Definitions

  • the invention relates to a vacuum cleaner floor nozzle arrangement comprising a housing with a suction channel connected to a suction air duct and a first lower part arranged on the underside of the housing and having a first sliding base and a suction mouth connected to the suction channel.
  • vacuum cleaner floor nozzles are from the publications EP3298943 , GB2492005 , DE102013108893 and KR20030002381 known.
  • Vacuum cleaner floor nozzles are in contact with a floor surface to be cleaned and direct a suction air flow entering the system of the vacuum cleaner. As a result, they are largely responsible for the cleaning effect, since the local flow and pressure conditions are decisive for the amount of dirt that can be removed with the suction air flow. Special designs of the vacuum cleaner nozzle can also promote the detachment of dirt adhering to the floor surface.
  • the floor surfaces to be cleaned by vacuum cleaners have very different properties. Dry cleaning with household vacuum cleaners is common especially for smooth hard floors (for example parquet, plastic coverings etc.), grooved hard floors (for example tiles) and different types of hardness of textile floor coverings. Even within textile floor coverings, there are different properties in terms of compressibility and air permeability, for example between short-pile and long-pile carpets. To achieve an optimal cleaning result, it is therefore always necessary to adapt the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle to the specific floor covering. This applies in particular when - for example, due to energy saving regulations or when the vacuum cleaner is portable, only a low suction power is available.
  • vacuum cleaner floor nozzles have in the past become increasingly specialized in types and sub-types of floor covering.
  • the adjustment options in relation to the shape of the suction mouth are very limited or can only be implemented with disproportionate technical effort.
  • Another possibility is to have different, essentially non-adjustable, vacuum cleaner nozzle types for different application scenarios.
  • a particularly good adaptation to the respective specialized application is possible here.
  • the shape of the entire nozzle body, the suction mouth and the underside can be varied greatly.
  • the disadvantage here is that the material and production costs increase considerably with different vacuum cleaner nozzles.
  • the different nozzles must also be stored by the user and carried along when they are used so that they can be exchanged as required.
  • the invention is based on the object of enabling an improved adaptation of a vacuum cleaner floor nozzle to different types of floor covering.
  • the material and space efficiency should be preserved.
  • the first lower part is releasably connected according to the invention to the housing to form a vacuum cleaner floor nozzle in a first configuration.
  • the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle arrangement also has a second lower part with a second sliding sole and with a second suction mouth.
  • the second lower part has a different geometry than the first lower part and, in exchange with the first lower part, can be releasably attached to the housing in a second configuration to form a vacuum cleaner floor nozzle.
  • the second suction mouth is connected to the suction channel.
  • the respective suction mouth and the respective sliding sole are part of the corresponding lower part.
  • the first or second lower part can essentially be designed as a molded part in which at least a part of the underside forms the corresponding sliding sole and the corresponding suction mouth is formed by an opening on the underside.
  • the molded part can in particular be produced in one piece, for example by injection molding. Add-on parts - such as, in particular, thread lifters - can be provided on the molded part.
  • the teaching according to the invention is particularly advantageous when a large number of different types of floor coverings have to be cleaned with the greatest possible efficiency and thoroughness, such as, for example, in commercial building cleaning.
  • the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle arrangement according to the invention also provides considerable added value in the private sector when used on different types of floors.
  • the vacuum cleaner bottom nozzle arrangement according to the invention is intended in particular for dry cleaning.
  • the first sliding sole of the first lower part and / or the second sliding sole of the second lower part have a sliding bevel arranged in front of the suction mouth in the working direction and a sliding bevel arranged behind the suction mouth in the working direction. These can then be varied particularly easily in terms of their characteristics, position and shape by exchanging the first lower part for the second lower part.
  • the slide-on slope of the first lower part and / or the second lower part preferably has a width of at least 15 mm and is inclined relative to the horizontal by an angle between 5 ° and 15 °.
  • the sliding slope of the first lower part and / or the second lower part expediently has a width of at least 25 mm and is inclined relative to the horizontal by an angle between 3 ° and 10 °.
  • the first lower part preferably makes up at least 50% of the area of the underside of the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle in the first configuration and / or the second lower part makes up at least 50% of the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle according to the second configuration. Because at least half of the underside is exchangeable, a particularly extensive redesign of the nozzle body, in particular its underside, can be achieved with simple means.
  • the first lower part and / or the second lower part preferably make up at least 90%, in particular at least 95%, very preferably essentially the entire underside of the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle.
  • An overlapping edge of the housing, as well as areas with lowerable sealing and / or support elements, can be disregarded here. The larger the exchanged area on the underside of the housing, the greater the freedom of design and the possibility of adapting the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle in the first or second configuration.
  • the suction mouth makes up a maximum of half, preferably a maximum of 30 to 45% of the area of the underside of the first lower part and / or the second lower part.
  • the lower part should therefore also have other essential functional units such as a sliding area and / or its own separate support elements.
  • the suction mouth of the first lower part has a larger cross-sectional area than the suction mouth of the second lower part.
  • the suction force effect can be concentrated on a smaller area with a smaller cross-section, with higher flow velocities also occurring. This is particularly advantageous when used on particularly long-pile carpets, so that the suction air flow can penetrate deep into the textile material.
  • a smaller suction mouth leaves a larger one Support suitable sliding surface on the lower part, so that the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle formed sinks less deeply into the softer long-pile carpet.
  • the cross-sectional area of the first suction mouth and the cross-sectional area of the second suction mouth are the same size.
  • the two lower parts can then differ in particular in terms of the shape and / or positioning of the suction mouth. In this way, suction properties that are very individually adapted to the respective application can be provided.
  • a rotatably held support element in particular a running wheel or a running roller, can be arranged on the first lower part and / or on the second lower part.
  • this support element is not designed to be displaceable with respect to the lower part, so that constant support takes place on hard floors.
  • the first and the second lower part can preferably each be fastened to the housing by means of locking elements.
  • the fastening is provided on one side by a form fit, so that a fastening element only needs to be provided on an opposite side.
  • the fastening element can be arranged on the respective lower parts but also on the housing.
  • latching connections, locking slides and / or rotary locking elements come into consideration as detachable fastening elements.
  • the latter can be formed in particular by screws and / or rotary bayonet locks.
  • the locking elements can in particular be operated without tools. This means that they can be loosened or closed with bare hands or with the help of simple aids such as a coin.
  • a suction space arranged above the suction mouth with a central opening is preferably provided on the corresponding lower part.
  • the suction channel preferably has a receiving area into which the lower part protrudes with an associated connecting piece.
  • the suction channel preferably has a receiving area into which the lower part protrudes with an associated connecting piece.
  • the invention also relates to a vacuum cleaner comprising a housing with a fan arranged therein for generating a suction air flow and a dirt collecting space for separating dirt particles carried along in the suction air flow.
  • a previously described housing is connected to a suction air duct connected to the dirt collecting space, with which at least two lower parts can alternatively be attached to form a suction mouth and a sliding base.
  • the Fig. 1 shows a bottom view of a first suction configuration formed in the context of an exemplary embodiment of a vacuum cleaner base nozzle arrangement according to the invention.
  • a housing 1 is provided, which is provided by means of a suction connection piece 2 arranged in the rear area for connecting a suction channel 3 arranged in the interior to the suction air duct of a vacuum cleaner.
  • a first lower part 4a is arranged on the underside of the housing and has a first sliding base 5a and a first suction mouth 6a connected to the suction channel 3.
  • bristle strips 7 are provided as thread lifters in front of and behind the first suction mouth 6a.
  • the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle extends essentially in a working direction x and in a transverse direction y.
  • the first lower part 4a in the area of the sliding sole 5a has both a slide-on bevel arranged in the working direction x in front of the first suction mouth 6a and a slide-on bevel arranged in the working direction x behind the first suction mouth 6a.
  • the width a 1 of the slide-on slope in the working direction x is at least 15 mm and the width b 1 of the slide-on slope in the working direction x is at least 25 mm.
  • Both the slide-on bevel and the slide-off bevel are essentially planar, with them are inclined by an angle between 5 ° and 15 ° or between 3 ° and 10 ° with respect to a horizontal defined by the front and rear edge of the first suction mouth 6a.
  • a gap is provided between the front edge of the lower part 4a in the working direction x and the outer edge of the housing 1, a gap is provided in which a brush strip 8 that is adjustable with respect to the housing 1 is arranged.
  • This serves to adjust the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle according to the first configuration shown between a carpet floor position with raised brush strips and a smooth floor position with lowered brush strips.
  • a roller 9 is arranged in the area of the sliding slope of the lower part 4a.
  • the lower part 4a is detachably connected to the housing, in particular detachable without tools.
  • the lower part 4a engages behind in a front area in the working direction x with projections of the housing 1.
  • two detachable locking elements 10 are also provided. These can fasten the lower part 4a to the housing 1 by means of a rotational movement or release it again by turning in the opposite direction.
  • wide slots are provided on the locking elements 10, which can be operated by means of simple aids - for example a coin.
  • a second lower part 4b which completes the vacuum cleaner nozzle arrangement according to the invention is shown.
  • the geometry of a second suction mouth 6b and also the geometry of a second sliding sole 5b differ from those of the first lower part 4a. While the in the working direction x If the measured width a 2 of the slide-on bevel corresponds approximately to the width a 1 of the first lower part 4a, the slide-off bevel in the shown second lower part 4b is made somewhat longer with a width b 2 .
  • the second suction mouth 6b is also designed with a smaller width c 2 than the width c 1 of the first lower part 4a.
  • the second suction mouth 6b of the second lower part 4b has a significantly reduced cross-sectional area compared to the first suction mouth 6a.
  • a further comparative consideration reveals that the first suction mouth 6a is designed with a circumferential, continuous suction mouth edge in one plane. Meanwhile, the second suction mouth 6b is designed to be open at the edges for side suction. In connection with the downwardly directed smaller opening area of the second suction mouth 6b, the side suction is additionally forced here.
  • the locking elements 10 of the second lower part 4b are essentially identical to those of the first lower part 4a. However, in the exemplary embodiment shown, they are arranged offset both in the working direction x and in the transverse direction y.
  • the position of the locking elements 10 can be selected in the design of different lower parts 4a, 4b so that they disrupt the function and positioning of both the suction mouth 6a, 6b and the sliding sole 5a, 5b as little as possible.
  • this must correspondingly have several receiving elements for interacting with the locking elements 10 at different lateral positions.
  • At least one channel-shaped receiving element is also conceivable, for example, in which the locking elements can engage along any desired positions displaced in the longitudinal direction.
  • FIG. 2B The illustrated rear view shows details of the fastening of the second lower part 4b to the housing. These also represent the facts of the first lower part 4a.
  • retaining tabs 11 are provided which engage in associated recesses of the housing, not shown in the figures.
  • the lower part 4b is pushed axially into the recesses and / or pivoted.
  • the locking elements 10 are provided in the rear area, the fastening sections of which are designed in a helical manner as shown.
  • the locking elements 10 can be fastened in an associated receptacle with an internal thread or in a profiled groove by a rotary movement.
  • FIG. 2B it can also be seen that in the rear area of the second suction mouth 6b a suction mouth with a central opening 12 is provided which corresponds to the dimensions of the suction channel 3.
  • the opening has a greater extent in the working direction than the second suction mouth 6b.
  • the edge of the opening 12 is provided with a step which connects to the suction channel 3 in a form-fitting manner.
