- Produit laminé décoratif anodisé réalisé en un alliage d'aluminium constitué de, en % en poids,
Mg : de 0 à 1,5,
Mn : de 0 à 1,5,
avec Mg + Mn : de 0,5 à 3, et dans lequel
soit Mn : de 0,8 à 1,5
soit Mg : de 0,5 à 1,1 et Mn ≤ 0,2,
Si : ≤ 0,6,
Fe : 0,8,
Ti : ≤ 0,1,
Cu : ≤ 0,3,
Cr: 0,1,
Zn : ≤ 0,25,
Zr : ≤ 0,1,
d'autres éléments ≤ 0,05 chacun et ≤ 0,15 au total, le reste étant de l'aluminium, dans lequel le produit laminé possède un film d'oxyde anodique poreux qui est coloré de manière électrochimique ou chimique et dans lequel la couleur de la feuille décorative est différente si elle est vue selon un angle d'incidence de 0° et selon un angle d'incidence de 45° et
caractérisé en ce que le film d'oxyde anodique poreux est recouvert par un revêtement sol-gel comprenant de préférence du silicium. - Produit selon la revendication 1 dans lequel Fe représente au plus 0,5 % en poids et Si représente au plus 0,3 % en poids.
- Produit selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2 dans lequel Mn représente au plus 0,2 % en poids, Si représente au plus 0,1 % en poids et Fe représente au plus 0,2 % en poids.
- Produit selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2 dans lequel Mn : de 0,8 à 1,5 % en poids et dans lequel la teneur en Mg représente au plus 1,3 % en poids et de préférence au plus 0,6 % en poids.
- Produit selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 dans lequel la teneur en Si représente au moins 0,03 % en poids.
- Produit selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 dans lequel la teneur en Fe représente au moins 0,02 % en poids.
- Produit selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 dans lequel la couche barrière du film d'oxyde anodique poreux possède une épaisseur de 15 à 25 nm.
- Produit selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 dans lequel le film d'oxyde anodique poreux comprend au moins l'un parmi Zn, Ni, Sn, Co, Cu, Ag.
- Produit selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 dans lequel le film d'oxyde anodique poreux comprend au moins un colorant parmi un colorant azoïque, un colorant anthraquinone, un colorant indigo.
- Procédé pour réaliser un produit laminé décoratif anodisé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 comprenant les étapes de- coulée d'un alliage d'aluminium selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 pour former un lingot ;- réchauffage et/ou homogénéisation du lingot de préférence à une température de 460 °C à 560 °C,- laminage à chaud du lingot jusqu'à une épaisseur finale de laminage à chaud de préférence à une température de 350 à 500 °C,- laminage à froid pour obtenir un produit laminé à froid, ayant une épaisseur finale préférée de 0,2 à 2 mm et de préférence de 0,5 à 0,8 mm,- facultativement, recuit dudit produit laminé à froid de préférence à une température de 200 à 300 °C,- nettoyage dudit produit laminé à froid, de préférence avec un solvant ou un nettoyant aqueux contenant des tensioactifs,- facultativement, fourniture d'un aspect mat ou brillant par exemple par gravure satinée mate ou par brillantage chimique/électrochimique,- anodisation dudit produit laminé à froid dans de l'acide sulfurique, de l'acide phosphorique ou de l'acide oxalique ou une combinaison de ceux-ci pour obtenir un film d'oxyde anodique poreux,- coloration dudit film d'oxyde anodique poreux par dépôt électrochimique de préférence d'au moins l'un parmi Zn, Ni, Sn, Co, Cu, Ag ou dépôt chimique de préférence d'au moins un colorant parmi un colorant azoïque, un colorant anthraquinone, un colorant indigo,- rinçage avec de l'eau désionisée,- facultativement, colmatage du film poreux d'oxyde anodique par colmatage hydrothermal, colmatage à froid ou une combinaison de ceux-ci,- séchage,- revêtement du film poreux d'oxyde anodique par dépôt d'un précurseur de sol-gel suivi par une évaporation et/ou un durcissement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 dans lequel le précurseur de sol-gel est réalisé à partir d'un mélange d'un polysiloxane, de préférence préparé à partir d'une solution alcoolique d'un silane, plus préférablement à partir d'une solution alcoolique d'un alcoxysilane, et d'une solution aqueuse de silice colloïdale.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11 dans lequel le précurseur de sol-gel est préparé à partir de deux solutions A et B,
la solution A étant une solution alcoolique d'un ou de plusieurs alcoxysilanes, l'alcool utilisé comme solvant étant le méthanol, l'éthanol, le propanol, de préférence l'isopropanol, le butanol ou une combinaison de ceux-ci, les alcoxysilanes étant décrits par la formule générale XnSi(OR)4-n où « R » est un alkyle simple, de préférence choisi parmi le groupe constitué du méthyle, de l'éthyle, du propyle et du butyle et « X » est également un alkyle, de préférence sélectionné parmi le groupe constitué du méthyle, de l'éthyle, du propyle et du butyle ;
la solution B étant une solution de silice colloïdale dissoute dans l'eau. - Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel lesdits alcoxysilanes appartiennent au groupe comprenant le tétraméthoxysilane (TMOS), le tétraéthoxysilane (TEOS) et le méthyltriméthoxysilane (MTMOS).
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, dans lequel la solution A contient de 25 à 35 % en poids de TEOS et de 15 à 25 % en poids de MTMOS, tous les deux dissous dans 40 à 60 % en poids d'alcool isopropylique.
