  • intercepting flat section 16 moves horizontally and is shaped in such a way to set out, by means of its surface and part of a main body 11 horizontal part llh lateral sections inferior surface, a one sole pressure surface advantageously forming a wide and coplanar pressure level 12 for a more balanced and therefore effective grab on the cargo box C upper edge 50.
  • Grip and block system 20 comprises a forged foot, indicated as a whole with 40, which is rigidly associated in a easily removable way to the piston means 30 second end 32 for operating by pushing on part of a cargo box C inferior outer surface 53.
  • Such forged foot 40 comprises, rigidly and in a easily removable way cantilevered to an inferior part of the second end 32, for example by bolting, a forged plate 42 apt to advantageously distribute, when the system 20 is in a blockage operative condition, the pressure on a wide part of the outer inferior surface 53 next to a cargo box C inferior edge 54, as in particular shown in figure 7. More in detail and with reference to figure 8, the forged plate 42 has a longitudinal symmetry and provides a central portion 43 from which a couple of islands 44 develop, in particular substantially rectangular in plant shaped, lateral to a longitudinal symmetry axis thereof for an optimal load distribution on the cargo box C inferior surface 53.
  • Said forged plate 42 provides a cantilever longitudinal dimension 1 greater of 0,1 times the forklift truck FT forks F longitudinal extension L and a width W greater of 0,2 times the breadth P in-between the forks F couple as typically used for operating a defined type of cargo box C.
  • the applicant has studied that by using such measurements proportions, the cargo box C structure inner stress results advantageously much better distributed with respect to the one of a known solution providing an inferior louvers grabbing on a cargo box inferior edge, so avoiding dangerous stress peaks on the inferior surface 53 next to the piston 30 second end 32 and advantageously removing any danger of cargo box structure deformation and possible crash when it is stressed by heavy loads during an overturning operation thereof.
  • a grip gasket 46 is applied, in particular providing a plant substantially corresponding to a forged plate 42 grip surface, for example substantially corresponding with a rectangular in plant shape of each of the island 44.
  • Such grip gasket 46 has advantageously a shape apt to evenly distribute on the cargo box C inferior surface 53 a gripping force as set out by the grip and block system 20 in a blockage operative condition thereof; hence its shape modifies according to each specific type of utilized cargo box C.
  • a grip gasket shape could be of a greater extension in lenght as well as in widht and/or rounded with respect to islands shape, or of a particular shape as the cargo box would provide housings specifically designed and fitted to grasp the same gaskets inside them.
  • a cargo box grip and block system and arrangement operation is described as follows, in particular when an operator of a forklift truck FT comes close to a cargo box C with a couple of turck FT forks F, activates an hydraulic command running on such system and arrangement until reaching a blockage operative position.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de préhension et de blocage perfectionné pour un chariot élévateur à fourche, ainsi qu'un chariot élévateur à fourche fournissant un tel système de préhension et de blocage de caisse à marchandises. Le système de préhension et de blocage (C) d'une caisse à marchandises devant être actionnée par chariot élévateur à fourche (FT), est d'un type comprenant un châssis de support (22) apte à être associé à un dispositif de basculement pour faire basculer (C) la caisse à marchandises (C), un dispositif de préhension et de blocage (10) de caisse à marchandises (C) conçu pour la préhension du bord supérieur (50) d'une caisse à marchandises (C), des moyens d'actionnement de préhension et de blocage aptes à assurer le blocage d'une caisse à marchandises (C) par préhension de la caisse à marchandises (C), comprenant : des moyens d'entraînement (23, 24) associés à un châssis de support (22) pour déplacer un élément d'entraînement (23) de celui-ci apte à être solidaire d'un corps principal (11) de dispositif de préhension et de blocage (10), des moyens de traction et de poussée à piston (30) aptes à être entraînés en allongement et/ou en raccourcissement d'une position fonctionnelle de non-blocage (figures 3 et 5) à une position active de blocage et vice-versa dudit système de préhension et de blocage (20). Le système se caractérise en ce que lesdits moyens d'actionnement de préhension et de blocage (20) comprennent des moyens de traction et de poussée à piston (30) associés, par une première extrémité (31) de ceux-ci, à l'élément d'entraînement (23), par une seconde extrémité (32) de ceux-ci (32), à un moyen de décalage commandé (25,34) d'une extrémité (32) dudit moyen de piston (30) par rapport au châssis de support (22). De plus, le système (20) comprend un pied forgé (40) solidaire de la deuxième extrémité (32) des moyens à piston (30) et conçu pour entrer en contact avec une surface inférieure (53) d'une caisse à marchandises (50) lorsque le système (20) est dans une position fonctionnelle de blocage.
