Claims (14)

  1. Türscharnieranordnung (1) für eine Waschmaschine (2), die eine Wäscheladeöffnung (4) bildendes Gehäuse (3) aufweist, wobei die Türscharnieranordnung (1) aufweist:
    - eine Tür (5), die konfiguriert ist, um die Wäscheladeöffnung (4) zu öffnen und zu schließen;
    - ein Scharnier (6), das einen oder mehrere erste Scharnierkörper (7), die mit dem Gehäuse (3) fest verbindbar sind, und einen oder mehrere zweite Scharnierkörper (8), die mit der Tür (5) verbunden sind, aufweist;
    wobei der eine oder die mehreren ersten Scharnierkörper (7) mit dem einen oder den mehreren zweiten Scharnierkörpern (8) um eine Scharnierachse (9) herum schwenkbar verbunden sind, um eine Schwenkverbindung um die Scharnierachse (9) zwischen der Tür (5) und dem Gehäuse (3) zu erhalten;
    - einen oder mehrere erste Kanäle (10), die innerhalb des einen oder der mehreren ersten Scharnierkörper (7) ausgebildet sind;
    - einen oder mehrere zweite Kanäle (11), die innerhalb des einen oder der mehreren zweiten Scharnierkörper (8) ausgebildet und mit dem einen oder den mehreren ersten Kanälen (7) in einem oder mehreren Schwenkkupplungsübergängen (12) verbunden sind, um eine oder mehrere durchgehende Leitungen (13) zu erhalten, die sich von dem Gehäuse (3) durch das Scharnier (6) bis zu der Tür (5) erstrecken, wobei der eine oder die mehreren Schwenkkupplungsübergängen (12) den Innenraum des ersten Kanals (10) und des zweiten Kanals (12) von Außenumgebung flüssigkeitsdicht isolieren, und die durchgehenden Leitungen (13) eine hydraulische Verbindung zum Fördern von flüssigen Detergenzien und/oder Spülwasser und/oder einen Kanal für den Durchtritt von elektrischen Drähten vorsehen,
    wobei:
    - der erste Kanal (10) des ersten Scharnierkörpers (7) sich von einem ersten Einlassende (16) zu einem ersten Auslassende (15) erstreckt;
    - der zweite Kanal (11) des zweiten Scharnierkörpers (8) sich von einem zweiten Einlassende (18) zu einem zweiten Auslassende (17) erstreckt;
    - das erste Auslassende (15) fest und mit dem Gehäuse (3) stationär ist;
    - das zweite Einlassende (18) mit der Tür (5) verbunden ist;
    - das erste Einlassende (16) an dem Schwenkkupplungsübergang (12) mit dem zweiten Auslassende (17) schwenkbar verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest einer der ersten Scharnierkörper (7) bildet:
    - einen ersten Basisabschnitt (28), der sich quer zur Scharnierachse (9) erstreckt und mit dem Gehäuse (3) verbunden ist und die ersten Auslassenden (15) der ersten Kanäle (10) bildet, sowie
    - eine Mehrzahl erster Zweigabschnitte (29), die sich von dem ersten Basisabschnitt (28) in einer im Wesentlichen konzentrischen Richtung im Bezug auf die Scharnierachse (9) erstrecken und die mit den zweiten Scharnierkörpern (8) verbunden sind und die ersten Einlassenden (16) der ersten Kanäle (10) bilden,
    und dass zumindest einer der zweiten Scharnierkörper (8) bildet:
    - einen zweiten Basisabschnitt (32), der sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Scharnierachse (9) erstreckt und das zweite Einlassende (17) des zweiten Kanals (11) bildet und mit dem ersten Scharnierkörper (7) verbunden ist, sowie
    - einen zweiten Zweigabschnitt (33), der sich von dem zweiten Basisabschnitt (32) in Richtung quer zu der Scharnierachse (9) erstreckt und der mit der Tür (5) verbunden ist und das zweite Einlassende (18) des zweiten Kanals (11) bildet.
  2. Türscharnieranordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Scharnier (6) ferner einen oder mehrere dritte Scharnierkörper (21) aufweist, die mit den ersten Scharnierkörpern (7) um die Scharnierachse (9) schwenkbar verbunden sind und mit der Tür (5) fest verbunden sind, um eine Hilfsschwenkverbindung um die Scharnierachse (9) zwischen der Tür (5) und dem einen oder den mehreren ersten Scharnierkörpern (7) zu erhalten.
  3. Türscharnieranordnung (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei der dritte Scharnierkörper (21) ein kastenartiges Profil aufweist, welches bildet:
    - Scharniersitze (40), die entsprechende Scharnierabschnitte (29) des ersten Scharnierkörpers (7) schwenkbar aufnehmen; und
    - einen Hohlraum (41), der einen Basisabschnitt (28) des ersten Scharnierkörpers (7) zumindest teilweise aufnimmt.
  4. Türscharnieranordnung (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei der dritte Scharnierkörper (21) eine erste Halbschale (43) und eine zweite Halbschale (43') aufweist, die miteinander verbunden sind, um den ersten Scharnierkörper (7) zu umschließen und zusammen die Scharniersitze (40) und den Hohlraum (41) zu begrenzen.
  5. Türscharnieranordnung (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die erste Halbschale (43) Teil eines ersten Abschnitts (45) eines Rahmens (44) der Tür (5) bildet, und die zweite Halbschale (43') Teil eines zweiten Abschnitts (45') des Rahmens (44) bildet, der mit dem ersten Abschnitt (45) verbindbar ist, um den Rahmen (44) der Tür (5) zu bilden.
  6. Türscharnieranordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich zwei erste Zweigabschnitte (29) von einem ersten Basisabschnitt (28) jeweils in entgegengesetzte Richtungen erstrecken.
  7. Türscharnieranordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Basisabschnitt (28) mit einem Winkel von 60° bis 120° um eine zur Scharnierachse (9) parallele Biegeachse (31) herum gebogen ist.
  8. Türscharnieranordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das zweite Einlassende (18) der zweiten Kanäle (11) einen außen verjüngten kegelstumpfförmigen Verbinder (37) mit einem Umfangs-Unterschnitt für eine hydraulische Verbindung mit einem Rohr innerhalb der Tür (5) bildet.
  9. Türscharnieranordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die durchgehenden Kanäle (13) frei von Verzweigungen sind.
  10. Türscharnieranordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Basisabschnitt (28) des ersten Scharnierkörpers (7) zwei oder mehr erste Auslassenden (15) von zwei oder mehr ersten Kanälen (10) bildet, und die ersten Verzweigungsabschnitte (29) jeweils nur einen der ersten Einlassenden (16) bilden.
  11. Türscharnieranordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schwenkkupplungsübergang (12) einen elastomeren Dichtring (14) aufweist, der zwischen dem ersten Kanal (10) und dem zweiten Kanal (11) eingefügt ist.
  12. Türscharnieranordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welche aufweist:
    - eine Montageplatte (19), die mit allen ersten Scharnierkörpern (7) integriert ist und mit Montageabschnitten (20) versehen ist, um die Türscharnieranordnung (1) an dem Gehäuse (3) zu montieren,
    - eine Hilfsplatte (46), die mit der Montageplatte (19) verbindbar ist und die eine Mehrzahl hydraulischer Verbinder (47) trägt, deren jeder ein erstes Ende aufweist, das mit einem der ersten Kanäle (10) verbunden werden kann, sowie ein zweites Ende, das mit einem außerhalb der Tür (5) angeordneten Rohr verbunden werden kann.
  13. Türscharnieranordnung (1) nach Anspruch 12, wobei die hydraulischen Verbinder (47) in der Hilfsplatte (47) mit einstellbarer Positionierung gelagert sind.
  14. Waschmaschine (2), welche aufweist:
    - ein Gehäuse (3), das eine Wäscheladeöffnung (4) bildet; und
    - eine Türscharnieranordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
