Description

The invention relates to a room cell for a room-in-room system with at least one floor element, wall elements, wall corner elements and at least one ceiling element, whereby adjacent wall elements or wall corner elements are detachably connected to one another according to the tongue and groove principle and wherein between the wall elements and the wall corner elements and the at least one ceiling element, a circumferential ceiling profile made of several interconnected ceiling profile elements is arranged, which have a downwardly open groove in which the upper ends of the wall elements engage. Such room cells for room-in-room systems are intended to create smaller, separate rooms in larger rooms, e.g. in offices, on exhibition areas or in factory halls, which can be used as a retreat for undisturbed work, for meetings or the like. For this purpose, the room cells usually have sound-absorbing wall and ceiling elements, with a lockable access (door) being provided.

A room cell with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is off DE 20 2012 003 817 U1 known. This room cell has cassette-like panels for the modular formation of a floor element, a wall element and a ceiling element as well as corner panels, each panel having top surfaces on both sides and filling material in between, for example made of rock wool. To connect adjacent panels to one another according to the tongue and groove principle, each panel has a groove on one vertical side edge and a tongue on the other vertical side edge, which are made of sheet steel at least on the end faces. To connect the Wall elements with the ceiling elements, a ceiling edge profile is provided which has a downwardly open groove with which it is attached to a wall element and overlaps this on both sides. Similarly designed skirting boards are provided for connection to the floor. Special panels, namely door and glass panels, are provided to form an entrance and for lighting. Furthermore, in addition to corner profiles, T-shaped profiles are also provided, which enable external partition walls or the like.

A room cell with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is also off US 2016/017653 A1 known.

Furthermore, room cells are known (https://officebricks.de), which are formed from individual building block-like, sound-insulating wall modules, floor, ceiling, door and glass elements in variable sizes. To form the walls of the room cell, the individual wall modules are stacked next to and on top of each other like building blocks, which enables very simple assembly and dismantling.

The object of the invention is to create a stable space cell with a variable structure which can be used universally and which manages with as few different components as possible.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that the wall elements engage with tongue sections on the top in the groove of the ceiling profile elements and that the groove of the ceiling profile elements has indentations on both sides for rubber profiles protruding into the groove to hold a glass pane or a door frame, the respective ceiling profile element and the at least one Have ceiling element for form-fitting connection to each other complementary areas.

This design of the wall elements and the ceiling profile elements makes it possible, without additional components, to connect the wall elements to each other and to the ceiling profile elements in a stable manner as well as to integrate a door frame and glass panes stably into the room cell without additional connecting elements, since the groove of the ceiling profile elements is used to accommodate the top-side spring sections of the wall elements and the door frame and at least a glass note is suitable. The interconnected ceiling profile elements form a closed ring anchor that ensures a high level of stability of the room cell. In addition, the ceiling elements are also held in a form-fitting manner on the ceiling profile elements, with additional securing by means of screw connections or the like generally being provided. Wall elements of different widths can be provided, which makes it easy to create room cells of different sizes (e.g. as a telephone booth, small work room, meeting room).

In a preferred embodiment it is provided that arcuate ceiling profile corner elements are arranged between the ceiling profile elements. The wall corner elements are then also cross-sectional arched on the outside, so that the room cell has rounded corners on the outside, which avoids the risk of injury, provides a visually appealing appearance and promotes the ring anchor function of the ceiling profile elements and the ceiling profile corner elements. The inner geometry of the corners is preferably angular in order to be able to attach sound insulation elements flush with the inner wall surfaces.

It is very particularly preferred that the ceiling profile elements and / or the ceiling profile corner elements have a lateral receiving groove on their outside, into which a lighting strip, in particular an LED strip strip, is inserted. This lighting strip is then visible from all sides and if it is expediently (automatically) activated when the room cell is occupied, it can be recognized by people in the vicinity, but outside the room cell, regardless of their location. The receiving groove preferably has an undercut area in which the lighting strip is received so that it is not visible and only emits light to the outside in the activated state. Side-view LEDs are preferably used, so that complete all-round illumination is possible without additional measures, such as diffusing screens or the like.

It is also provided that the wall elements and the wall corner elements on their The underside are folded inwards in at least one step and in some areas rest on the at least one floor element and overlap the at least one floor element on the outside. This makes it possible to do without additional skirting boards. As a rule, however, an additional safeguard by means of screw connections or the like is provided between the elements.

It is particularly advantageous that the wall elements and the wall corner elements are folded inwardly in two stages on their underside, the upper horizontal fold area being designed as an edge receptacle for a floor covering. The floor covering, e.g. carpet tiles, can then simply be laid at the edge by sliding it into the edge mount without the need for skirting boards.

It is particularly preferred that the at least one floor element, the at least one ceiling element, the wall elements and the wall corner elements consist of sandwich elements with at least two cover layers and at least one middle layer arranged between the cover layers in the form of a periodically recurring, double-curved shell structure. Such sandwich elements are made of EP 1 758 733 B1 known and have a high load capacity with a low specific weight. In addition, it is basically possible to lay lines or cables hidden inside the sandwich elements.

In order to make the room cell as sound-absorbing as possible, provision is made for sound-absorbing elements to be detachably attached to the inside of the wall elements via spacers.

It is particularly advantageous if the soundproofing elements are arranged at a distance from the at least one floor element forming a ventilation gap, with air inlet openings being provided in the at least one ceiling element, which are in fluid connection with the cavities between the soundproofing elements and the wall elements. This configuration enables a simple ventilation concept that is almost invisible.

It is preferably provided that in the center of the at least one ceiling element at least one exhaust air opening with at least one suction fan that is in fluid connection with the interior of the room cell is provided.

It is useful here that the at least one exhaust air opening in the at least one ceiling element is covered by a suspended ceiling panel, in particular a lighting element.

In a manner known per se, an inlet opening is provided on at least one side through which the room cell is accessible.

In this case, a door frame with door is preferably provided in the entrance opening, which is held stable on the top in the groove of the associated ceiling profile element.

Furthermore, a glass pane is preferably provided adjacent to at least one wall element and / or at least one wall corner element and / or the door frame.

It is provided that in the area of the door frame and possibly the glass pane on the at least one floor element, a floor profile is attached which overlaps the outside of the floor element and has a receiving groove for the door frame and / or glass pane on the top and a recess on the inside for the edge of the floor covering. The door frame and, if necessary, the glass pane are then also securely accommodated on the underside in the floor profile, which also accommodates the edge of a floor covering.

Finally, a door entry profile with a non-slip contour, which can be releasably fastened to the floor profile and which covers the profile top, is provided, which can preferably be clipped onto the floor profile.

A room cell for a room-in-room system is generally denoted by 1. This room cell 1 has a floor on the underside, which in the exemplary embodiment is formed from three floor elements 2. These floor elements 2 are plugged into one another via tongue and groove connections (not shown in detail) and are releasably fastened to one another by suitable fastening means.

In the exemplary embodiment, the side walls of the room cell 1 are formed by wall elements 3, curved wall corner elements 4, a door frame 5 with a door 6 pivotably accommodated therein, and two glass panes 7, with at least one glass pane 7 being arranged on one side of the door frame 5. In the exemplary embodiment, the ceiling of the room cell 1 is formed by three ceiling elements 8. These ceiling elements 8 are plugged into one another via tongue and groove connections (not shown in detail). The wall elements 3 and the wall corner elements 4 are also formed laterally with tongue and groove connections, which are no longer shown, so that adjacent wall elements 3 or wall corner elements 4 can be plugged into one another laterally.

The floor elements 2, the wall elements 3, the wall corner elements 4 and the Ceiling elements 8 are preferably formed from sandwich elements, as shown in FIG EP 1 758 733 B1 are described.

To connect the wall elements 3 and the wall corner elements 4 to the ceiling elements 8, a circumferential ceiling profile, generally designated 9, is provided that is formed from four ceiling profile elements 10, which are each connected to one another via a total of four arcuate ceiling profile corner elements 11. Each ceiling profile element 9 has a downwardly open groove 12 into which tongue sections 13 of the wall elements 3 engage on the upper side. The groove 12 of the ceiling profile elements 10 has indentations 14, 15 on both sides for rubber profiles 16, 17 protruding into the groove 12 for holding the glass pane 7 or the door frame 5. In order to achieve a positive connection between the respective ceiling profile element 10 and the respective ceiling element 8, the respective ceiling profile element 10 and the respective ceiling element 8 have areas that are complementary to one another. For this purpose, it is provided in the exemplary embodiment that the respective ceiling profile element 10 has a bulge 18 on the top and the respective ceiling element 8 has a complementary indentation 19 on the edge on the underside.

Furthermore, the ceiling profile elements 10 and the ceiling profile corner elements 11 preferably have a lateral receiving groove 20 on their outside, into which a lighting strip, in particular an LED strip strip, is inserted. The ring-shaped ceiling profile 9 is then completely surrounded by a lighting strip that can be perceived from all directions when activated outside the room cell 1.

To connect the wall elements 3 and the wall corner elements 4 with the floor elements 2, the wall elements 3 and the wall corner elements 4 are folded inwards at least in one step on their underside, in the exemplary embodiment in two steps, with a first horizontal fold area 21 resting on the floor elements 2 and otherwise with a lower outer edge region 22, the respective floor element 2 overlap on the outside, so that the floor elements 2 are not visible from the outside. A second inner, upper horizontal fold area 23 is designed as an edge receptacle for a floor covering 24, for example carpet tiles.

If a door frame 5 or a glass pane 7 is installed instead of a wall element 3, rubber profiles 16, 17 are inserted into the indentations 14, 15 of the relevant ceiling profile element 10, which protrude into the groove 12 and into which the door frame 5 or the glass pane 7 clamps can be used. In order to hold the door frame 5 or the glass pane 7 securely in the floor area as well, a floor profile 25 is provided which is fastened to the associated floor element 2. This floor profile 25 has an overlap area 26 with which the floor profile 25 overlaps the outside of the floor element 2. At the top, the bottom profile 25 has a receiving groove 27, the receiving groove 27 having indentations 28, 29 on both sides, comparable to the ceiling profile elements 10, for receiving rubber profiles protruding into the receiving groove 27 to hold the door frame 5 or glass pane 7. On the inside, the floor profile 25 has a recess for receiving the edge of the floor covering 24, which is formed by a shortened vertical leg 30. The recess thus formed is in Fig. 7 labeled 31.

Furthermore, a door entry profile 32 is provided, which can be releasably attached to the floor profile 25 and serves to cover the floor profile 25 in the area of a door frame 5 towards the top. On the upper side, the door entrance profile 32 is provided with a non-slip contour 33 and on the underside it has locking webs 34 which make it possible to clip the door entrance profile onto the floor profile 25.

On the inside of the wall elements 3, plate-shaped soundproofing elements 35 are releasably attached via spacers (not shown). The soundproofing elements are arranged at a distance from the floor elements 2, forming a ventilation gap 36. As a result, cavities 37 are formed between the wall elements 3 and the soundproofing elements 35, which are accessible on the one hand in the floor area via the ventilation gaps 36 and on the other hand through supply air openings 38 in the ceiling elements 8. At least one exhaust air opening 39 is provided in a ceiling element 8, preferably in the center of the room cell 1, four exhaust air openings 39 being provided in the exemplary embodiment. In the area of each exhaust air opening 39 there is a suction fan 40 which is in fluid connection with the interior of the room cell 1. The four suction fans 40 can be accommodated in a common mounting frame 41 which is fastened to the underside of the associated ceiling element 8. From the inside, the exhaust air openings 39 or the suction fans 40 are covered by a suspended ceiling plate, which is preferably designed as a plate-shaped lighting element 42. If the suction fans 40 are switched on, an air flow thus results which is indicated by arrows 43 in Fig. 9 is indicated. The ventilation elements are thus not perceptible, the cavities 37 can additionally also be used to accommodate lines or the like.

To assemble the room cell 1, the floor is first created, depending on the size of the room cell 1 from one or more floor elements 2, which are connected to one another accordingly. On the underside, at least in the corner areas of the room cell 1, preferably height-adjustable foot elements 44 are provided in order to be able to align the floor elements horizontally. The floor elements 2 connected to one another are raised so far for the subsequent assembly of the wall elements 3 and wall corner elements 4 that locking screws 45 pass through the from below respective floor element 2 can be screwed into the lower edge of the wall element 3 or the wall corner element 4. A lifting device, which can be designed hydraulically, pneumatically, manually and / or electrically, is used for lifting. This lifting device can also be used for subsequent relocation of the assembled room module to another location. After the wall elements 3 and the wall corner elements 4 have been installed, a floor profile 25 is arranged on the associated floor element 2 where the door frame 5 and the glass panes 7 are to be installed, and preferably fastened by means of screws. The door frame 5 is inserted into the floor profile 25 and then the ceiling profile 9 is placed from above onto the wall elements 3, the wall corner elements 4 and the door frame 5. Thereafter, the ceiling elements 8 are positively placed on the ceiling profile 9 and subsequently secured by means of locking screws 46 which penetrate through bores in the ceiling profile elements 10 into the wall elements 3. The ring-shaped closed ceiling profile forms a closed ring anchor, whereby the room cell 1 is very stable.

The glass panes 7 can then be installed, the height of the glass panes 7 being less than the distance between the lower edge of the receiving groove 27 of the floor profile 25 and the upper edge of the groove 12 of the ceiling profile element 10. This means that the glass panes 7 can only be installed afterwards. An inspection opening for supplying power and / or communication lines is preferably provided in the middle floor element 2 and is closed with a cover 47.

In the Figures 13 to 18 a preferred embodiment of the ceiling profile corner element 11 is shown, which is designed in two parts, namely has an arched lower part 48 and an arched upper part 49, which can be connected to one another by means of connecting screws 50. For this purpose, the lower part 48 has two pegs 51 with threaded bores and the upper part 49 has two tabs 52 which are aligned with the pegs 51 in the mounting position and have bores for the connecting screws 50. The lower part 48 and the upper part 49 can, for example, be designed as die-cast parts.

The lower part 48 has an angular inner contour 53 to match the correspondingly designed angular inner contour of the wall corner elements 4. The lower part 48 has a web 54 with a bore 55 at both ends. The respective web 54 is during assembly ( Figures 13 and 14 ) overlapped by the ends of the associated ceiling profile elements 10 and fastened to them by means of connecting screws 56.

The lateral receiving groove 20 is formed by both the lower part 48 and the upper part 49, an undercut 57 being formed in the upper part 49. This undercut 57 enables adhesive-free assembly of an LED strip strip 63, which is shown in Fig. 18 is indicated. The LED strip strip 63 remains hanging in the receiving groove 20 due to the undercut 57.

Adjacent to the pegs 51 or tabs 52, the lower part 48 each has a peg 58 which, in conjunction with the pegs 51 or tabs 52, serves as a tension lock for a connecting cable 62 connected to the LED strip strip 63. On the underside of the lower part 48, two locking bolts 59 are provided, which are used to pre-assemble the ceiling profile corner element on the associated wall corner element 4.

In the lower part 48, two opening windows 60 with adjoining spacer bolts 61 are symmetrically provided in the area of the receiving groove 20 in order to avoid squeezing the LED strip strip 63. In Fig. 18 it is shown how an LED strip strip 62 with its connection cable 63 is inserted into the lower part 48. The connection cable 62 is inserted in a clamping manner between the pin 58 and the pin 51 or the tab 52 for the purpose of strain relief, the LED strip strip 62 is guided from the inside through the opening window 60 into the receiving groove 20. In the same way, an LED strip strip 62 is inserted into the other half of the lower part 48, which is not shown.

Of course, the invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiments shown. Further refinements are possible without departing from the basic idea. The room cell 1 can easily be created in different sizes by using more or fewer wall elements 3 or wall elements 3 of different widths. In addition, by using differently designed ceiling profile corner elements, it is possible to add additional wall elements or additional room cell (s) 1 on the outside of the room cell 1. The ceiling profile corner element in question is then cross-sectional z. B. T-shaped or star-shaped. Depending on the intended use of the room cell 1, an open entrance without a door can also be provided; apart from the wall corner elements 4, at least one side wall can only be filled with glass panes 7 be. A hood or cover that is equipped with a sound-absorbing material can also be attached or placed on top of the room cell 1, with a labyrinth-like air duct being integrated into it, which is connected to the air inlet openings 38 and / or the exhaust air openings 39. This improves the sound insulation.
