Gemäß dieser bekannten Vorrichtung wird das bahnförmige Produkt mit Hauptabschnitten und Hilfsabschnitten hergestellt. Unter "bahnförmiges Produkt" sollen im Rahmen dieser Erfindung insbesondere dreidimensional ausgebildete bahnförmige Produkte verstanden werden, wobei es sich vorzugsweise um mehrlagige Gewebe handelt. Der Klemmenträger ist erfindungsgemäß so ausgebildet, dass er das bahnförmige Produkt innerhalb vom Bewegungsbereich des Klemmenträgers klemmend halten kann. Erfindungsgemäß ist zumindest zwischen einer Vorrichtungsseite, welche der Webmaschine zugewandt ist, und dem Klemmenträger innerhalb der Tragrahmenvorrichtung ein Unterstützungssystem für das bahnförmige Produkt vorgesehen. Damit wird ein unzulässig großer Durchhang zwischen der Vorrichtungsseite und dem Klemmenträger vermieden. Das bahnförmige Produkt ist von dem Klemmenträger an der Webmaschine erfassbar und in seiner Abzugsrichtung im Wesentlichen mit Produktionsgeschwindigkeit führbar. Das Unterstützungssystem dient vor allen Dingen dazu, dicke, jedoch in gewissem Maß biegsame bahnförmige Produkte von der Webmaschine abziehen zu können, ohne dass es in der Vorrichtung zum Abzug des bahnförmigen Produktes zu dessen Durchhang kommen kann. Die Spannseile 6 sind an einem Seilwickler 30 im Bereich der Vorderseite 4 der Vorrichtung befestigt und werden mit Bewegung des zweiten Klemmenträgers 2 im Wesentlichen mit Produktionsgeschwindigkeit des bahnförmigen Produktes 20 vom Seilwickler 30 abgezogen, so dass ihre abgezogene Länge der gerade produzierten Länge des bahnförmigen Produktes bis zum zweiten Klemmenträger entspricht. Die Seile sind mit im Wesentlichen konstantem Abstand zueinander angeordnet. Je nach produzierter Breite des bahnförmigen Produktes 20 können zur Unterstützung nicht benötigte Spannseile ausgeklinkt werden, so dass lediglich so viel nebeneinander angeordnete Spannseile 6 mittels des zweiten Klemmenträgers 2 spannend von dem Seilwickler 30 abgezogen werden, wie es die Breite des produzierten bahnförmigen Produktes 20 zur Vermeidung eines Durchhanges des Produktes erfordert. Aus Figur 4 ist ersichtlich, dass das bahnförmige Produkt 20 von der Webmaschine 19 produziert wird und an die Vorrichtung zum Abzug des bahnförmigen Produktes übergeben wird. Die Anordnung der Abstützkonturen ist so ausgeführt, dass das Drehen der Kettenglieder um die Achse des Kettenbolzens 7.4 durch ein Anliegen benachbarter Abstützkonturen in eine von beiden möglichen Drehrichtungen verhindert wird. Die Kette kann somit in einer Richtung senkrecht zu den Kettenbolzen und senkrecht zur Längsachse der Kette Kräfte aufnehmen ohne auszuknicken. Diese Eigenschaft wird auch als "rückensteif" bezeichnet. Kettenglieder und Abstützkonturen sind hier beispielhaft gezeigt. Um die beschriebenen Eigenschaften zu erzielen, sind auch andere Formen und Ausführungen derartiger Schubketten möglich - zum Beispiel gemäß dem weiter oben aufgeführten Stand der Technik. Claims (9)

  1. Apparatus for drawing-off a web-shaped product (20) from a weaving machine (19) in a drawing-off direction (8), with at least one clamp carrier (1), which comprises clamps for the web-shaped product (20), as well as with a carrier frame apparatus (3), on which the clamp carrier (1) is guided, as well as with a drive means, by which the clamp carrier (1) is drivable back and forth in a motion range in the drawing-off direction (8), characterized in that, at least in an area between an apparatus side (4) facing toward the weaving machine and the clamp carrier (1), within the carrier frame apparatus (3), a support system (5) for the web-shaped product (20) is provided in such a manner so that a sagging (18) of the web-shaped product (20) in this area is avoided or limited by means of the support system (5), comprising tension cables (6) and/or stiff-backed chains (7) which are movable in the drawing-off direction (8) having a speed corresponding to the production speed of the web-shaped product (20).

  6. Apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the cable winder (30) or the chain storage unit (9) is arranged on the apparatus side (4) facing toward the weaving machine or on a clamp carrier (1, 2) of the apparatus.

Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that at least one clamp carrier (1, 2) comprises both an upper (10) and a lower clamp embodied as a clamp bar (11), and the tension cables (6) and/or the stiff-backed chains are guided through openings in the respective lower clamp bar body (12), wherein the openings (13) comprise such a size that a required clamp stroke of the respective lower clamp bar (11) for a clamping of the web-shaped product (20) can be carried out, without the tension cables (6) and/or the stiff-backed chains (7) being deflected out of their horizontal, the web-shaped product supporting arrangement.
