Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sanitary shower.
- Sanitary showers of this type can be used for showers that are used in particular for personal hygiene.
- sanitary sprays for showers are known, with which a liquid can be delivered with different types of jets, for example in the form of rain jets, full jets, massage jets or pearl jets.
- the changeover between the individual jet types can be done, for example, via electrically actuatable changeover elements, for example in the form of valves or solenoid valves, on the sanitary showers.
- the liquid can be routed in a targeted manner via the changeover elements to the appropriate jet formers in order to form the desired jet types.
- showers can have operating elements that are regularly arranged in an easily accessible position or height in the shower.
- the user of the shower can set the desired jet type using the control element.
- Such operating elements can thus be designed in the manner of a remote control for the sanitary showers.
- the control element sends a radio signal to the sanitary shower via a radio connection to change the desired jet type.
- the sanitary showers can have a radio receiver.
- the radio receiver and the electrically actuatable switching elements require electrical energy, which is provided, for example, by means of batteries in the sanitary showers.
- a disadvantage of the known sanitary showers is their high energy requirement, so that the batteries have to be changed frequently. This leads to high maintenance costs.
- US20030066340A1 discloses a leak detection system on a water supply line with an in-line shut-off valve/flap valve that can be automatically or manually operated by a control unit.
- the object of the invention is therefore to at least partially solve the problems described with reference to the prior art and in particular to specify a sanitary shower head is electrically operable and has a low energy consumption.
- the sanitary shower should also have a small number of components and a flat design.
- the sanitary shower can be used in particular for a shower.
- Such showers can be used by a user in particular for the purpose of personal hygiene or for therapeutic use.
- the shower is regularly arranged in a sanitary facility, such as a bathroom.
- the shower can also be used in systems with bathing facilities, such as As saunas, whirlpools, swimming pools, etc., are used.
- the sanitary shower is, for example, an overhead shower or hand shower.
- the sanitary shower serves to dispense a liquid, in particular water.
- the sanitary shower has a housing which can consist, for example, at least partially of plastic and/or metal, for example stainless steel or brass.
- the liquid can be fed to the sanitary shower head via at least one liquid inlet.
- the sanitary spray can be connected to at least one rigid or flexible inflow line or an inflow pipe via the at least one liquid inlet.
- the at least one liquid inlet can be designed with a thread or a bayonet lock, for example.
- the liquid can be dispensed through the sanitary spray in particular in a plurality of jet types.
- the liquid can be dispensed through the sanitary spray in two to four jet types.
- the jet types can be, for example, rain jets, full jets, massage jets and/or pearl jets.
- the liquid is released in only one or two different jet types at the same time.
- the sanitary shower head can have at least one valve in at least one liquid channel, by means of which the liquid can be routed to at least one jet former for the respective jet type.
- the at least one liquid channel runs in particular through the housing and connects the at least one liquid inlet to the at least one jet former.
- the sanitary shower can have a jet generator for each type of jet.
- the jet former has at least one nozzle and/or at least one outlet opening for the liquid, through which at least one spray jet of the liquid specific for the respective type of jet can be formed.
- the sanitary shower head can have a (single) jet former, which has at least one nozzle and/or at least one outlet opening for each jet type, with the at least one nozzle and/or the at least one outlet opening for the different jet types differing, for example with regard to their geometry .
- the liquid can be directed through the at least one valve (specifically) to the at least one nozzle and/or the at least one outlet opening for the desired jet type.
- the at least one valve is in particular an electrically actuable valve, for example in the manner of a solenoid valve.
- the at least one valve can be controllable, for example, by controlling the sanitary shower.
- the controller can include a microprocessor, for example.
- the control and/or the at least one valve can be supplied with energy in particular via an energy source, for example in the manner of a battery.
- the sanitary spray includes a flow sensor with which a liquid flow through the at least one liquid channel can be detected.
- the flow sensor has a rocker.
- the rocker is (at least in the installed state of the sanitary spray) preferably automatically in a starting position when no liquid is flowing through the at least one liquid channel or when the sanitary spray is not being used. If the sanitary spray is used so that liquid flows through the at least one liquid channel, the rocker can be tilted out of the starting position by the liquid.
- a magnet connected to the rocker or arranged on the rocker in particular a permanent magnet, is moved in such a way that it actuates or closes a reed switch.
- the reed switch includes, in particular, magnetic switching tongues which can be brought into contact with one another by a magnetic field of the magnet in order to close the reed switch. If the rocker of the flow sensor is in the initial position, the magnet is in particular at a first distance from the reed switch, at which the reed switch is open. If the rocker of the flow sensor is tilted by the liquid flowing through the at least one liquid channel, the magnet is in particular at a second distance from the reed switch, at which the reed switch is closed by the magnet.
- an electrical connection between the energy source and the controller and/or between the energy source and the at least one valve can be interrupted by the reed switch when the sanitary spray head is not in use.
- the sanitary shower can be designed to be particularly flat due to the design of the flow sensor with a rocker.
- the rocker When the flow of liquid through the at least one liquid channel is terminated, the rocker can be reset to the starting position by means of gravity. This is particularly the case when the sanitary shower is installed in an operational state.
- the return by means of gravity has the particular advantage that no additional components, such as springs or the like, are required to return the rocker to the starting position.
- a potential energy of the magnet can be increased during the movement of the seesaw from the initial position. This takes place in particular in that the magnet is at least partially moved against the force of gravity when the rocker is moved from the starting position. In other words, this can mean that a height of the magnet (for example above a floor of the shower) is increased during the movement of the rocker from the initial position when the sanitary spray is installed in the shower in an operational state.
- the rocker can be tiltably mounted on an axis of rotation, from which a first tilting element of the rocker extends in such a way that it at least partially covers a flow cross section of the at least one liquid channel.
- the first tilting element serves in particular as a point of contact for the liquid when it flows through the at least one liquid channel.
- the liquid flowing through the at least one liquid channel can thus generate a torque, by means of which the rocker can be tilted from the initial position about the axis of rotation.
- a second tilting element of the rocker, on which the magnet is arranged, can extend from the axis of rotation.
- the magnet can in particular be attached to the second tilting element and/or embedded in the second tilting element.
- the second tilting element extends from the axis of rotation, in particular at least partially, in a direction opposite to the first tilting element.
- the second tilting element can be at least partially L-shaped. In this way, in particular, an angle through which the rocker can be rotated about the axis of rotation from the initial position can be increased.
- the second tilting element can have a first section with which the rocker at least partially covers the flow cross section of the at least one liquid channel in the starting position.
- the first section of the second tilting element can thus serve as a further point of contact for the liquid flowing through the at least one liquid channel, via which the rocker can be tilted about the axis of rotation by the liquid.
- the second tilting element can have a second section which, in the starting position of the rocker, makes contact with a side wall of the at least one liquid channel.
- the second section connects in particular to the first section, for example at a 90° angle. Due to the second section contacting the side wall of the at least one liquid channel in the initial position, it can be ensured in particular that the rocker in the initial position can only be rotated in one direction of rotation about the axis of rotation.
- the reed switch can be used to supply power to the sanitary shower. Actuating is to be understood here in particular as deactivating and activating the energy supply of the sanitary shower. This can include, for example, interrupting or establishing an electrical connection to the energy source.
- the sanitary spray can have a radio receiver, by means of which a spray type of the liquid can be changed.
- the radio receiver can be used in particular to receive radio signals from a control element, which can be used by a user to set a desired jet type for the sanitary shower.
- the radio receiver thus serves to establish a radio connection, for example in the manner of a Bluetooth radio connection or WLAN radio connection, between the sanitary spray and the control element.
- the radio receiver is in particular in the sanitary shower arranged and/or connected to the controller in a data-conducting manner.
- the operating element can in particular be designed in the manner of a remote control for the sanitary shower and/or can be arranged in the shower independently of the sanitary shower.
- the 1 shows a sanitary shower 1 in a perspective view.
- the sanitary shower 1 is designed here in the manner of an overhead shower and has a housing 2 with a liquid inlet 3, via which the sanitary shower 1 is connected to an inlet pipe 21.
- the sanitary shower head 1 is attached to a wall, not shown here, via the inflow pipe 21 .
- the sanitary shower head 1 can be supplied with a liquid via the inflow pipe 21 .
- the liquid leaves the sanitary shower 1 either via a first jet former 4 in the form of a first jet type, for example as rain jets, or via a second jet former 22 in the form of a second jet type, for example as massage jets.
- the liquid can be fed through valves (not shown here) either to the first jet former 4 or to the second jet former 22 .
- the 2 shows the sanitary shower 1 in a first longitudinal section.
- the sanitary spray 1 has a flow sensor 6 which is arranged in a liquid channel 5 .
- the liquid channel 5 runs in the 2 from the liquid inlet 3 initially vertically and leads via openings (not shown here) in a housing element 23 and valves (not shown here) to the first jet former 4 and/or second jet former 22.
- a flow sensor 6 for detecting a liquid flow through the liquid channel 5 arranged.
- the flow sensor 6 includes a rocker 7 which is mounted on a rotary axis 11 .
- the axis of rotation 11 runs in the 2 perpendicular to the drawing plane.
- the rocker 7 has a first tilting element 12 which extends from the axis of rotation 11 in the horizontal direction and covers a flow cross section 16 of the liquid channel 5 .
- the rocker 7 has an L-shaped second tilting element 13 extending from the axis of rotation 11 .
- the second tilting element 13 comprises a first section 14 which extends perpendicularly from the axis of rotation 11 and which covers the flow cross section 16 of a horizontal section of the liquid channel 5 .
- the first section 14 is followed by a horizontal second section 15 of the second tilting element 13, to which a magnet 8 is attached. In the in the 2 No liquid flows through the liquid channel 5, so that the rocker 7 is in a starting position 9.
- the sanitary shower 1 also includes a radio receiver 19 which is connected to the controller 20 in a data-conducting manner. With the radio receiver 19, radio signals for switching the beam types can be received, for example via Bluetooth or WLAN.
- the controller 20 can send corresponding switching signals to the valves of the sanitary spray 1 (not shown here) or control the valves in such a way that the liquid is fed to the respective jet former 4, 22.
- the 3 shows the sanitary shower 1 in a second longitudinal section.
- liquid flows through the liquid channel 5.
- the liquid hits the first tilting element 12 of the rocker 7, so that the rocker 7 is rotated clockwise about the axis of rotation 11 until the second tilting element 13 moves with it the magnet 8 comes to rest on a housing component 26 of the sanitary shower head 1 .
- the rocker 7 is rotated in the operating position of the sanitary spray 1 shown here by (approximately) 45 ° clockwise around the axis of rotation.
- the magnet 8 is adjusted against the force of gravity 27 and its potential energy is thus increased.
- the energy source 18 is connected in an energy-conducting manner to the controller 20 and the energy supply to the sanitary shower head 1 is thus activated.
- the radio receiver 19 is thereby ready to receive. If the flow of liquid stopped through the liquid channel 5, the rocker 7 is automatically by gravity 27 in the 2 shown initial position 9 reset, so that the power supply to the sanitary shower 1 is deactivated again.
- the second tilting element 13 is designed with the magnet 5 in such a way that when the flow of liquid through the liquid channel 5 is stopped, it generates a greater torque about the axis of rotation 11 than the first tilting element 12.
- the rocker 7 is designed to be self-resetting.
- the present invention enables an electrically actuated sanitary shower with low energy consumption, a small number of components and a flat design.

Description
The present invention relates to a sanitary shower. Sanitary showers of this type can be used for showers that are used in particular for personal hygiene.
Showers regularly have an overhead shower that directs a spray jet from above onto a user of the shower when showering, and/or a hand shower that can be guided by hand by the user when showering. Furthermore, sanitary sprays for showers are known, with which a liquid can be delivered with different types of jets, for example in the form of rain jets, full jets, massage jets or pearl jets. The changeover between the individual jet types can be done, for example, via electrically actuatable changeover elements, for example in the form of valves or solenoid valves, on the sanitary showers. The liquid can be routed in a targeted manner via the changeover elements to the appropriate jet formers in order to form the desired jet types. In order to control or switch to a desired spray type, showers can have operating elements that are regularly arranged in an easily accessible position or height in the shower. The user of the shower can set the desired jet type using the control element. Such operating elements can thus be designed in the manner of a remote control for the sanitary showers. The control element sends a radio signal to the sanitary shower via a radio connection to change the desired jet type. To receive the radio signals, the sanitary showers can have a radio receiver. The radio receiver and the electrically actuatable switching elements require electrical energy, which is provided, for example, by means of batteries in the sanitary showers. A disadvantage of the known sanitary showers is their high energy requirement, so that the batteries have to be changed frequently. This leads to high maintenance costs.

Such showers can be used by a user in particular for the purpose of personal hygiene or for therapeutic use. For this purpose, the shower is regularly arranged in a sanitary facility, such as a bathroom. Furthermore, the shower can also be used in systems with bathing facilities, such as As saunas, whirlpools, swimming pools, etc., are used. The sanitary shower is, for example, an overhead shower or hand shower. The sanitary shower serves to dispense a liquid, in particular water. For this purpose, the sanitary shower has a housing which can consist, for example, at least partially of plastic and/or metal, for example stainless steel or brass. The liquid can be fed to the sanitary shower head via at least one liquid inlet. For this purpose, the sanitary spray can be connected to at least one rigid or flexible inflow line or an inflow pipe via the at least one liquid inlet. For this purpose, the at least one liquid inlet can be designed with a thread or a bayonet lock, for example. The liquid can be dispensed through the sanitary spray in particular in a plurality of jet types. For example, the liquid can be dispensed through the sanitary spray in two to four jet types. The jet types can be, for example, rain jets, full jets, massage jets and/or pearl jets. In particular, when the sanitary shower is used, the liquid is released in only one or two different jet types at the same time. To change the jet type, the sanitary shower head can have at least one valve in at least one liquid channel, by means of which the liquid can be routed to at least one jet former for the respective jet type. The at least one liquid channel runs in particular through the housing and connects the at least one liquid inlet to the at least one jet former. The sanitary shower can have a jet generator for each type of jet. The jet former has at least one nozzle and/or at least one outlet opening for the liquid, through which at least one spray jet of the liquid specific for the respective type of jet can be formed. Alternatively, the sanitary shower head can have a (single) jet former, which has at least one nozzle and/or at least one outlet opening for each jet type, with the at least one nozzle and/or the at least one outlet opening for the different jet types differing, for example with regard to their geometry . Furthermore, the sanitary spray includes a flow sensor with which a liquid flow through the at least one liquid channel can be detected. The flow sensor has a rocker. The rocker is (at least in the installed state of the sanitary spray) preferably automatically in a starting position when no liquid is flowing through the at least one liquid channel or when the sanitary spray is not being used. If the sanitary spray is used so that liquid flows through the at least one liquid channel, the rocker can be tilted out of the starting position by the liquid. As a result, a magnet connected to the rocker or arranged on the rocker, in particular a permanent magnet, is moved in such a way that it actuates or closes a reed switch. The reed switch includes, in particular, magnetic switching tongues which can be brought into contact with one another by a magnetic field of the magnet in order to close the reed switch. In particular, an electrical connection between the energy source and the controller and/or between the energy source and the at least one valve can be interrupted by the reed switch when the sanitary spray head is not in use. This reduces the energy consumption of the sanitary shower so that the energy source does not have to be changed as often. This reduces the maintenance effort for the sanitary shower. Furthermore, energy sources with a lower capacity can be used, which require less installation space. In addition, the sanitary shower can be designed to be particularly flat due to the design of the flow sensor with a rocker.
When the flow of liquid through the at least one liquid channel is terminated, the rocker can be reset to the starting position by means of gravity. This is particularly the case when the sanitary shower is installed in an operational state. The return by means of gravity has the particular advantage that no additional components, such as springs or the like, are required to return the rocker to the starting position.
A potential energy of the magnet can be increased during the movement of the seesaw from the initial position.
The rocker can be tiltably mounted on an axis of rotation, from which a first tilting element of the rocker extends in such a way that it at least partially covers a flow cross section of the at least one liquid channel. The first tilting element serves in particular as a point of contact for the liquid when it flows through the at least one liquid channel. The liquid flowing through the at least one liquid channel can thus generate a torque, by means of which the rocker can be tilted from the initial position about the axis of rotation.
A second tilting element of the rocker, on which the magnet is arranged, can extend from the axis of rotation. The magnet can in particular be attached to the second tilting element and/or embedded in the second tilting element. The second tilting element extends from the axis of rotation, in particular at least partially, in a direction opposite to the first tilting element.
The second tilting element can be at least partially L-shaped. In this way, in particular, an angle through which the rocker can be rotated about the axis of rotation from the initial position can be increased.
The second tilting element can have a first section with which the rocker at least partially covers the flow cross section of the at least one liquid channel in the starting position. The first section of the second tilting element can thus serve as a further point of contact for the liquid flowing through the at least one liquid channel, via which the rocker can be tilted about the axis of rotation by the liquid.
The second tilting element can have a second section which, in the starting position of the rocker, makes contact with a side wall of the at least one liquid channel. The second section connects in particular to the first section, for example at a 90° angle. Due to the second section contacting the side wall of the at least one liquid channel in the initial position, it can be ensured in particular that the rocker in the initial position can only be rotated in one direction of rotation about the axis of rotation.
The reed switch can be used to supply power to the sanitary shower. Actuating is to be understood here in particular as deactivating and activating the energy supply of the sanitary shower. This can include, for example, interrupting or establishing an electrical connection to the energy source.
The sanitary spray can have a radio receiver, by means of which a spray type of the liquid can be changed. The radio receiver can be used in particular to receive radio signals from a control element, which can be used by a user to set a desired jet type for the sanitary shower. The radio receiver thus serves to establish a radio connection, for example in the manner of a Bluetooth radio connection or WLAN radio connection, between the sanitary spray and the control element. The radio receiver is in particular in the sanitary shower arranged and/or connected to the controller in a data-conducting manner. The operating element can in particular be designed in the manner of a remote control for the sanitary shower and/or can be arranged in the shower independently of the sanitary shower.
