Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Die Drainbox-Kartusche kann bei Verschmutzung schnell und einfach entnommen werden und durch eine neue und saubere Drainbox-Kartusche ersetzt werden. Die Drainbox ist damit ohne weitere Verzögerung sofort wieder funktionsbereit. Hierdurch entstehen eine Reihe von Vorteilen:
- Das Reinigen der Dichtstelle zwischen Rakelkammer und Drainbox entfällt.
- Es ist keine dauerhaft mechanisch beanspruchte Dichtung zwischen Rakelkammer und Drainbox notwendig.
- Die Prozesssicherheit wird erhöht.
- Die Drainbox-Kartusche ist schnell und einfach zu entfernen (selbst im eingefärbten Zustand).
- Der Bediener der Druckmaschine benötigt keine aufwendige Schulung zum Wechsel der Kartusche.
- Der zeitlicher Aufwand für den Wechsel der Drainbox-Kartusche ist bedeutend geringer gegenüber einem Wechsel der gesamten Drainbox.
- Die Kosten für den Wechsel der Drainbox-Kartusche ist bedeutend geringer gegenüber einem Wechsel der gesamten Drainbox.
