Claims (7)
- Dispositif de fermeture (2) associé à une bouteille (3) comprenant une partie cylindrique intérieurement creuse (22) associée au goulot de la bouteille,une partie supérieure concave (21), de manière à former une cavité à l'intérieur du dispositif pour contenir une première substance à mélanger avec une seconde substance présente dans la bouteille,un élément de fermeture (4) fermant l'inférieur de la cavité, pour maintenir la première substance dans la cavité protégée contre des agents extérieurs,dans lequel ladite partie concave est faite d'un matériau souple qui, lorsqu'il est pressé, écrase le contenu de la cavité contre l'élément de fermeture inférieur, le brisant et laissant goutter la première substance à l'intérieur de la bouteille,dans lequel le diamètre de la partie concave (21) est légèrement inférieur au diamètre de la partie cylindrique (22), de manière à former un bord annulaire (24) à la fois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du dispositif sur lequel ledit élément de fermeture (4) est contraint, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de fermeture (4) est un disque dont le périmètre est thermoscellé à l'intérieur de ladite cavité sur le bord annulaire (24),ledit élément de fermeture (4) est couplé à la partie concave en l'insérant dans le dispositif et en le contraignant par thermoscellage sur le bord annulaire (24),sous l'élément de fermeture (4) se trouve un joint annulaire (5) placé entre le dispositif et le goulot de la bouteille pour garantir l'étanchéité avec le liquide présent dans la bouteille.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un petit poinçon (26) est prévu au-dessus de la partie concave, ledit petit poinçon étant orienté vers l'intérieur de la cavité et, pénétrant dans cette même cavité, contribue à fracturer l'élément de fermeture inférieur (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ledit poinçon est pourvu d'une structure en forme de croix composée de deux parois (27,28) qui se croisent.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la partie concave a une forme de coiffe.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la partie cylindrique présente intérieurement un filetage (23) vissé sur un filetage correspondant (31) prévu sur le goulot de la bouteille (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de fermeture (4) est un film composé de polystratifié, par exemple de polyéthylène et d'aluminium, et est couplé à la partie concave en l'insérant à l'intérieur du dispositif et en le contraignant par thermoscellage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdites première et seconde substances sont par exemple constituées de poudre, de liquide, de granulés ou d'autres substances à mélanger avec du liquide.
