Claims (13)

  1. Anlage zum Beschichten eines Metallprodukts vom Typ Bandkopf (1, 1') im Durchlauf, umfassend ein Produktverankerungssystem (1, 1') des Bandkopfes in einer mit flüssigem Metall gefüllten Beschichtungswanne (2) der Beschichtungsanlage, umfassend mindestens eine erste und eine zweite Einrichtung (e1, e2) vom in die Wanne eingetauchten Typ und vom oberirdischen Typ am Bandauslass der Wanne, wobei jede der ersten und zweiten Einrichtungen jeweils beidseits jeder der in der Wanne vertikal durchlaufenden Bandseiten und an seinem Auslass aus der Wanne angeordnet ist, wobei das Verankerungssystem ein Hebemittel (3) zum Heben einer der Einrichtungen aus der Wanne umfasst und durch ein Haltemittel (4, 4') zum Halten des Bandkopfes mindestens über der Wanne gekennzeichnet ist.
  2. Anlage nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Hebemittel einen Brückenkran umfasst.
  3. Anlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der das Hebemittel dazu bestimmt ist, die Einrichtung (e1, e1') zu heben, die einem Arbeitsbereich (5) nächstgelegen ist, der für einen Arbeiter zugänglich ist, und seitlich zu einem oberen Rand der Wanne ist.
  4. Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Haltemittel zum Halten des Bandkopfes an einen Brückenkran gekoppelt ist.
  5. Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1-3, bei der das Haltemittel zum Halten des Bandkopfes eine Verlagerungsvorrichtung (6) zum Verlagern des Bandkopfes in mindestens einer über der Wanne gelegenen horizontalen Ebene (X, Y) umfasst.
  6. Anlage nach Anspruch 5, bei der die Verlagerungsvorrichtung zum Verlagern des Bandkopfes eine Verlagerung vom bidirektionalen Typ in der über der Wanne gelegenen Ebene (X, Y) aufprägt.
  7. Anlage nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, bei der die Ebene in einer Höhe von 1 m bis 5 m über der Wanne gelegen ist.
  8. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 5-7, bei der das Haltemittel zum Halten des Bandkopfes einen Arm umfasst, der zu einer Stoppposition hin verlagerbar ist, die über der Wanne gelegen ist und auf die vertikale Ebene des Bandes ausgerichtet ist, so dass eine Armposition außerhalb einer vertikalen Hebeebene mindestens einer der beiden Einrichtungen mittels des Hebemittels garantiert wird.
  9. Anlage nach Anspruch 8, bei welcher der Arm vom drehbaren Typ in der über der Wanne gelegenen Ebene ist, wobei der Arm idealerweise ein langgestrecktes Profil mit I- oder Ω-förmigem Querschnitt hat.
  10. Anlage nach Anspruch 9, bei welcher der Arm mit einem Verschiebeschlitten des Bandkopfes versehen ist, der somit über einen Teil des Arms beweglich ist, wobei der Schlitten idealerweise ein Rollenlager um das langgestreckte Profil mit I-förmigem Querschnitt beziehungsweise in dem langgestreckten Profil mit Ω-förmigem Querschnitt hat.
  11. Anlage nach Anspruch 8, bei welcher der Arm parallel zu einer Bandseite ist und ein bewegliches Ende (11) besitzt, das an eine langgliedrige Führung (12) gekoppelt ist zum Verlagern des Arms zwischen zwei Ebenen, die durch eine Durchlaufmodusposition (1) und eine zurückgezogene Bandposition über dem für die Arbeiter bestimmten Bereich (5) definiert werden, wobei der Arm idealerweise ein langgestrecktes Profil mit I- oder Ω-förmigem Querschnitt hat.
  12. Methode zum Einführen eines Bandkopfes in die Beschichtungswanne (2) und zum Zurückversetzen in den kontinuierlichen Beschichtungsmodus mittels des Verankerungssystems einer Beschichtungsanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen mit den folgenden Schritten:
    - Herausführen aus der Wanne mindestens einer der ersten und zweiten Einrichtungen (e1, e2) durch Aktivieren des Hebemittels;
    - manuelles Zurückholen des Bandkopfes (1') in der Wanne durch einen Arbeiter, der sich in einem Arbeitsbereich (5) befindet;
    - manuelles Verankern (4') des Bandkopfes durch einen Arbeiter an dem Haltemittel;
    - Verlagern des Bandkopfes durch das Haltemittel in mindestens einer horizontalen Ebene (X, Y), die in der Durchlaufmodusposition über der Wanne gelegen ist;
    - Zurücksetzen in die Wanne mindestens der ersten und zweiten Einrichtungen, zuvor durch Aktivieren des Hebemittels;
    - Verlagern des Bandkopfes durch das Haltemittel über dem Arbeitsbereich;
    - Anbringen einer Bandklemme im oberen oberirdischen Teil mindestens der ersten und zweiten Einrichtungen;
    - Absetzen des Bandkopfes auf dem Arbeitsbereich;
    - Absenken eines Endes eines zweiten Bandes auf den Arbeitsbereich;
    - Verbinden des Bandkopfes mit dem Ende des zweiten Bandes, um ein verbundenes Band zu erzeugen;
    - Anheben des verbundenen Bandes;
    - Entfernen der Bandklemme und erneutes Spannen des verbundenen Bandes.
  13. Methode zum Ersetzen mindestens einer der Einrichtungen, die beidseits jeder der Seiten eines vertikal in einer Beschichtungswanne (2) durchlaufenden Bandes und an seinem Auslass aus der Wanne angeordnet sind, und zum Zurückversetzen in den Beschichtungsmodus mit kontinuierlichem Durchlauf eines Bandkopfes in der Wanne mittels des Verankerungssystems einer Beschichtungsanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1-11 mit den folgenden Schritten:
    - Stoppen des Durchlaufens des Bandes (1) im Beschichtungsmodus;
    - Anbringen einer Bandklemme stromab der Wanne, um jede Bandrücklaufbewegung zur Wanne hin zu blockieren;
    - Schaffen einer Bandschlaufe durch Absenken von Band stromab der Bandklemme zum Arbeitsbereich (5) hin,
    - Querschneiden des Bandes, erzeugend einen Bandkopf und ein Bandende;
    - Wiederanheben des Bandendes über das Hebemittel (3);
    - Verankern (4') des Bandkopfes am Boden am Haltemittel (4, 4', 6) ;
    - Entfernen der Bandklemme;
    - Verlagern des Bandkopfes in mindestens einer horizontalen Ebene (X, Y), die in der Durchlaufmodusposition über der Wanne gelegen ist;
    - Herausführen aus der Wanne mindestens einer der Einrichtungen (e1, e2) durch Aktivieren des Hebemittels;
    - Zurücksetzen in die Wanne mindestens der Einrichtung, die zuvor durch Aktivieren des Hebemittels herausgeführt wurde;
    - Wiederanheben des Bandkopfes beispielsweise durch das Hebemittel (3) oder durch ein anderes ähnliches Mittel;
    - Anbringen einer Bandklemme im oberen oberirdischen Teil der Einrichtungen;
    - Absenken des Bandkopfes über dem Arbeitsbereich;
    - Absetzen des Bandkopfes auf dem Arbeitsbereich;
    - Absenken des Bandendes auf den Arbeitsbereich durch das Hebemittel;
    - Verbinden des Bandkopfes mit dem Ende des Bandes;
    - Anheben des Bandes;
    - Entfernen der Bandklemme und erneutes Spannen des Bandes.
