- the method envisages containing the cartridges P at the top via top-containment means (namely, the side 9 illustrated in Figure 1 ) while these are travelling from the feeding area to the filling area, and from the filling area to the output area. Considering the accelerations to which the cartridges are subjected according to the method described, this prevents undesirable movements thereof (in a direction transverse to the conveying direction), which could modify their orientation or even cause exit thereof from the line or from the containers C on which they are carried. In this case, the method envisages carrying out filling of the cartridges through the openings 90 of the containment means 9.

Claims (9)
- Poste (1) de remplissage de cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques, comportant :des moyens (2) d'alimentation, placés dans une zone (Z1) d'alimentation pour amener des cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques à remplir ;des moyens (3) de remplissage, placés dans une zone (Z2) de remplissage, en aval de la zone (Z1) d'alimentation, pour remplir les cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques ; etun dispositif (4) de transfert, placé entre les moyens (2) d'alimentation et les moyens (3) de remplissage et préconfiguré pour recevoir en provenance des moyens (2) d'alimentation les cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques à remplir et les transférer de la zone (Z1) d'alimentation à la zone (Z2) de remplissage ;au moins un premier secteur (41) de transfert et un deuxième secteur (42) de transfert, préconfiguré pour recevoir en provenance des moyens (2) d'alimentation respectivement des premières cartouches (P1) et des deuxièmes cartouches (P2) (P) de cigarettes électroniques à remplir et les transférer dans la zone (Z2) de remplissage ;le premier secteur (41) de transfert et le deuxième secteur (42) de transfert étant mobiles en rotation autour d'un axe (H), indépendamment l'un de l'autre, à une vitesse (w1) de réception lorsqu'ils se trouvent dans la zone (Z1) d'alimentation, à une vitesse (w2) de remplissage lorsqu'ils se trouvent dans la zone (Z2) de remplissage, et à une vitesse (w3) de transfert, supérieure à la vitesse (w1) de réception et à la vitesse (w2) de remplissage, lorsqu'ils se trouvent entre la zone (Z1) d'alimentation et la zone (Z2) de remplissage ;ledit poste de remplissage comportant en outre au moins un troisième secteur (43) de transfert ; les premier (41), deuxième (42) et troisième (43) secteurs de transfert comportant chacun au moins un premier logement (10) et un deuxième logement (20) adjacents l'un à l'autre pour recevoir des cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques à remplir ; ledit poste (1) étant caractérisé en ce que les moyens (3) de remplissage comportent au moins une première unité (31) de remplissage, qui comprend au moins une tête (T1) de remplissage, et au moins une deuxième unité (32) de remplissage, qui comprend au moins une tête (T2) de remplissage et est placée à une certaine distance de la première unité (31) de remplissage ; et la première unité (31) de remplissage, la deuxième unité (32) de remplissage, et les secteurs (41, 42, 43) de transfert étant mutuellement préconfigurés de telle façon que la tête (T1) de remplissage de la première unité (31) de remplissage remplisse les cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques placées dans le premier logement (10) de chaque secteur (41, 42, 43) de transfert, et que la tête (T2) de remplissage de la deuxième unité (32) de remplissage remplisse les cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques placées dans le deuxième logement (20) de chaque secteur (41, 42, 43) de transfert.
- Poste (1) de remplissage selon la revendication 1, la vitesse (w1) de réception du premier secteur (41) de transfert et du deuxième secteur (42) de transfert étant supérieure à la vitesse (w2) de remplissage du premier secteur (41) de transfert et du deuxième secteur (42) de transfert.
- Poste (1) de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la vitesse (w2) de remplissage du premier secteur (41) de transfert et du deuxième secteur (42) de transfert étant égale à zéro.
- Poste (1) de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, les moyens (2) d'alimentation comportant une roue (2) qui amène les cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques à une vitesse (a1) d'alimentation qui est égale à la vitesse (w1) de réception du premier secteur (41) de transfert et du deuxième secteur (42) de transfert.
- Poste (1) de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comportant en outre des moyens (5) de sortie, qui sont placés dans une zone (Z3) de sortie, en aval de la zone (Z2) de remplissage et sont préconfigurés pour recevoir les cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques qui ont été remplies et les évacuer à une vitesse (a2) de transport ;
le premier secteur (41) de transfert et le deuxième secteur (42) de transfert étant mobiles en rotation autour dudit axe (H) de la zone (Z2) de remplissage à la zone (Z3) de sortie pour transférer les premières (P1) et les deuxièmes (P2) cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques qui ont été remplies vers les moyens (5) de sortie ; et le premier secteur (41) de transfert et le deuxième secteur (42) de transfert étant mobiles à une vitesse (w4) de sortie, qui est supérieure à la vitesse (w2) de remplissage, lorsqu'ils se trouvent entre la zone (Z2) de remplissage et la zone (Z3) de sortie, et à une vitesse (w5) de libération, inférieure à la vitesse (w4) de sortie, lorsqu'ils se trouvent dans la zone (Z3) de sortie. - Poste (1) de remplissage selon la revendication 5, les moyens (5) de sortie comportant une roue (5), et la vitesse (a2) de transport étant égale à la vitesse (w5) de libération du premier secteur (41) de transfert et du deuxième secteur (42) de transfert.
- Poste (1) de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, les cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques étant déplacées dans le poste (1) de remplissage agencées à l'intérieur de récipients porteurs (C).
- Machine de remplissage de cartouches de cigarettes électroniques, comportant au moins :- un poste (1) de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où des cartouches de cigarettes électroniques sont remplies d'un produit ;- un poste servant à boucher les cartouches, où les cartouches remplies sont bouchées ; et- un poste de soudage servant à souder les bouchons aux cartouches correspondantes.
- Procédé de remplissage de cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques, comportant les étapes consistant à :- amener des premières cartouches (P1) puis des deuxièmes cartouches (P2) de cigarettes électroniques à remplir dans une zone (Z1) d'alimentation ;- recevoir les premières cartouches (P1) puis les deuxièmes cartouches (P2) de cigarettes électroniques à remplir dans la zone (Z1) d'alimentation ;- transférer les premières cartouches (P1) puis les deuxièmes cartouches (P2) de cigarettes électroniques à remplir de la zone (Z1) d'alimentation à une zone (Z2) de remplissage ; et- remplir les premières cartouches (P1) puis les deuxièmes cartouches (P2) de cigarettes électroniques dans la zone (Z2) de remplissage ;pendant l'étape de réception des premières (P1) et des deuxièmes (P2) cartouches de cigarettes électroniques à remplir dans la zone (Z1) d'alimentation, les cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques étant déplacées à une vitesse (w1) de réception ;
pendant l'étape de transfert des premières (P1) et des deuxièmes cartouches (P2) de cigarettes électroniques à remplir de la zone (Z1) d'alimentation à la zone (Z2) de remplissage, les cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques étant accélérées de la vitesse (w1) de réception à une vitesse (w3) de transfert ; et
pendant l'étape de remplissage des premières (P1) et des deuxièmes (P2) cartouches de cigarettes électroniques dans la zone (Z2) de remplissage, les cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques étant décélérées de la vitesse (w3) de transfert à une vitesse (w2) de remplissage, ledit procédé étant caractérisé par le fait de placer dans ladite zone de remplissage au moins une première unité (31) de remplissage, qui comprend au moins une tête (T1) de remplissage, et au moins une deuxième unité (32) de remplissage, qui comprend au moins une tête (T2) de remplissage et est placée à une certaine distance de la première unité (31) de remplissage :lors desdites étapes de transfert et de remplissage, lesdites premières (P1) et deuxièmes (P2) cartouches étant reçues, respectivement, dans au moins un premier secteur de transfert et un deuxième secteur (41, 42, 43) de transfert, qui sont mobiles en rotation autour d'un axe (H), indépendamment l'un de l'autre, chaque secteur comportant au moins un premier logement (10) et un deuxième logement (20) adjacents l'un à l'autre, dont chacun reçoit une cartouche respective, etlors de ladite étape de remplissage, la tête (T1) de remplissage de la première unité (31) de remplissage remplissant les cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques placées dans le premier logement (10) de chaque secteur (41, 42, 43) de transfert, et la tête (T2) de remplissage de la deuxième unité (32) de remplissage remplissant les cartouches (P) de cigarettes électroniques placées dans le deuxième logement (20) de chaque secteur (41, 42, 43) de transfert.
