Definitions

  • the invention relates to an automatic door system, in particular in the form of a sliding door or a telescopic sliding door, and a building with such an automatic door system.
  • Automatic door systems are often used in building openings in order to allow access to the building only at certain times or only for certain people.
  • Automatic door systems include sensor devices that detect people and automatically open or close a door depending on the detection result.
  • the assembly of previous automatic door systems is often difficult because the installation of these door systems differs greatly from the structure of the rest of the building.
  • Other building elements, such as facade elements or panels, which also include window panes, are mounted on the building using different techniques.
  • This displaceable door leaf is arranged parallel to a fixed leaf 102.
  • This fixed wing is fixed to a profile system 103
  • Side of a support structure 104 connected.
  • This panel 105 is also held by a profile system 106.
  • This professional system 106 is firmly connected to the girder 104 of the building in particular via a screw connection 107.
  • An insulation element 108 ensures that the carrier 104 is not in direct contact with the outside area 109 of the building and at the same time with the inside area 110 of the building. Otherwise a thermal bridge would be created and the building would cool down very much in winter and heat up very much in summer.
  • the insulation element 108 is arranged on both profile systems 103 (of the fixed leaf 102) and 106 (of the panel 105) and surrounds the carrier 104.
  • the disadvantage of the door system from the prior art is that the installation is complex and the door system is visually strong separated from the other facade elements and is often perceived as annoying and there is often inadequate thermal insulation.
  • US3992815A and US2013 / 326973A1 disclose door systems for a building.
  • the automatic door system comprises a movable door leaf, which is in particular a sliding door or a telescopic sliding door.
  • This movable door leaf can be displaced on a first section in the longitudinal direction of the door system.
  • This displacement or movement is brought about by a drive device which is in operative connection with the movable door leaf.
  • this drive device can also comprise a transmission.
  • the drive device is controlled in particular by a control device and corresponding sensor units (for example radar sensors, IR sensors, etc.).
  • a first fixed door leaf is also provided, which is arranged in a stationary manner. The first movable door leaf can be displaced in relation to the first fixed door leaf.
  • the first fixed door leaf comprises a pane arrangement which comprises a front side, a rear side opposite the front side, an upper edge, a lower edge, a first vertical edge and a second vertical edge opposite the first vertical edge. Furthermore, a stationary first protective wing is provided. This first protective leaf runs parallel to but spaced apart from the first fixed door leaf, with a spacing space being formed between the first protective leaf and the first fixed door leaf, into which the first movable door leaf can be moved in an open position. At least one more sealing element is provided and arranged in such a way that at least one gap between the first protective leaf and the first movable door leaf is sealed.
  • the first movable door leaf preferably comprises a profile frame which is arranged on a secondary closing edge of the first movable door leaf.
  • the first protective wing comprises a profile frame which is arranged on a vertical edge of the first protective wing.
  • the profile frame of the first movable door leaf is arranged in a closed position next to the profile frame of the first protective leaf.
  • the at least one sealing element is arranged on the profile frame of the first movable door leaf and / or on the profile frame of the first protective leaf. In the closed state, the at least one sealing element preferably touches the opposite profile frame.
  • this sealing element preferably does not come into contact with a glass pane of the first movable door leaf or the first protective leaf (depending on which profile frame the at least one sealing element is arranged on). The same would preferably also apply if an additional sealing element is arranged between the movable door leaf and the fixed door leaf.
  • a profile frame arrangement is preferably provided, the upper edge of the first fixed door leaf being fastened to an underside of the profile frame arrangement.
  • the profile frame arrangement comprises a profile clamping section.
  • the first vertical edge of the first fixed door leaf can also have a corresponding leaf clamping section.
  • the first clamping device is designed to press the profile frame arrangement via the profile clamping section against the first supporting structure of the building and to clamp it with it and / or the second clamping device is designed to hold the first vertical edge of the first fixed door leaf over the first wing clamping section to press against the second supporting structure of the building and to jam with it.
  • the profile frame arrangement which is arranged on the top of the fixed door leaf and holds it, has a profile clamping section via which the profile frame arrangement and thus the first fixed door leaf are pressed against a supporting structure (e.g. T-beam) of the building and can be jammed with this.
  • the profile frame arrangement is pressed against the first supporting structure of the building, in particular without screws, and is clamped to it.
  • the wording screwless is to be understood to mean that no screw is pushed through the profile frame arrangement itself, which is used for jamming. Such a screw can, however, have the first clamping device.
  • the first vertical edge of the first fixed door leaf also has a corresponding leaf clamping section.
  • this first vertical edge of the first fixed door leaf can in turn be pressed without screws against a second supporting structure of the building and clamped to it.
  • This jamming takes place in particular without screws, which does not mean that the second clamping device must also not have a screw.
  • the housing of the movable door leaf is attached to or in the Suspended supporting structure of the building. Pressing on has positive effects on the seal. This makes the building design appear more uniform.
  • the construction of the automatic door system is also easier because, for example, the same tools can be used to install the building panels that are used to install the first fixed door leaf.
  • the structure of the automatic door system is not, as before, from the outside to the inside (because of the necessary insulation), but from the inside to the outside. The installation times can be significantly reduced by using the automatic door system according to the invention.
  • the use of a profile frame arrangement is not mandatory. It would also be possible for the upper edge of the first fixed door leaf to be pressed directly against the first supporting structure of the building. In this case, at least part of the upper edge of the pane arrangement of the first fixed door leaf is covered by the first clamping device.
  • the first clamping device preferably has direct contact with a front side and a rear side at the upper edge of the pane arrangement of the first fixed door leaf.
  • one or more sealing elements and / or a screen arrangement could also be arranged between the pane arrangement and the first clamping device. Nevertheless, in this case the first clamping device engages around the pane arrangement directly and covers it at least partially in the area of the upper edge in a plan view of the front side of the pane arrangement.
  • the first clamping device is preferably in direct contact with the first support structure.
  • the second clamping device preferably has direct contact with the second support structure.
  • a first panel of the building can additionally be pressed against the first supporting structure of the building by means of the first clamping device and can be clamped to it.
  • the second clamping device can also be used to press a second panel of the building onto the second supporting structure of the building and to clamp it to it.
  • the first or second clamping device also have a first or second panel of the building (for example a other window pane) can grasp or grip and also press against the second supporting structure of the building and jam with it.
  • the profile frame arrangement comprises on its upper side an upwardly projecting profile frame flange, which preferably expands the profile frame arrangement towards the top, whereby the profile clamping section is formed.
  • the first wing clamping section is formed by areas of the front side and the rear side of the pane arrangement on the first vertical edge of the first fixed door wing.
  • the protruding profile frame flange is particularly preferably screwed to the top of the profile frame arrangement. In principle, it could also be an integral part of this.
  • the protruding profile frame flange has a smaller thickness than the profile frame arrangement.
  • the protruding profile frame flange consists of plastic or it comprises plastic.
  • the pane arrangement particularly preferably projects with its first vertical edge over a first end face of the profile frame arrangement.
  • the profile frame arrangement then also includes a profile extension (which can be flange-shaped, for example), which is arranged on the first end face of the profile frame arrangement and screwed to it and extends from the underside of the profile frame arrangement to the top, in particular towards the profile frame flange.
  • the profile extension extends the profile frame arrangement in the longitudinal direction and ends flush with the first vertical edge of the pane arrangement.
  • the first wing clamping section also extends to the top of the profile frame arrangement.
  • the widened profile has the same thickness as the disk arrangement.
  • a first compensation element is also present, which is arranged next to the protruding profile frame flange and runs parallel to it. This widens the profile clamping section.
  • the first compensation element is preferably made of plastic and is used when the first clamping device additionally presses a first panel of the building against the first supporting structure of the building and clamps it to this, whereby the panels of the building (e.g. window panes) are often thicker, i.e. wider than the pane arrangement of the first fixed door leaf.
  • the thickness (width) of the profile clamping section corresponds to the thickness (width) of the pane arrangement, whereby these two elements should be of the same thickness in order to introduce an optimal clamping force on the profile clamping section and on the first panel of the building. For this reason, the thickness (width) of the profile clamping section is increased by an additional first compensation element.
  • a third compensation element can be used. This is arranged on the upper edge of the first fixed door leaf, whereby an upper clamping section widens.
  • a second compensation element can also be present. This is arranged on the first vertical edge of the first fixed door leaf, whereby the first leaf clamping section widens.
  • the thickness of the first compensation element is selected such that the thickness of the pane arrangement and the thickness of the first compensation element in total correspond to a thickness of the first panel of the building, which can be mounted above the profile frame arrangement.
  • the thickness of the second compensation element is chosen such that the thickness of the pane arrangement and the thickness of the second compensation element in total correspond to a thickness of a second panel of the building that can be mounted next to the first vertical edge of the first fixed door leaf.
  • the respective compensation elements are preferably arranged closer to the respective supporting structure of the building as the profile clamping section or an upper clamping section and / or the wing clamping section.
  • the first and / or second clamping device comprises a foot part, at least one connecting element and a head part.
  • the foot part of the first or second clamping device can be screwed and / or riveted and / or welded and / or latched to the first or second support structure of the building.
  • the foot part comprises a U-shaped receiving profile which extends along the longitudinal axis of the respective clamping device.
  • the foot part further comprises a first and a second support surface, which extend on both sides of the U-shaped receiving profile parallel to this in the longitudinal direction of the foot part.
  • the head part of the respective clamping device is constructed in the form of a plate and comprises a multiplicity of openings which extend in the longitudinal direction (preferably in the center of the head part).
  • the head part comprises a first and a second support surface, which in turn extend on both sides of the plurality of openings parallel to these in the longitudinal direction of the head part.
  • the at least one connecting element extends through at least one opening in the head part and dips into the U-shaped receiving profile of the foot part, whereby the head part and the foot part are connected to one another.
  • the use of the first or second clamping device which can be constructed inexpensively, is particularly advantageous. Both clamping devices, that is to say the head part and the foot part, are preferably extruded profiles and are made of metal. Because the U-shaped receiving profile extends along the longitudinal direction, the connecting element can always dip into the U-shaped receiving profile and a mechanical connection can be established.
  • Support surfaces which extend on both sides of the U-shaped receiving profile of the foot part or on both sides of the openings of the head part, allow both the first fixed door leaf (via the profile clamping section or the wing clamping section) as a panel of the building can also be received and clamped to the respective supporting structure of the building.
  • the connecting element is preferably a screw, the screw head being larger than the respective opening of the head part and not fitting through it.
  • the U-shaped receiving profile of the foot part of the respective clamping device still has a corresponding one Connecting grooves which are spaced from one another and extend in the longitudinal direction of the U-shaped receiving profile.
  • the respective bearing surfaces can also have resilient properties.
  • sealing elements can also be used which rest on the respective support surface and press against the profile clamping section or the wing clamping section and the respective panel of the building. With such sealing elements, excellent thermal insulation can be achieved with minimal effort. It is no longer necessary to surround the supporting structure of the building over a large area with an insulating arrangement.
  • the respective clamping device can also have a cover arrangement which is placed on the respective head part and is preferably connected to the head part via a click and / or latching connection.
  • This cover arrangement is then visible from outside the building and is designed in such a way that it is adapted to the design of the building.
  • the automatic door system also comprises a drive frame arrangement in addition to the profile frame arrangement.
  • This comprises a guide rail, the first movable door leaf being suspended in this guide rail.
  • the drive frame arrangement can be screwed to the first supporting structure of the building, whereas the profile frame arrangement is fastened to the drive frame arrangement without screws, in particular is suspended in it.
  • the drive frame arrangement runs parallel to the profile frame arrangement but preferably closer in the direction of the interior of the building.
  • the automatic door system further comprises a floor rail arrangement which extends in the longitudinal direction.
  • the floor rail arrangement comprises at least two floor rails and a connecting and / or functional element.
  • the at least two floor rails are connected to one another via the connecting and / or functional element.
  • the connecting and / or functional element has a lower thermal conductivity than the two bottom rails and consists of or comprises plastic.
  • the Floor rails are used to guide the at least one first movable door leaf.
  • the at least one connecting and / or functional element is arranged in the bottom rail in such a way that, in a closed position of the at least one first movable door leaf, a secondary closing edge of the at least one first movable door leaf is positioned above the at least one connecting and / or functional element .
  • a first protective wing arranged in a stationary manner is also provided.
  • This first protective leaf runs parallel to but spaced apart from the first fixed door leaf, a spacing space being formed between the first protective leaf and the first fixed door leaf into which the first movable door leaf can be moved.
  • a plurality of sealing elements are particularly preferably provided and arranged in such a way that gaps can be sealed between the first protective wing and the floor rail arrangement and / or a ceiling arrangement and / or the second supporting structure of the building and / or the first movable door wing.
  • Such a seal to increase the heat transfer resistance has never been implemented in this way in protective wings. Sealing can be done, for example, with brushes or rubber elements.
  • the building itself includes the automatic door system which is inserted into an opening in the building.
  • the building itself has at least one first and / or second support structure, which are preferably aligned at right angles to one another.
  • the first support structure (can also be referred to as a door lintel in some embodiments) runs in the longitudinal direction of the profile frame arrangement above the profile frame arrangement or above the upper edge of the fixed door leaf and / or the second support structure runs next to the first vertical edge of the first fixed door leaf in the direction of the profile frame arrangement .
  • the first clamping device is (directly) attached to the first supporting structure of the building above the fixed door leaf and / or the second clamping device is (directly) on the second supporting structure of the building attached to the first vertical edge of the first fixed door leaf.
  • the first clamping device is then designed to press the profile frame arrangement (indirectly) via the profile clamping section onto the first supporting structure of the building and to clamp it to it. If the profile frame arrangement is omitted, the first clamping device is designed to press the upper edge of the pane arrangement of the first fixed door leaf directly onto the first supporting structure of the building and to clamp it to it. In contrast, the second clamping device is designed to press the first vertical edge of the first fixed door leaf via the first leaf clamping section against the second supporting structure of the building and to clamp it with it.
  • the first clamping device is further designed to press a first panel of the building against the first supporting structure of the building and to clamp it with it
  • the second clamping device is designed to press the second panel of the building against the second supporting structure of the building and with it to jam.
  • the Figure 1A shows a front view of the automatic door system 1 which can be used in a building. In this case it is an automatic door system 1 with sliding doors.
  • the Figure 1B shows a three-dimensional view of a rear side of the automatic door system 1 from FIG Figure 1A .
  • the Figures 2A , 2 B and 2C show various views of a dashed area appearing in the Figures 1A and 1B is drawn.
  • the automatic door system comprises a first movable door leaf 2a, which can be displaced on a first section 3a in the longitudinal direction X of the door system 1.
  • first drive device 4 (see Sect. Figure 6 ) is provided, which is in operative connection with the at least one first movable door leaf 2a, so that the first movable door leaf 2a can be moved along the first section 3a.
  • a first fixed door leaf 5a is provided, which is arranged in a stationary manner.

  • the front 6a of the first fixed door leaf 5a is preferably trimmed closer to an outside 10 of the building than a back 6b, which is preferably trimmed closer to an inside 11 of the building.
  • Figure 3 shows the first fixed door leaf 5a in more detail.
  • a profile frame arrangement 7 is provided in many exemplary embodiments, the upper edge 6c of the first fixed door leaf 5a being fastened to an underside 7a of the profile frame arrangement 7.
  • the profile frame arrangement 7 comprises a profile clamping section 8, whereas the first vertical edge 6e of the first fixed door leaf 5a comprises a leaf clamping section 9.
  • This profile frame assembly 7 is, however, in view of the Figures 6A , 11A optional.
  • the profile clamping section 8 is formed by a profile frame flange 8a. This is arranged on the top 7b of the profile frame arrangement 7 and protrudes upwards or extends the profile frame arrangement 7 upwards.
  • This protruding profile frame flange 8a runs along the entire length of the profile frame arrangement 7. In principle, it would be possible for the profile frame flange 8a to run only along a partial length or along the predominant length of the upper side 7b of the profile frame arrangement 7.
  • the protruding profile frame flange 8 is screwed to the top side 7b of the profile frame arrangement 7. In principle, it could also be an integral part of this.
  • the protruding profile frame flange 8a preferably has a smaller thickness than the profile frame arrangement 7 (at least the top side 7b of the profile frame arrangement 7). This is for example Figure 5 refer to.
  • protruding profile frame flange 8a it would also be possible for the protruding profile frame flange 8a to have interruptions along its longitudinal direction (X axis) and to be divided into different segments by these.
  • the protruding profile frame flange 8a consists of or comprises plastic.
