Definitions
- the present invention relates to a connecting strip for ladders for the construction of a privacy wall.
- the invention relates to a screen wall element which has ladders and the connecting strip.
- onlookers and onlookers are an increasing nuisance during rescue operations, especially in traffic accidents and fire fighting.
- the onlookers not only disturb the emergency services directly at the scene, but also often cause delays or traffic jams on access roads and / or nearby ones Roads, which cause considerable problems and often dangerous situations.
- mobile privacy screens are provided that can be carried in emergency vehicles and then installed on site. As a result, the mostly already fully loaded emergency vehicles with the components that are only used to set up the mobile privacy screen are additionally burdened. It mobile privacy screens are also known, which require less space, but this is at the expense of stability.
- the DE 600 465 C describes articulated connections for double ladders.
- Several sleeves are pivotably arranged on a rod. Stiles of two ladders can be retracted into the sleeves. Finally, the two conductors can be aligned differently to one another by pivoting the sleeves around the rod.
- the U.S. 4,469,193 discloses a ladder having a base component into which stiles of a ladder can be inserted.
- the base component can serve to provide a ladder with better support on the floor.
- the base component can also be used to connect two conductors to one another.
- a connecting strip according to claim 1 is proposed for ladders for the construction of a privacy wall.
- the connection strip can also be referred to as a conductor connection part or as a conductor connection stand.
- Ladders in accordance with DIN EN 1147 are preferably used. By using these standardized ladders, the height of the ladders makes it possible to provide a level of privacy protection that is higher than that of previously known privacy protection solutions.
- the ladders have two stiles, between which a plurality of rungs are arranged perpendicular to the stiles. Two or more ladders can be connected together.
- the connecting bar includes a strip-shaped base body, which is preferably designed as a rectangular profile or as a U-shaped profile (U-profile).
- the length of the strip-shaped base body is significantly greater than its width and height.
- the strip-shaped base body is laid lengthways on the floor.
- the connecting strip develops a supporting effect in the longitudinal direction of the base body, even if further components, especially in the vertical direction, are attached to the connecting strip.
- Two pairs of brackets are arranged on this base body for receiving the spars of the ladders.
- the pairs of holders are designed in such a way that they can accommodate a section of the stiles, with the dimensions of the pairs of holders being adapted in particular to the dimensions of the ladder and the stiles.
- the preferred material for the connecting strip is galvanized steel, aluminum or stainless steel. Other metals or plastics can also be provided if they ensure the necessary stability.
- a bottom section is accordingly the lower section of the standing ladder, which is arranged at the end of the ladder standing on the floor.
- a section facing away from the bottom is the upper section of the ladder, which is arranged at the end of the ladder opposite the bottom section. The distance between the spars is reduced from the bottom end to the end facing away from the bottom.
- a first pair of brackets is arranged on the base body of the connecting strip and it is designed to receive a bottom section of stiles of a first ladder.
- the dimensions and the spacing of the first pair of brackets are adapted to the dimensions and spacing of the first ladder.
- a second pair of brackets is also arranged on the base body and it is designed to accommodate a section on the bottom or a section facing away from the bottom of stiles of a second ladder.
- the dimensions and the distances of the second pair of brackets are the dimensions and distances of the second head adjusted.
- the first conductor and the second conductor are preferably the same and particularly preferably the first conductor and the second conductor correspond to DIN EN 1147 Are at an angle to each other that deviates from 0 ° and 180 °.
- the conductors and the connecting strip together form a support.
- two such supports are provided in order to attach a privacy screen element on both sides.
- the supports are therefore easy to assemble using the ladders.
- the particular advantage of this invention results from the fact that the ladders are already part of the equipment of emergency vehicles of the fire brigades and the THW and are consequently already present in the emergency vehicles provided for this purpose.
- the connecting strips according to the invention In order to have a stable frame available for the privacy screen in use, only the connecting strips according to the invention have to be carried along, which can be stowed away in a relatively space-saving manner due to their structure. If not already available on the vehicles, a corresponding privacy tarpaulin will be carried.
- the invention offers the advantage of providing a mobile privacy screen with existing ladders, which in the dismantled state takes up little additional space and weight and also ensures a high level of stability in the assembled state.
- the second pair of brackets has two first receiving openings which serve to receive the section of the rails of the second ladder facing away from the floor, and at least one second receiving opening which, together with one of the first receiving openings, serves to receive the bottom section of the rails of the second ladder.
- the receiving openings are each formed in holders of the second pair of holders.
- the brackets of the second bracket pair with the four receiving openings are each arranged on the connecting strip, the four receiving openings being open perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the connecting strip.
- the second conductor can be in each of the connecting strips, regardless of its orientation be plugged in.
- two connecting strips are preferably provided in order to build up the framework of the privacy wall.
- This configuration makes it possible to plug the same second ladder into both connecting strips, the bottom section of the stiles of the ladder being plugged into one of the two connecting strips and the section facing away from the bottom being plugged into the other connecting strip. It is also possible to plug two second conductors into the two connecting strips.
- the distance between the two first receiving openings corresponds to the distance between the spars on the section facing away from the floor.
- the distance between the second receiving opening and the one first receiving opening corresponds to the distance between the spars on the bottom section.
- a second receiving opening is preferably arranged in pairs with the other first receiving opening. This arrangement is described in more detail below.
- the shape and dimensions of the receiving openings are adapted to the shape and dimensions of the stiles of the second ladder on the respective section. Assign the spars z. B. a rectangular cross-section - as provided in DIN EN 1147 - the receiving openings are also rectangular, the width and the height of the receiving openings correspond to the width and depth of the spars on the respective section or are slightly larger so that the spars can be inserted and then held by the receiving openings.
- the first pair of brackets advantageously has two U-shaped profiles for receiving the bottom section of the stiles of the first ladder.
- U-shaped profiles each have a base part and two U-legs which are arranged on the base part so that the side opposite the base part is open (open side).
- the two U-shaped profiles are each arranged on the connecting strip and extend perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the connecting strip.
- the U-shaped profiles are aligned in such a way that the open sides of the two U-shaped profiles are arranged facing away from one another.
- the U-legs can have elongated holes through which snap locks that are located on the stiles of the first ladder are secured will.
- the distance between the two U-shaped profiles corresponds to the distance between the spars on the bottom section.
- the shape and dimensions of the U-shaped profiles are adapted to the shape and dimensions of the stiles of the second ladder on the bottom section.
- the first pair of holders and the second pair of holders are preferably arranged on the base body in such a way that the angle between the longitudinal axes of the two conductors is preferably in a range between 60 ° and 120 ° and particularly preferably in a range between 85 ° and 95 °.
- the angle is very particularly preferably 90 °, i. H. the longitudinal axes of the two conductors are perpendicular to one another.
- the first pair of holders is arranged such that the longitudinal axis of the first conductor runs vertically.
- the first ladder in this case is called the vertical ladder.
- the above-mentioned U-profiles extend upwards in the vertical direction from the connecting strip, the open sides being directed outwards in the longitudinal direction towards the ends of the base body.
- the rungs of the vertical first ladder are arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the base body.
- the second pair of brackets is arranged such that the longitudinal axis of the second conductor runs horizontally.
- the second ladder in this case is called the horizontal ladder.
- the above-mentioned receiving openings are directed in the horizontal direction and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the base body.
- the rungs of the horizontal second ladder are arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the connecting strip.
- the connecting strip lies lengthwise on the floor
- the horizontal second conductor also rests at least partially on the floor, as a result of which it develops a supporting effect perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the base body.
- the stiles of the ladder typically do not run parallel to one another, but spread out towards the bottom end.
- the first pair of holders is preferably not arranged perpendicularly on the base body, but is angled towards one another in the longitudinal direction of the base body.
- each holder of the first pair of holders is preferably inclined towards the other holder at an angle to the perpendicular of the longitudinal axis of the base body, this angle corresponding to the angle between the stiles and the longitudinal axis of the ladder.
- one holder of the first pair of holders is arranged adjacent to one another in pairs with at least one holder of the second pair of holders. If the second pair of holders has two holders with receiving openings, one holder of the first pair of holders is arranged between each two holders of the second pair of holders, lying against one another.
- the first pair of holders and the second pair of holders are advantageously arranged on the side facing away from the bottom of the preferably lying base body. As a result, the longitudinal axes of the two conductors and the longitudinal axis of the base body intersect at one point. This has the advantage that the weight distribution is balanced and the stability is increased.
- each holder of the first pair of holders is arranged between the holders of the second pair of holders.
- the first pair of brackets has two U-shaped profiles and the second pair of brackets has two brackets with first receiving openings and two brackets with second receiving openings
- the U-shaped profile is between the bracket with the first receiving opening and the bracket with the second receiving opening arranged. Since the distance between the stiles on the section facing away from the floor is typically smaller in the case of ladders, the two first brackets are closer to one another than the two second brackets. As a result of this arrangement, the open side of the U-shaped profile is delimited to the outside by the second mounting section. This has the advantage that the vertical first ladder is additionally secured.
- the connecting bar should stand securely on the floor. Therefore, foot parts are at the ends of the base body on the bottom side (Bottom) arranged.
- the foot parts also have openings through which a fastening means, such as. B. a ground anchor, can be performed and can finally be anchored in the ground.
- foot parts can have telescopic or foldable components in order to increase the stability of the support or of the entire screen wall element.
- the components described above are preferably attached to the base body by means of welding.
- a non-slip covering z. B. be provided a rubber covering.
- This non-slip covering is preferably provided on the foot parts described above. This increases the coefficient of friction for most substrates compared to the metals used for the connecting strip.
- a privacy screen wall element which comprises at least three ladders and two of the connecting strips described above as well as a privacy screen element.
- a first ladder is inserted with the bottom section of the stiles into the first pair of brackets, specifically into the U-shaped profiles.
- the first two conductors then preferably stand vertically on the connecting strip.
- two second ladders are plugged together by connecting the bottom-side section of one second ladder to the bottom-facing section of the other second ladder.
- one of the second conductors with the section of the stiles facing away from the bottom is inserted into the second pair of holders, preferably into the first two receiving openings, one of the two connecting strips and at the same time the other second ladder with the section of the stiles on the bottom is inserted into the second pair of holders, preferably into one of the first receiving openings and inserted into the corresponding second receiving opening, the other connecting strip.
- a framework for a wide screen wall element with four ladders can be realized that are typically found in this number in a fire brigade or THW emergency vehicle.
- only a second ladder can be used to build a narrow screen wall element instead of the two ladders mentioned above, which are inserted into both connecting strips.
- further second ladders can be provided.
- these second conductors can be plugged together directly; a further connection strip is advantageously provided between the two connection strips mentioned above, into which the second conductors are inserted as described above.
- This further connecting strip is designed as described above, but a first conductor does not necessarily have to be inserted into the connecting strip.
- the privacy screen element is then attached to this scaffolding, specifically by attaching the privacy screen element to at least the two vertical first ladders.
- the privacy screen element is preferably opaque and can, for. B. be a tarpaulin, a fabric, a banner, a mesh fabric or the like.
- the privacy screen element is optionally air-permeable.
- a line can be stretched between the two first conductors, preferably on the side facing away from the floor, and the privacy screen element can then be fastened over the line and, if necessary, stretched.
- This provides a mobile privacy screen wall element that takes up little additional space and also ensures a high level of stability.
- several privacy wall elements can be combined to form a privacy wall.
- FIG 1a is an isometric view and in Figure 1b is a front view of a first embodiment of the connecting strip 1 according to the invention shown.

Description
The present invention relates to a connecting strip for ladders for the construction of a privacy wall. In addition, the invention relates to a screen wall element which has ladders and the connecting strip.
Nowadays, onlookers and onlookers are an increasing nuisance during rescue operations, especially in traffic accidents and fire fighting. The onlookers not only disturb the emergency services directly at the scene, but also often cause delays or traffic jams on access roads and / or nearby ones Roads, which cause considerable problems and often dangerous situations.
Mobile privacy screens are therefore already known that are set up on site and prevent the outside view of the deployment site. Typically, privacy screens with a fixed frame are used, into which a tarpaulin or other privacy screen is then stretched. Similar to a site fence, these privacy screens are often reinforced with a grid between the frame. However, such privacy screens usually have to be requested separately.
In addition, mobile privacy screens are provided that can be carried in emergency vehicles and then installed on site. As a result, the mostly already fully loaded emergency vehicles with the components that are only used to set up the mobile privacy screen are additionally burdened. It mobile privacy screens are also known, which require less space, but this is at the expense of stability.
It is therefore the object of the invention to provide a mobile privacy screen that takes up little additional space and also ensures a high level of stability.
It is typically the task of the emergency services to erect a privacy screen. Nowadays there are ladders in many emergency vehicles of the fire brigade and the technical relief organization (THW). Such ladders for the fire brigade and the THW are standardized for Germany and in some EU countries in DIN EN 1147. There are usually four ladders per vehicle.

A connecting strip according to
The preferred material for the connecting strip is galvanized steel, aluminum or stainless steel. Other metals or plastics can also be provided if they ensure the necessary stability.
The following sections of the ladder refer to a vertical ladder. A bottom section is accordingly the lower section of the standing ladder, which is arranged at the end of the ladder standing on the floor. A section facing away from the bottom is the upper section of the ladder, which is arranged at the end of the ladder opposite the bottom section. The distance between the spars is reduced from the bottom end to the end facing away from the bottom.
A first pair of brackets is arranged on the base body of the connecting strip and it is designed to receive a bottom section of stiles of a first ladder. For this purpose, the dimensions and the spacing of the first pair of brackets are adapted to the dimensions and spacing of the first ladder. A second pair of brackets is also arranged on the base body and it is designed to accommodate a section on the bottom or a section facing away from the bottom of stiles of a second ladder. For this purpose, the dimensions and the distances of the second pair of brackets are the dimensions and distances of the second head adjusted. The first conductor and the second conductor are preferably the same and particularly preferably the first conductor and the second conductor correspond to DIN EN 1147 Are at an angle to each other that deviates from 0 ° and 180 °.
When the conductors are inserted into the connecting strip, the conductors and the connecting strip together form a support. Preferably, two such supports are provided in order to attach a privacy screen element on both sides. The supports are therefore easy to assemble using the ladders. The particular advantage of this invention results from the fact that the ladders are already part of the equipment of emergency vehicles of the fire brigades and the THW and are consequently already present in the emergency vehicles provided for this purpose. In order to have a stable frame available for the privacy screen in use, only the connecting strips according to the invention have to be carried along, which can be stowed away in a relatively space-saving manner due to their structure. If not already available on the vehicles, a corresponding privacy tarpaulin will be carried. In many operations, especially in traffic accidents, these ladders are not used for other purposes or at least not all of the ladders carried are used for other purposes. The invention therefore offers the advantage of providing a mobile privacy screen with existing ladders, which in the dismantled state takes up little additional space and weight and also ensures a high level of stability in the assembled state.
The second pair of brackets has two first receiving openings which serve to receive the section of the rails of the second ladder facing away from the floor, and at least one second receiving opening which, together with one of the first receiving openings, serves to receive the bottom section of the rails of the second ladder. The receiving openings are each formed in holders of the second pair of holders. The brackets of the second bracket pair with the four receiving openings are each arranged on the connecting strip, the four receiving openings being open perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the connecting strip. As a result, the second conductor can be in each of the connecting strips, regardless of its orientation be plugged in. As described above, two connecting strips are preferably provided in order to build up the framework of the privacy wall. This configuration makes it possible to plug the same second ladder into both connecting strips, the bottom section of the stiles of the ladder being plugged into one of the two connecting strips and the section facing away from the bottom being plugged into the other connecting strip. It is also possible to plug two second conductors into the two connecting strips.
The distance between the two first receiving openings corresponds to the distance between the spars on the section facing away from the floor. The distance between the second receiving opening and the one first receiving opening corresponds to the distance between the spars on the bottom section. A second receiving opening is preferably arranged in pairs with the other first receiving opening. This arrangement is described in more detail below.
The shape and dimensions of the receiving openings are adapted to the shape and dimensions of the stiles of the second ladder on the respective section.
The first pair of brackets advantageously has two U-shaped profiles for receiving the bottom section of the stiles of the first ladder. In general, U-shaped profiles each have a base part and two U-legs which are arranged on the base part so that the side opposite the base part is open (open side). The two U-shaped profiles are each arranged on the connecting strip and extend perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the connecting strip. The U-shaped profiles are aligned in such a way that the open sides of the two U-shaped profiles are arranged facing away from one another. In order to secure the first ladder in the U-shaped profiles, the U-legs can have elongated holes through which snap locks that are located on the stiles of the first ladder are secured will. The distance between the two U-shaped profiles corresponds to the distance between the spars on the bottom section. The shape and dimensions of the U-shaped profiles are adapted to the shape and dimensions of the stiles of the second ladder on the bottom section. Assign the spars z. B. a rectangular cross-section - as provided in DIN EN 1147 - so the base part and the U-legs form three sides of the corresponding rectangle, the width of the base part corresponds to the depth of the spar on the bottom section and the width of the U- Legs correspond to the depth of the spar on the bottom section or are minimally larger, so that the spars can be inserted and then held by the U-shaped profiles.
The first pair of holders and the second pair of holders are preferably arranged on the base body in such a way that the angle between the longitudinal axes of the two conductors is preferably in a range between 60 ° and 120 ° and particularly preferably in a range between 85 ° and 95 °. The angle is very particularly preferably 90 °, i. H. the longitudinal axes of the two conductors are perpendicular to one another.
In particular, it is provided that the first pair of holders is arranged such that the longitudinal axis of the first conductor runs vertically. The first ladder in this case is called the vertical ladder. The above-mentioned U-profiles extend upwards in the vertical direction from the connecting strip, the open sides being directed outwards in the longitudinal direction towards the ends of the base body. Thus, after insertion, the rungs of the vertical first ladder are arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the base body. Furthermore, in this case it is particularly provided that the second pair of brackets is arranged such that the longitudinal axis of the second conductor runs horizontally. The second ladder in this case is called the horizontal ladder. The above-mentioned receiving openings are directed in the horizontal direction and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the base body. Thus, after insertion, the rungs of the horizontal second ladder are arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the connecting strip. When the connecting strip lies lengthwise on the floor, the horizontal second conductor also rests at least partially on the floor, as a result of which it develops a supporting effect perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the base body. The stiles of the ladder typically do not run parallel to one another, but spread out towards the bottom end. Accordingly, the first pair of holders is preferably not arranged perpendicularly on the base body, but is angled towards one another in the longitudinal direction of the base body. In other words, each holder of the first pair of holders is preferably inclined towards the other holder at an angle to the perpendicular of the longitudinal axis of the base body, this angle corresponding to the angle between the stiles and the longitudinal axis of the ladder.
Preferably, one holder of the first pair of holders is arranged adjacent to one another in pairs with at least one holder of the second pair of holders. If the second pair of holders has two holders with receiving openings, one holder of the first pair of holders is arranged between each two holders of the second pair of holders, lying against one another. The first pair of holders and the second pair of holders are advantageously arranged on the side facing away from the bottom of the preferably lying base body. As a result, the longitudinal axes of the two conductors and the longitudinal axis of the base body intersect at one point. This has the advantage that the weight distribution is balanced and the stability is increased.
Particularly preferably, each holder of the first pair of holders is arranged between the holders of the second pair of holders. If the first pair of brackets has two U-shaped profiles and the second pair of brackets has two brackets with first receiving openings and two brackets with second receiving openings, the U-shaped profile is between the bracket with the first receiving opening and the bracket with the second receiving opening arranged.
The connecting bar should stand securely on the floor. Therefore, foot parts are at the ends of the base body on the bottom side (Bottom) arranged. The foot parts also have openings through which a fastening means, such as. B. a ground anchor, can be performed and can finally be anchored in the ground.
In addition, the foot parts can have telescopic or foldable components in order to increase the stability of the support or of the entire screen wall element.
The components described above are preferably attached to the base body by means of welding.
Also on the bottom side (underside) of the base body can be at least partially a non-slip covering, z. B. be provided a rubber covering. This non-slip covering is preferably provided on the foot parts described above. This increases the coefficient of friction for most substrates compared to the metals used for the connecting strip.
In addition, a privacy screen wall element is proposed which comprises at least three ladders and two of the connecting strips described above as well as a privacy screen element.
For each of the two connecting strips, a first ladder is inserted with the bottom section of the stiles into the first pair of brackets, specifically into the U-shaped profiles. The first two conductors then preferably stand vertically on the connecting strip. To build a wide screen wall element, two second ladders are plugged together by connecting the bottom-side section of one second ladder to the bottom-facing section of the other second ladder. Then one of the second conductors with the section of the stiles facing away from the bottom is inserted into the second pair of holders, preferably into the first two receiving openings, one of the two connecting strips and at the same time the other second ladder with the section of the stiles on the bottom is inserted into the second pair of holders, preferably into one of the first receiving openings and inserted into the corresponding second receiving opening, the other connecting strip. In this way, a framework for a wide screen wall element with four ladders can be realized that are typically found in this number in a fire brigade or THW emergency vehicle.
Alternatively, only a second ladder can be used to build a narrow screen wall element instead of the two ladders mentioned above, which are inserted into both connecting strips.
In order to build up an even wider screen wall element, further second ladders can be provided. In principle, these second conductors can be plugged together directly; a further connection strip is advantageously provided between the two connection strips mentioned above, into which the second conductors are inserted as described above. This further connecting strip is designed as described above, but a first conductor does not necessarily have to be inserted into the connecting strip.
The privacy screen element is then attached to this scaffolding, specifically by attaching the privacy screen element to at least the two vertical first ladders. The privacy screen element is preferably opaque and can, for. B. be a tarpaulin, a fabric, a banner, a mesh fabric or the like. The privacy screen element is optionally air-permeable. In particular, a line can be stretched between the two first conductors, preferably on the side facing away from the floor, and the privacy screen element can then be fastened over the line and, if necessary, stretched.
This provides a mobile privacy screen wall element that takes up little additional space and also ensures a high level of stability. Depending on the location and the environment, several privacy wall elements can be combined to form a privacy wall.

Two first receiving profiles 12 and two second receiving profiles 13 are also arranged on the upper side of the
In addition, the

The two second plug-in
The second plug-in
In further embodiments not shown here, instead of the two second plug-in
In still further embodiments, also not shown, a further connecting strip can be provided, which is arranged between the two connecting

In other exemplary embodiments, not shown here, only a second plug-in ladder is used instead of the two plug-in
