    • une détection de mouvement de l'ouvrant par les moyens de détection de mouvement sans détection d'opérateur dans ledit périmètre de confiance 221 par les premiers moyens de détection de présence,
    • une détection de présence dans le périmètre de défiance 215 par les seconds moyens de détection de présence sans ou avant détection de présence d'opérateur dans ledit périmètre de confiance par les premiers moyens de détection de présence,
    et,
  2. b - des séquences d'évènements non déclencheurs d'alarme comportant
    • une détection d'un opérateur dans le périmètre de confiance 221 puis une détection de mouvement de l'ouvrant,
    • une détection d'un opérateur dans le périmètre de confiance 221 encadrant une détection de présence dans le périmètre de défiance 215.

Claims (19)

  1.     on the one hand, sequences of events that trigger an alarm, including:
    - a detection of a movement of the opening element by the movement detection means without the first presence detection means detecting an operator within said trust perimeter,
    - a detection of a presence, within the mistrust perimeter, by the second presence detection means without or before the first presence detection means detect the presence of an operator within said trust perimeter, and
    on the other hand, sequences of events that do not trigger an alarm, including:
    - a detection of an operator within the trust perimeter followed by a detection of movement of the opening element,
    - a detection of an operator within the trust perimeter surrounding a detection of presence within the mistrust perimeter;
    the module further including means (514) for transmitting an alarm that can be activated by the processing means depending on the occurrence of either type of event.
  2. Device according to claim 1 wherein, with the opening element (300b, 300c) including a stable restricted-opening position that is insufficient to allow a person to pass, and a full-opening position that allows a person to pass; the device further includes means (511) for detecting the position of the opening element adapted to discriminate between the closed, restricted-opening and full-opening positions of the opening element.
  3. Device according to claim 2, wherein said processing, storage and computation means (513) are connected to the position detection means and configured to trigger the alarm on detection of a change from the restricted-opening position to the full-opening position without the first presence detection means firstly detecting an operator within the trust perimeter (221).
  4. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 3 including LPWAN radio means adapted to operate as a stand-alone module for transmitting information and alarms to a remote alarm centre.
  5. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the transmission means (514) are radio components allowing an alert signal to be transmitted to a local central alarm unit.
  6. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the programming logic of the device and the operating parameters thereof can be modified by means of an external programming tool communicating with the device by Bluetooth connection that may or may not be low-power.
  7. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the module (510) is produced in a housing powered by one or more batteries or by a solar cell and battery system.
  8. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the movement detection means (511) are magnetic means and/or an accelerometer and/or a magnetometer disposed in the module.
  9. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the first and/or second presence detection means (220, 512, 200) are infrared means or directional highfrequency radar means.
  10. Device according to claim 9, wherein the first presence detection means (220) include an active infrared sensor provided with infrared emitting photodiodes (220a, 220b, 220c) and receiving photodiodes (220d) configured to produce a first detection cone (221) directed towards the interior of the premises equipped with the opening element.
  11. Device according to claim 8, wherein the first presence detection means further include a PIR (passive infrared) sensor (512) equipped with a lens producing a second detection cone (522) surrounding or superimposed on the first cone, the presence detection being confirmed when the first and second detection means detect a presence.
  12. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second presence detection means (200) are constituted by an infrared emitter/receiver (211) and a conical focusing mirror (213) procuring a disc-shaped detection perimeter around the device.
  13. Alarm system including at least one device according to any one of the preceding claims connected to a local or remote central alarm unit.
  14. Monitoring and detection method using a device according to any one of claims 1 to 12 including, after the device has been placed on a first side of the opening element and the alarm system or device has been switched on, a detection procedure including:
    - a first waiting loop (1110a), with the opening element being closed, including waiting for a presence detection event (1111) on the presence detection means of the trust zone;
    - detecting the degree of opening of the opening element (1120, 1117) making it possible to discriminate between a full opening (1120) leading to a deactivation of the alarm (1116) and a partial opening (1117) triggering a second waiting loop (1110b) waiting for one of the following events:
    a detection of a movement of the opening element (1113b) with a detection of presence within the trust perimeter (1119) ;
    a detection of an opening of the opening element without a prior detection of presence within the trust perimeter (1113a) ;
    a detection of presence within the mistrust perimeter (1115) ;
    - a step of triggering the alarm (1116) upon the occurrence of the events detecting an opening of the opening element without prior detection of presence within the trust perimeter (1113a) or detection of presence within the mistrust perimeter (1115);
    - a step of deactivating the alarm and returning to a waiting mode in the case of a detection of the event detecting an opening of the opening element (1113b) with detection of presence within the trust perimeter (1119).
  15. Monitoring and detection method according to claim 14 wherein, with the device including means for measuring the opening of the opening element, the method includes a loop for detecting an incorrect ajar position and triggering a warning (1152, 1153) until the opening element (1151) reaches the correct ajar position.
  16. Monitoring and detection method according to claim 14 wherein, with the device including means for measuring the opening of the opening element, the method includes reactivating the monitoring on exiting the full opening of the opening element and returning to the first waiting loop (1110a) on the return of the opening element to the closed position (1122) or returning to the second waiting loop (1110b) on the return of the opening element to the ajar position (1123).
  17. Monitoring and detection method according to any one of claims 14 to 16 wherein, with the device including an impact sensor, an impact detection (1124) triggers the alarm (1116) during a waiting loop.
  18. Monitoring and detection method according to any one of claims 14 to 17 wherein, with the device including a magnetic Hall-effect sensor, a field variation detection (1130) triggers the alarm (1116) with the opening element closed, without any detection of movement of the opening element or detection of presence within the trust zone.
  19. Monitoring and detection method according to any one of claims 14 to 18 wherein, with the device including LPWAN communication means, the triggering of the alarm (1116) initiates a sending of one or more alarm frames (1140) over the LPWAN network.
