Claims (14)
- Ausklappbares Element und Ausklappvorrichtung des ausklappbaren Elements für ein Waffensystem, wobei die Ausklappvorrichtung (1) ein Stützteil (6) umfasst, wobei das ausklappbare Element (2) drehbar auf dem Stützteil (6) angebracht ist und mithilfe mindestens eines elastischen Elements (16) mit dem Stützteil (6) verbunden ist, wobei das ausklappbare Element (2) mindestens einen Stift (22) umfasst, wobei der Stift (22) geeignet ist, sich entlang einer gekrümmten Führung (23, 24) des Stützteils (6) zu bewegen und jeweils in zwei Aufnahmen (23B, 24B; 23C, 24C), die im Stützteil (6) vorgesehen sind, die eine oder die andere von zwei stabilen Positionen (P1, P2) einzunehmen, wobei diese stabilen Positionen jeweils einer eingezogenen Position (P1) und einer ausgeklappten Position (P2) des ausklappbaren Elements (2) entsprechen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die Führung (23, 24) und das elastische Element (16) dazu ausgelegt sind, ein automatisches Ausklappen des ausklappbaren Elements (2) bis zur ausgeklappten Position (P2) zu erzeugen, sobald das ausklappbare Element (2) ausgehend von der eingezogenen Position (P1) zur ausgeklappten Position (P2) einer Drehung unterzogen wird, deren Winkel größer oder gleich einem als Entriegelungswinkel (00) bezeichneten Winkel ist. - Ausklappbares Element und Ausklappvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung (23, 24) und das elastische Element (16) zum Erzeugen des automatischen Ausklappens derart ausgelegt sind, dass die Kraft (F1) des ausklappbaren Elements (2) auf das Stützteil (6), die von dem elastischen Element (16) erzeugt wird, sich außerhalb eines Reibungskegels (C) befindet, der am Kontaktpunkt (PC) zwischen dem ausklappbaren Element (2) und dem Stützteil (6) geschaffen wird. - Ausklappbares Element und Ausklappvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die Führung (23, 24) und das elastische Element (16) zum Erzeugen des automatischen Ausklappens derart ausgelegt sind, dass die folgende Ungleichung erfüllt ist:wobei in der Ungleichung:- β der Winkelwert des Reibungskegels (C) in Bezug auf seinen Generator (F2) ist;- α der Winkel zwischen der Kraft (F1) des ausklappbaren Elements (2) auf das Stützteil (6), die von dem elastischen Element (16) erzeugt wird, und dem Generator (F2) des Reibungskegels (C) ist; und- N ein Sicherheitskoeffizient größer als 1 ist.
- Ausklappbares Element und Ausklappvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ausklappbare Element (2) zwei Stifte (22) umfasst, die auf beiden Seiten des ausklappbaren Elements (2) eingerichtet sind, dadurch, dass das Stützteil (6) zwei gekrümmte Führungen (23, 24) umfasst, und dadurch, dass jeder der Stifte (22) geeignet ist, sich entlang einer der gekrümmten Führungen (23, 24) des Stützteils (6) zu bewegen. - Ausklappbares Element und Ausklappvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gekrümmte(n) Führung(en) (23, 24) eine Kreisbogenform (23A, 24A) zwischen den Aufnahmen (23B, 24B; 23C, 24C) aufweisen. - Ausklappbares Element und Ausklappvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ausklappbare Element (2) mit mindestens einem länglichen Schlitz (12, 13) versehen ist, in dem ein am Stützteil (6) befestigter Dübel (10, 11) angebracht ist, um die Drehung des ausklappbaren Elements (2) auf dem Stützteil (6) zu erlauben. - Ausklappbares Element und Ausklappvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ausklappbare Element (2) mit mindestens zwei länglichen Schlitzen (12, 13) versehen ist, bei denen in jedem jeweils ein am Stützteil (6) befestigter Dübel (10, 11) angebracht ist. - Ausklappbares Element und Ausklappvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützteil (6) an dem oder den Dübeln (10,11) mit Federblättern (30, 31) ausgestattet ist. - Ausklappbares Element und Ausklappvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ausklappbare Element (2) eine Abschrägung (27) zwischen einem Ende (28) des länglichen Schlitzes (12, 13) und einem Rand (29) des ausklappbaren Elements (2) umfasst. - Ausklappbares Element und Ausklappvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (22) ein vorstehendes Element ist, dessen Umfangsrand einen im Wesentlichen halbkreisförmigen Abschnitt (25) umfasst. - Ausklappbares Element und Ausklappvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ausklappbare Element (2) einem der folgenden Elemente entspricht: einem Griffelement (4), einem Anschlag, einem Visiersystem. - Waffensystem,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein ausklappbares Element (2) und eine Ausklappvorrichtung (1) des ausklappbaren Elements (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 umfasst. - Waffensystem nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einem der folgenden Elemente entspricht: einem Flugkörperstartgerät, einem Raketenstartgerät. - Waffensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 12 und 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ausklappbare Element (2) einem der folgenden Elemente des Waffensystems (3) entspricht: einem Griffelement (4), einem Anschlag, einem Visiersystem.
