Claims (15)

  1. Emaille-Ausgabeeinheit (1), die mindestens einen Ausgabekörper (2) umfasst, der einer Vorrichtung (3) zur Emaille-Ausgabe zugeordnet werden kann, und mit mindestens einem Ausgabekanal (4) versehen ist, der mindestens eine Einlassöffnung (5) und mindestens eine Auslassöffnung (6) für das Emaille selbst aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen ersten Abschnitt (7) und mindestens einen zweiten Abschnitt (8) umfasst, die voneinander getrennt und einander zugeordnet sind, um den Ausgabekanal (4) zu definieren, wobei der erste Abschnitt (7) die Auslassöffnung (6) definiert und aus einem ersten Material des metallischen Typs besteht und der zweite Abschnitt (8) die Einlassöffnung (5) definiert und aus einem zweiten Material besteht, das sich von dem ersten Material unterscheidet und vom keramisch-metallischen Typ ist.
  2. Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgabekanal (4) sich über mindestens 3/4 seiner Länge durch den ersten Abschnitt (7) erstreckt.
  3. Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Abschnitt (7) einen Gehäusesitz (13) definiert, in den der zweite Abschnitt (8) eingesetzt ist.
  4. Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusesitz (13) eine Anlagefläche (13a) definiert, an der der zweite Abschnitt (8) anliegt.
  5. Einheit (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Abschnitt (8) eine Endfläche (8a) definiert, die von dem durch den ersten Abschnitt (7) definierten Ende vorsteht.
  6. Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Abschnitt (8) auf den ersten Abschnitt (7) aufgesetzt ist.
  7. Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Abschnitt (7) einen kegelstumpfförmigen Koppelabschnitt (9) aufweist, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (8) auf den kegelstumpfförmigen Koppelabschnitt (9) aufgesetzt ist.
  8. Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kegelstumpfförmige Koppelabschnitt (9) sich von der Auslassöffnung (6) wegbewegend konvergierend ist und dass der zweite Abschnitt (8) einen kegelstumpfförmigen Hohlraum (10) definiert, der eine Kegel-zu-Kegel-Kopplung mit dem kegelstumpfförmigen Koppelabschnitt (9) definiert.
  9. Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kegelstumpfförmige Hohlraum (10) eine winkelmäßige Öffnung zwischen 25° und 30° aufweist.
  10. Einheit (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zur gegenseitigen Befestigung umfasst, die zwischen dem ersten Abschnitt (7) und dem zweiten Abschnitt (8) angeordnet sind.
  11. Einheit (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Abschnitt (7) ein Gewinde (11) zur Befestigung an der Vorrichtung (3) aufweist, das in einer Zwischenposition zwischen der Einlassöffnung (5) und der Auslassöffnung (6) definiert und ausgebildet ist, in einen entsprechenden Sitz der Vorrichtung (3) geschraubt zu werden.
  12. Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde (11) zwischen dem kegelstumpfförmigen Koppelabschnitt (9) und der Auslassöffnung (6) angeordnet ist.
  13. Emaille-Ausgabevorrichtung (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:
    - einen innen hohlen Behälter (14) zur Aufnahme von auf einen Gegenstand (M) aufzubringendem Email,
    - mindestens eine Walze (15), die im Inneren des Behälters (14) versetzt angeordnet ist und um eine entsprechende Achse (X) drehbar ist, wobei das zwischen den Innenwänden des Behälters (14) und der Walze (15) befindliche Volumen eine Aufnahmekammer (16) für das Email bildet,
    - mindestens eine Gruppe von Einheiten (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die entsprechenden Einlassöffnungen (5) mit der Aufnahmekammer (16) in Verbindung stehen und in diese hineinragen und die entsprechenden Emaille-Auslassöffnungen (6) mit der Umgebung in Verbindung stehen,
    und wobei die Walze (15) mit mindestens einem Satz von Vorsprüngen (18) versehen ist, die ausgebildet sind, während der Drehung der Walze selbst die Einlassöffnungen (5) durch Reiben zu öffnen und zu schließen, um das Austreten des Emails aus dem Behälter (2) zu ermöglichen bzw. zu verhindern.
  14. Vorrichtung (3) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheiten (1) der Gruppe im Wesentlichen entlang mindestens einer Reihe, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Achse (X) verläuft, zueinander ausgerichtet sind und dass jeder der Vorsprünge (18) eine entsprechende Einlassöffnung (5) überlappt und verschließt, wenn die Vorsprünge (18) den Punkt erreichen, an dem die Gruppe von Einheiten (1) angeordnet ist.
  15. Vorrichtung (3) nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (18) dazu ausgebildet sind, die Gruppe von Einheiten (1) im Wesentlichen gleichzeitig zu schließen.
