superimposed on one of its ends, associated with a shaft piece at the top end of the shaft: this characteristic is found in D03 (see figure 4), -the cover is anchored to the rods that can rotate independently to overlap forming an assembly cover that folds and unfolds as a fan: in D04, the rods overlap like a fan and also fold over the shaft (see figures). As for claim 2, which raises the option that the cover can only join two or more consecutive rods, therefore being able to be a flexible or rigid material cover, it is considered a design option in view of the state of the technique. An example is found in document D05 (see figures). Claim 3 is characterized in that the shaft part fixed to the shaft has an articulation so that its upper part is foldable allowing the joint folding of the linkage system, and can be introduced, totally or partially inside the shaft through a longitudinal groove . In D04, although it is an umbrella whose shaft is not anchored in the ground, we find that the linkage (2) is folded by means of an articulation between it and the shaft (11) (figure 7), and that the assembly can be introduced in the inside of said shaft (figures 8 and 9). Claim 4 states that the linkage is stored, together with the shaft inside a housing attachable to a prismatic metal base to which said shaft is fixed. This claim is also present in the state of the art, so it is considered obvious to one skilled in the art.  WRITTEN OPINION Claim 5 is anticipated by document D03, since in it, as in many others of prior art, we find that the rod system can be fixed with a fixed character directly to a vertical support without the existence of shaft (see figures 1 and 3). Therefore, none of claims 2-5 implies inventive activity.
